Por Yaiza Santos Pudo él constatar, elaborando Raval, hasta qué punto los niños pueden llegar a fabular en una declaración jurídica. Vio a un menor de 10 años acusar a sus padres de haberlo sometido a abusos que nunca sucedieron, razón por la cual fue separado de ellos largo tiempo. O a otro inculpar a un falso verdugo por la impronta que dejó en él una ficción de terror. Por eso le causa tanto estupor la reforma de la Ley de Infancia a cargo de la ministra Rego, tan lejos del uso de razón y tan dentro de las frondas de la neurastenia. Su decisión blinda de facto eso que llaman "síndrome de alienación parental", solo que en favor de la madre, claro está, y deja el discernimiento de la verdad en manos que jueces que no crean lo que el fiscal general del Estado, que la justicia es un asunto puramente ideológico y los hechos no cuentan. Lo primero que pregunta un ciudadano cualquiera cuando se entera de que alguien murió es preguntar de qué. Y le molesta profundamente que los periodistas no den una respuesta. Ha vuelto a ocurrir con Sol Gallego-Díaz, cuyo hito más importante fue sin duda llevar El País desde su puesto de directora adjunta en los años cruciales del periódico, los años en que Juan Luis Cebrián fue su director. Ha escrito precisamente Cebrián, a propósito del 50 aniversario del diario, un artículo que celebró, sobre todo por saber que el segundo tomo de sus memorias será inminente. Lamentó, no obstante, la vergüenza de que Savater haya sido borrado de los fastos del medio siglo.Entiende la desazón que pueda sentir Leyre Iglesias al ver terminado el juicio que la ha ocupado en las últimas semanas. Un juicio es una instancia óptima para la escritura y reconforta, aunque ciertamente también lleve a la melancolía poner ese lugar donde la conversación está tan ordenada en contraste con otras instancias públicas, notoriamente el parlamento. Qué bonito eso, comentó también, de que EL MUNDO diga de Aldama que "no deja de ser un delincuente", poniendo en evidencia el eufemismo ¡y al editorialista! NEW CAR REGISTRATION FIGURES FOR MARCH 2026SMMT has revealed the new car registration figures for March 2026. Unsurprisingly, EVs have had their best month yet, in the UK. Unfortunately, the market share is far from the 33% required by the Government. Lots of people and organisations were erroneously using the term “sales” when we only have figures for registrations. The SMMT once again called on the Government to review the ZEV mandate targets, adding the Iran war and it's knock on effects to the usual, valid, points. The company states that once opened it will employ 4,000 staff on site. The money is coming from the Automotive Transformation Fund. Additionally a Devon based battery recycling facility and low-emission brake manufacturer have also been awarded money from the fund. Click this Autocar link to find out more.STELLANTIS EUROPE TO STOP FIGHTING ITSELFGiles Vidal, who is the head of design for Stellantis, gave a frank interview with Autocar after he has spent a few months reacquainting himself with the brand following his time at Renault. His main point was that the group's brands will be making cars that are distinct from each other, despite the shared underpinnings and restrictions that brings. To read more, click the link here.BYD TO INSTALL CHARGING NETWORKBYD will be installing 300 chargers with a maximum capacity of 1500kW, making them the fastest in the UK. BYD claims that this can enable five minute charging of of 10% to 70% for their new 123kWh battery. These sites will be open to all car brands and will be run under the name ‘Flash'. As ever though, what a charger is capable of and what the grid can provide are often two different things, in the UK. Located at the Port of Tilbury , it has 16 ultra-rapid chargers enabling up to 16 eHGVs to charge at the same time. The company plans to open a 26 bay facility near Birmingham too. Their previous foray into the small EV market was the Honda-E that was expensive for what it offered, although did look great. The Super-N seems to have addressed that, nearly 200 miles range for under £20,000 sounds great, hopefully real world use backs that up. Starting price for the Core trim, will be just under £23,000, whilst offering around 185 maximum range. Moving up through the specs increases the prices and capabilities as the V1 and V2 levels can be fitted with a 52kWh battery enabling up to 280 miles maximum range. Top of the range aims to take on the Alpine A290, with an approximately £37,000 price tag and a drop in range to around 250 miles. The price will start at £46,995, but full technical specs are yet to be released. Die aktuellen Automobilkurznachrichten mit Michael Weyland  Thema heute:  Cupra präsentiert sein urbanes Elektroauto Raval Cupra startet mit dem Raval in ein neues Kapitel: ein vollelektrisches Stadtauto, das den Aufbruch in eine neue Ära der Marke markiert. Seinen Namen verdankt das Modell dem Stadtteil El Raval in Barcelona und dessen urbanem, kreativen Geist. Für die außergewöhnliche Weltpremiere brachte die Challenger-Brand Musik in sechs europäische Metropolen: Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Berlin, Mailand und Manchester. Dort sorgten internationale Künstlerinnen und Künstler mit urbanen Live-Auftritten für eine Premiere, die die Community über Ländergrenzen hinweg miteinander verband. Insgesamt wurde das Modell in zwölf europäischen Städten gefeiert. Dieser in der Automobilindustrie wegweisende dezentrale Ansatz zog mehr als 30.000 Menschen an und unterstrich den mutigen, unkonventionellen globalen Stil der Marke. Im Rahmen der Weltpremiere bot jeder Standort ein eigenes Programm, das den Raval erlebbar machte. In Paris wurde beispielsweise eine auf 500 Einheiten limitierte Edition präsentiert – mit exklusivem Design, entstanden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Streetwear-Marke AVNIER, ergänzt durch eine eigene Capsule Collection. An ausgewählten Standorten, darunter der CUPRA City Garage in Madrid und der CASA CUPRA RAVAL in Barcelona, fanden zudem Doppel-Events statt. Am Vormittag wurde das Fahrzeug erstmals im Rahmen offizieller Präsentationen vor Medien und politischen Vertretern enthüllt. Am Abend öffneten sich die Türen für Fans und Content Creators, die den Launch in einer deutlich Lifestyle-orientierteren Atmosphäre mit Musik bis spät in die Nacht feierten. Ein Auto, das Regeln neu definiert Der Cupra Raval wurde in Barcelona entworfen, entwickelt und wird dort auch produziert. Als erstes Elektrofahrzeug auf Basis des MEB+-Baukastens des Volkswagen Konzerns läuft er im Werk Martorell vom Band. Mit seinem markanten Design und seinem unkonventionellen Charakter setzt der Raval neue Maßstäbe: ein eigenständiger Look, agiles und dynamisches Handling sowie eine Reichweite von bis zu 444 Kilometern.  Dabei vereint er die Performance eines Kompaktwagens mit dem Raumangebot und der Vielseitigkeit höherer Fahrzeugklassen und bietet ein elektrisierendes Fahrerlebnis, geprägt von der sportlichen DNA von Cupra. No es solo un género, es una manera de entender la vida. Durante décadas sonó en todas partes –en las fiestas, en los bares, en la radio y en las calles del Raval y de Gràcia–; su instrumento esencial, la guitarra rumbera, se convirtió en símbolo de resistencia y multiculturalidad, con una peculiar forma de tocar que Gato Pérez bautizó, muy gráficamente, como "el ventilador".El género vive el auge de los años setenta con Peret, Rumba Tres y Los Amaya; en los ochenta irrumpe la rumba andaluza y, más tarde, Gato Pérez encabeza una renovación con su particular mirada urbana y poética en castellano y catalán. As part of a visit to Georgia Cancer Center in Augusta, Georgia, CancerNetwork spoke with a variety of experts and faculty members regarding ongoing research and future initiatives dedicated to improving outcomes across different patient populations. These conversations touched upon potential developments in diseases including non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), multiple myeloma, and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). First, Girindra Raval, MD, an associate professor in the Department of Medicine: Hematology and Oncology of the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, discussed current studies at his institution that may help optimize treatment for patients with lung cancer. This research ranged from retrospective trials analyzing how demographic features may influence outcomes to biomarker-based assessments intended to augment the efficacy of immunotherapy. Looking towards the future, Raval stated that determining how to sequence and de-escalate treatment amidst several available therapeutic options will be a key concern in the field. Additionally, Amany Keruakous, MD, director of Myeloma Research at Georgia Cancer Center and assistant professor in the Department of Medicine: Hematology and Oncology at the Medical College of Georgia of Augusta University, detailed strategies for mitigating current challenges in multiple myeloma care. She emphasized fostering collaborative relationships between colleagues in community settings and academic institutions to help reduce barriers to treatment access among patients. Furthermore, she noted the importance of conducting additional clinical trials at community centers.  Finally, Daniel Peters, MD, an assistant professor at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and bone marrow transplant & cellular therapy faculty member at Georgia Cancer Center, focused on key developments across the AML space. At his institution, Peters and colleagues are evaluating potential drivers of immune dysfunction, which may inform less intensive cellular therapy approaches or determine who is suitable to receive autologous types of treatment. Peters also discussed how additional research set for presentation at meetings like the 2025 American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting and Exposition (ASH) may affirm a shift away from 7+3 intensive chemotherapy for patients who are younger and fit with newly diagnosed AML.
