In episode 205 of our SAP on Azure video podcast we take a look behind the scene of the Copilot Studio and SAP integration we showed in previous episodes. This session is special for me on multiple fronts: for one our guest, Noopur Vaishnav has been on the show the first time about a year ago. At that time she was a new intern at Microsoft. In the meantime, quite a few things have changed. Noopur is now working as a full time employee at Microsoft and we were lucky to get her back in our team. The other cool thing is that Noopur has continued to work on Copilots and SAP. A few episodes back we already talked about how Copilot Studio can be used to create integration with SAP and today Noopur can give us additional insights on how you can do the very same thing. Noopur Parikh began training in a form of classical Indian dance called Bharatanatyam at an early age. Any style of classical Indian dance requires intensive training for many years. Mastering this breathtaking art form was what she attentively dedicated herself to. With diligence and positivity she balanced dance with her other studies. Her education was attained at the St. Francis Institute of Technology, the Shri T.P. Bhatia Jr. College of Science, the Swami Vivekanand International School and The University of Mumbai as well. At Capgemini India she became a senior software engineer. However dance was her other masterful talent. As an advanced classical Indian dancer she can effortlessly dance folk dances also. In this captivating interview she shares with me her enjoyment of mixing classical dance with Bollywood music. Throughout the years she has excelled in many dance competitions, festivals and shows both in India and the U.S. Dance is her passion, so she appreciates all forms of dance. In New York she dabbled in salsa and discovered her love for the Argentine Tango when she joined the work study program at Strictly Tango NYC which was headed by legendary tango master Sergio Segura. This was where we met and became tango sisters! Creative, graceful, caring, fun and intelligent. That is Noopur Parikh. I am blessed with the honor and privilege of having her as my guest on State of the Arts!

Lives of Data: Essays on Computational Cultures from India (Institute of Networked Cultures, 2020) maps the historical and emergent dynamics of big data, computing, and society in India. Data infrastructures are now more global than ever before. In much of the world, new sociotechnical possibilities of big data and artificial intelligence are unfolding under the long shadows cast by infra/structural inequalities, colonialism, modernization, and national sovereignty. This book offers critical vantage points for looking at big data and its shadows, as they play out in uneven encounters of machinic and cultural relationalities of data in India's socio-politically disparate and diverse contexts. This episode features a discussion between Sandeep Mertia (book editor and contributing author), Aakash Solanki (contributing author) and Noopur (host and contributing author). The discussion begins with the contents of the book but moves on to a broader conversation about STS as an interdisciplinary formation in India and the global South. Welcome to Therapy Tuesday, Smashboard's fortnightly podcast for people looking to have conversations about mental health from a feminist perspective. I am Noopur, founder, Smashboard and joining me today is Dr. Debbi Kutner. We are going to be talking about trauma and triggers, about c-PTSD and about how to support loved ones who live with the condition or also the kind of support we can expect from our won entourage when we are living with c-PTSD. Dr Debbi Kutner is joining me from her home in Florida. She is a mental health counsellor with a PhD in Health Psychology. Health psychology basically focuses on how different layers like biology, psychology, cultural, social, and environmental factors influence health and wellness. Thank you so much for doing this session with me Deb. Question 1: Firstly, I want to acknowledge that this is a difficult time for mental health care workers, as well. In fact, this is show is generally hosted by Ruchita who has also been working very hard and it's primarily to give her a break that you and I are doing this together, Deb. So, thank you for doing what you do because it is very important work. Secondly, tell me how are you doing and whether the worst is really over in terms of what the pandemic has done to people's mental health? Dr Debbi Kutner: You are VERY kind to ask, Noopur. To be honest, some days I feel like I'm taking a cortisol bath with anxiety bubbles! I'm in the human condition with my clients. We are having a shared feeling of trauma, a shared emotion of feeling uncertainty, and though we might each experience various shades of stress, I think it's important to say to ourselves: I am not alone in this. And here's the truth, none of us are experts on how to make sense of this pandemic EXCEPT to follow a path of self-compassion; to allow ourselves to bear witness to what's happening in the world; and to know that our only control is in our moment-to-moment responses,

A special audio supplement to a CME symposium held at the 2019 ASCO Annual Meeting featuring expert comments on the application of emerging research to patient care. Interview with Noopur Raje, MD conducted by Neil Love, MD. Produced by Research To Practice.
In 2005 Noopur Raje, MD, came to the Mass General Cancer Center with a plan to establish a new type of lab dedicated to the study of multiple myeloma, a cancer that affects the plasma cells and weakens bones. Like any uncharted territory, establishing this narrowly-focused lab required some tenacity. Noopur was up to the task, working hard to build a successful research program that has expanded our understanding of this cancer. Today, Dr. Raje directs the Center for Multiple Myeloma at the Mass General Cancer Center. In this episode, she discusses why she thinks risk-taking is important to success and how she draws inspiration from her patients to keep pressing forward.
Today I have Noopur Datye with me on Audiogyan. A graduate of J J Institute of Applied Art, Noopur is a type designer and calligrapher from Mumbai. She is the co-founder of Ek Type – a collaborative type design studio that focuses on designing contemporary Indian typefaces. Her work has won a D&AD, Black and Blue Elephants at Kyoorius Design Awards and has been featured in 365 typo and in Typografica’s favourite typefaces of 2015 and 2016. Noopur is an active member of ‘Aksharaya’– A non-profit that channelises its collective efforts to document, promote, explore and create awareness about Indian scripts. 1. You work with Multiple script at Ek type. can you tell us more about multi-script type design in India and why is it important. 2. How many scripts do we have in India? 3.How do you approach multi-script type design projects? Our scripts are complex. What are the current challenges that you face? Why is that? 4. You spoke about unicode and opentype. How did the changing technology affect the design of Indian fonts 5. Tell more about ek type and what you guys do? Tell us about letterbox? tell us about Aksharaya?
Movement Research Studies Project, "Band of Outsiders Women" - March 1, 2016 Organized and Moderated by Sam Kim With Lorene Boubshian, Moria Brennan, Shelia Lewandoski, Noopur Singa, Adrienne Truscott Women dominate the dance and performance field in numbers, but not in visibility, ‘success,’ or positions of power. Let’s keep the issue at the forefront and explore how to rectify this. One of the biggest untapped resources is women helping and supporting other women more vocally and consciously—as the majority, our collective efforts would have a massive impact on leveling the field. In this panel, we’ll discuss how to effect change and meaningfully support the majority of our fellow practitioners. Any gender expression is welcome and all are encouraged to participate.
