Facelifts are having a MOMENT. Kris Jenner. Denise Richards. Suddenly every woman over 50 is asking the question out loud: is this what it takes now? Do I need a facelift? Is there a natural alternative that actually works? Facial plastic surgery jumped 19% in 2025. Forty-five percent of surgeons say menopause is what is driving it. Which means somebody needs to be telling us the REAL story, not the marketing one. This episode is with Dr. Anthony Youn, board-certified plastic surgeon known as America's Holistic Plastic Surgeon. He is the most-followed plastic surgeon on the internet with 13 million+ across TikTok and YouTube. He is the author of four bestsellers including Younger For Life and he hosts The Doctor Youn Show. Here is why he is different. He is a surgeon who tells women to AUTOJUVENATE before you operate. Skincare. Supplements. Collagen. Red light. Nutrition. Hormones. THEN, and only then, do we talk procedures. This is the honest midlife conversation about what works, what doesn't, and what is marketing. WE GO DEEP ON Why facelifts have gone mainstream and the Kris Jenner / Denise Richards effect SMAS vs. deep plane vs. ponytail lift, explained in plain English The natural stack that actually works BEFORE surgery (the autojuvenation method) When it IS actually time to consider surgery, and when to wait The simple 6-product skincare routine for every midlife woman Clean skincare: what is real, what is marketing fear Sunscreen truth: mineral vs. chemical, and the brands he actually recommends Collagen supplements: the research, the dose, what to look for on the label Red light therapy: does it actually work, and the masks worth the money Botox honestly: the 2025 CDC counterfeit warning and how to stay safe Filler, pillow face, and why we are in the anti-filler era BBL danger: the deadliest cosmetic surgery and how to lower the risk The ONE thing every midlife woman should do this week This is not a product pitch. This is the conversation that gives you control. In this episode of Plastic Surgery Uncensored, Dr. Rady Rahban takes on one of the most important—and most dangerously misunderstood—topics in aesthetic medicine: the real difference between plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, and the confusing web of titles patients are expected to decipher. In today's world, “board-certified” doesn't always mean what patients think it means. Marketing can be polished, credentials can sound impressive, and yet the actual training behind those titles may be vastly different. Dr. Rahban breaks down the realities of surgical education, board certification, scope of practice, and how this lack of transparency continues to mislead patients every single day. This isn't about ego or professional turf—it's about patient safety. Because when you're trusting someone with your face, body, and health, understanding exactly who trained them, what they were trained to do, and whether they are truly qualified matters. This episode is a direct call for patients to do their homework, ask better questions, and stop assuming all surgeons are created equal. Movie reviews number sixty. Seven films to review today so let's get goin.
1. (Deadhead Miles1972)
Terrence Malick is the writer here and this is an early work of his. Alan Arkin is here in the starring role along with support from the butler from the Jeffersons, Doc Hopper from the Muppet movie, and Jaws from the Bond movies. The film cinematically answers the burning question, “Did they ever make a more ethereal stream of of consciousness Trucker movie?”
2. (The Execution of private Slovik 1974) This is a heavy made for tv based on the real story of Eddie getting executed for desertion 1945 by firing squad. 49 others were sentenced to death for desertion in that war but all were commuted except for Slovik, apparently to send a message, but then they covered it up. Martin Sheen, Mariclare Costello, and about a baker's dozen of recognizable characters from the time appear in this one. What else to say except maybe strap in fam.
3. (My Father's house 1975)
Spiderman's Uncle, the rad guy from the Music Man, Mrs Peacock from Clue, and Rosemary Forsyth star in this thoughtful made for tv movie about a dad recovering from a heart attack who is thinking about life and his dad.
4. (The Grateful Dead Movie 1977) I think I liked this more than the others here. We all don't dig the Grateful Dead much but Agree that the story is very interesting. It could have been more coherent but as Jerry himself said “We just keep trying to describe the Indescribable.”
5. (Spectre 1977) Here we have another Gene Roddenberry tv movie starring Robert Culp and Gig Young. The lil promo film we saw about this says that it's trying to cash in on the Exorcist dollar, but this is waaaaaaay more bizarre, is it good though?
6. (Players 1979) Got a bootleg of this and for a 70's movie completionist, it is fun for me to see Ali MacGraw, Maximilan Schell, Steve Guttenberg, and Melissa Prophet in this rather bad massive flop of a movie about Tennis, kinda.
7. (Sunburn 1979) The Plastic Surgeon's assistant from Logan's Run, The guy who made the worst writing studio for Carol Burnett in their garage in The grass is always greener over the Septic tank, the guy who gives grandpa Wookie space porn in the Star Wars holiday special, Edith Keeler from Star Trek, the Boss of Magnum P.I., and the Baroness from the Sound of Music, are all here in this, so it's just got to be the best thing ever, we'll see. Thanks film friends for listening, please consider writing a review, it helps a lot.

In this episode of the Natural Plastic Surgeon Podcast, we sit down with Jill Cheel, a mother of three who shares her honest experience undergoing plastic surgery after pregnancy. After multiple pregnancies, Jill decided to reclaim her body with the help of board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Barrett, and she walks us through the entire journey from decision to recovery. We talk openly about the stigma surrounding plastic surgery after motherhood and why more women are choosing procedures like tummy tucks and mommy makeovers to restore their confidence and repair changes caused by pregnancy. Jill shares what led her to pursue surgery, how she prepared for the procedure, what recovery was really like as a busy mom, and how friends, family, and others reacted to her transformation. Dr. Barrett also breaks down one of the most common postpartum conditions: umbilical hernias. Jill developed an umbilical hernia after pregnancy, which Dr. Barrett was able to repair during her tummy tuck procedure. In this episode, we explain what umbilical hernias are, why they're so common after pregnancy, how they're diagnosed, and how they can be safely repaired during abdominal surgery. If you've ever wondered about plastic surgery after pregnancy, tummy tuck recovery, repairing an umbilical hernia, or the realities of a mommy makeover, this episode provides an honest and informative look at the process from both the patient and surgeon perspectives.

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons has released an updated statement recommending against gender surgeries for anyone under the age of 18. While the American Medical Association has issued a similar stance, other organizations—including the American Academy of Pediatrics—argue that healthcare decisions should remain between families and doctors, and that surgical options should stay on the table for minors. Earlier this week, plastic surgeon and star of Netflix's Skin Decision: Before and After, Dr. Sheila Nazarian, joined FOX News Rundown host Dave Anthony to explain why many in her field believe minors should not "go under the knife" for transition procedures. Dr. Nazarian raised alarms over the lack of long-term data regarding the effectiveness of these treatments, emphasizing her belief that evidence-based medicine must be the sole guide for treating gender dysphoria in children. In this powerful and wide-ranging conversation, Darin sits down with Dr. Anthony Youn, known to millions as America's Holistic Plastic Surgeon, to unpack the real foundations of beauty, health, and longevity. From the broken healthcare system and insurance handcuffs to the deep connection between gut health, skin, and self-esteem, Dr. Youn shares why surgery should always be the last step, not the first. This episode challenges everything we've been taught about aesthetics, medicine, and what it truly means to age well. What You'll Learn Why modern healthcare often prioritizes profit over patients — and how that affects both doctors and outcomes Dr. Youn's "house analogy" for beauty: nutrition as the foundation, skincare and supplements as the structure, and surgery as the attic How plastic surgery can be a catalyst for healthier habits, not just cosmetic change The surprising link between the microbiome, fiber intake, and skin conditions like acne, eczema, and rosacea Why fiber may be more important than protein, collagen, or even NAD+ for long-term health How vanity can sometimes be leveraged as a gateway to better health choices The emotional weight doctors carry as first responders — on planes, in ERs, and in everyday life Why holistic medicine and traditional medicine must finally merge Chapters 00:00:00 – Welcome to SuperLife and the mission of sovereignty, health, and longevity 00:00:32 – Sponsor: Fatty15 and the role of C15 in cellular health 00:04:13 – Introducing Dr. Anthony Youn, America's Holistic Plastic Surgeon 00:05:00 – The "house analogy" for beauty: nutrition, skincare, and surgery as the attic 00:06:40 – The convergence of plastic surgery, biohacking, and regenerative medicine 00:09:30 – Why surgery should never be the first option 00:11:30 – Insurance handcuffs and the reality of modern medical practice 00:14:30 – Dr. Youn's journey into medicine and plastic surgery 00:17:20 – How jaw reconstruction changed his life and career path 00:18:40 – The dark side of hospital systems and profit-driven care 00:22:10 – National healthcare, rationing, and personal responsibility 00:24:25 – Why education is the cornerstone of health reform 00:27:00 – Sponsor: Our Place and eliminating toxic cookware 00:29:45 – Using vanity as a tool to get patients to quit smoking 00:33:00 – The emotional toll of being a physician and first responder 00:36:15 – Medical emergencies on planes, in public, and the burden of duty 00:40:00 – When there's nothing you can do — and how doctors carry that weight 00:45:30 – Dr. Youn's skincare line, supplements, and why fiber is his next focus 00:48:00 – Fiber, the microbiome, and clear skin 00:49:50 – Bridging traditional medicine and alternative wellness 00:50:30 – Beef tallow, skincare myths, and what actually works 00:52:50 – Final reflections on health, service, and longevity     Thank You to Our Sponsors: Our Place: Toxic-free, durable cookware that supports healthy cooking. The medical community is finally realizing that transgender surgeries are harming America’s children. Recently, both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association released statements recommending gender-affirming surgeries be delayed until adulthood, but what does this mean for the issue as a whole? Is change happening? Host Casey Harper is joined by American Parents Coalition’s Alleigh Marre, and The Washington Stand’s Joshua Arnold to discuss the new research and mentality shift we are seeing in the medical world.

Billions in taxpayer dollars are reportedly being drained each year by fraud and improper payments, with federal prosecutors uncovering schemes ranging from AI-generated fake records in Minnesota to missing or flawed paperwork in health programs across several states. Lawmakers held multiple fraud hearings this week as new findings from the Government Accountability Office estimate the federal government loses hundreds of billions annually, with Medicare, Medicaid, tax credits, and SNAP among the hardest-hit programs. James Lankford, Oklahoma Republican Senator joins the Rundown to discuss whether Congress can actually rein in waste, fraud, and abuse. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons has released an updated statement recommending against gender surgeries for anyone under the age of 19, marking a significant shift in the medical debate over treating transgender minors. While groups argue that healthcare decisions should remain between families and doctors, plastic surgeon and Netflix's Skin Decision: Before and After star Dr. Sheila Nazarian joins to explain why many in her field are raising alarms over a lack of long-term data and why she believes evidence-based medicine must guide the treatment of gender dysphoria in children. 1. SAVE America Act (Election Law & Voter ID) Core Argument The SAVE America Act would: Require proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote Require photo ID to vote Democrats are portrayed as unanimously opposed, preventing passage due to the Senate’s 60‑vote threshold. Strategic Claim Cruz argues Republicans should: Force a “real” filibuster (continuous floor speeches) Make Democratic opposition politically and physically costly He frames Democratic resistance as intentional rather than procedural. Public Opinion Framing Polling is cited (CNN, Pew) to claim: Broad bipartisan and multiracial support for voter ID Democratic leadership (especially Chuck Schumer) is accused of ignoring their own voters. 2. Voter Fraud & Ballot Harvesting Claims Presented Ballot harvesting is described as: A system that enables fraud, especially among elderly or vulnerable populations Democrats are accused of: Supporting policies that increase fraud opportunities Reversing recommendations from the Carter–Baker Commission There is justification for: Photo ID laws Restrictions on mail-in voting Limits on third-party ballot collection 3. Somali Welfare Fraud in Minnesota Central Allegation Massive welfare fraud in Minnesota tied to programs serving the Somali immigrant community. Figures cited include: Up to half of $18 billion in welfare spending allegedly lost to fraud Disproportionately high welfare participation rates among Somali households Democratic state officials are accused of: Knowing about the fraud Allowing it to continue for political gain Silencing whistleblowers Stolen welfare funds indirectly finance al‑Shabab, a terrorist organization 4. Medical Policy Shift on Gender Surgeries for Minors Key Development The American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association are described as: Reversing prior support for “gender‑affirming surgeries” for minors Now recommending deferral until adulthood Causal Explanation The reversal is attributed to: A high‑profile malpractice lawsuit by a detransitioner Legal and financial risk to medical institution Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. 2/3/26 - Why Do Democrats Fear the SAVE Act?

Mark Levin Podcast

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, WMAL's Larry O'Connor fills in for Mark. Why do the Democrats not want to vote on SAVE act? This is a straightforward and uncontroversial bill, as it simply requires proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote and presentation of photo ID at the polling place on election day. 83% of Americans favor photo ID but Democrats complain that it's racist and for labeling it Jim Crow 2.0. It's not just Democrats, Republican Senate Majority Leader John Thune let this act  sit idle for 300 days and then he downplays it and refuses to force a filibuster fight or making it a top priority. This is weak leadership on a fundamental issue of election integrity. Also, there is progress in resisting the harmful transgender cult pushed by medical professionals, educators, and elites, who pressure parents into allowing minors to undergo irreversible interventions like pharmaceutical hormone treatments and surgeries. There are two recent stories that provide encouraging news: a NY jury awarded $2 million to a young female detransitioner who sued her doctor and psychologist for malpractice after regretting a double mastectomy performed on her as a teenager. Additionally, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons has become the first major U.S. medical association to recommend against gender transition surgeries for youths, advising delays until at least age 19 due to insufficient evidence of benefits outweighing risks. We should celebrate these as victories for common sense, sanity, rational thinking, and child protection. Later, three questions the Democrat party Presidential nominees need to answer: will you reverse President Trump's border polices? Will you tear down the new White House ballroom? Can a man get pregnant? Answering these appropriately to satisfy the current Democratic Party base would secure the nomination but alienate most normal voters in the general election, making a general election win impossible.
