✨Since she was ten, Shireen knew she wanted to dedicate her life to helping others heal and succeed. She first found the motivation to do it when people said she was calming to be around, and they felt vibrant, relaxed, and lighter after being with her. Right after graduating from Cloud Watson School of Fine Arts, Shireen became a Reiki Master, pursuing her education and graduating from The Canadian Reiki Institute of Toronto. That led her to further her studies in spiritual psychotherapy, so she studied at The Transformational Arts College of Toronto. Simultaneously, Shireen went to Kokoro Dojo in Toronto where she became a Zen Shiatsu practitioner, and also became certified Ayurvedic practitioner from The Ayurvedic School of Toronto. Shireen began her practice with a small business, and shortly after her career and her business boomed, creating opportunities for her to travel the world and help others be the best version of themselves. Her knowledge and experience brought her to Dubai, Italy, Ireland, Morocco, Belize, Bermuda and many other places in South America. These travels encouraged her to become a philosophy student at The University of Calgary, and later she became a certified Life Coach graduating from Udemy. At the moment, Shireen meets clients either online or face-to-face in 30 to 60 minutes sessions a week. In these sessions, she helps her clients set life goals to make their dreams happen. As a Life Coach, Shireen focuses on individual personal growth and happiness, and she is skilled at providing structured questions that will help organize anyone's thoughts. She also has excellent critical thinking skills to help her clients set tangible goals. Most of all, Shireen enjoys being a part of their lives, seeing them succeed by providing constructive feedback to make sure they never stop pursuing their dreams. Past Life Regression. This week I'm talking to Marilyn Kaufman about her book 'Lifetimes: Exploring Your Past Lives and Life Between Lives Can Empower You to Live the Life You Were Meant to Live'. Fifteen years ago while studying energy healing, Marilyn Kaufman found herself in a spontaneous past life. And so she began an introspective journey to find out more. After gaining a better understanding of the experience, Marilyn began studying hypnosis and regression therapy, and eventually incorporated the techniques into her existing energy healing practice. While guiding her clients down an enlightening path through past lives, into the in between, and to connect to their Spirit guides, Marilyn learned much about the purpose of life. By sharing her insights, Marilyn helps others who may be awakening or searching for meaning in their lives to embrace the power of past life regression therapy to move through challenging obstacles, explore and heal relationships, and realize their true life's purpose.Lifetimes shares fascinating personal stories of an empath's journey and related experiences with past life regression as she achieved peace, gained eternal knowledge, and went on to guide others down a path of self-actualization.BioMarilyn Kaufman, CHt, a true believer in life-long learning and eternal progression, started her metaphysical journey studying Healing Tao Meditation for many years. This episode explores the ins and outs of moving our self to reach our highest potential. In general, the closer you are to who you really are, your TRUE SELF, the better you feel. At the top of the spectrum you feel happiness, freedom, joy etc. At the other end you feel completely powerless depressed, unworthy, and afraid. Our beliefs, our emotions and our habits all work together to form our perception of the world. Neuroscience has taught us that there are so many possibilities to perceive differently from everyone around us. Those differences in perception are what allow us to think, and act from our own unique experience and it is the uniqueness of those possibilities that open the door for each person to bring to life their own creation from their own perception. In an age marked by increased anxiety, depression, addiction, mental illness, and suicide, there is no doubt we need a little help moving through these important moments of great transition. He is a storyteller with an irreverent sense of humour and still has a rebellious streak. When asked why against the odds, he started the school back in 1988, he replies “because they said I couldn’t.
