In this week's episode, I answer these questions: I want to gain some muscle and shed some fat. I've been inactive for a while but I'm thinking of running every day. What do you think? How do I get my ab wheel rollouts stronger? I can't seem to go out all the way. What can I do to tone my legs at home? How many days should I train? How do you know if you're gaining strength at the same rate you're gaining weight? I want to go to the gym 3x a week for 45 minutes but I can't seem to make the time. Any tips for me?
