Boštjan Koritnik, rojen 15. junija 1979, je leta 2005 diplomiral na Pravni fakulteti v Ljubljani in pridobil naziv univerzitetni diplomirani pravnik. Že med in po koncu šolanja je bil honorarni sodelavec gospodarske redakcije časnika Delo, v obdobju 2006–2010 pa je opravljal različna dela v družbi GV Založba, kjer se je izkazal kot novinar oziroma urednik Pravne prakse ter hišni pravnik, v letih 2010–2013 pa tudi kot direktor in odgovorni urednik. Po pripojitvi družbe podjetju Ius Software je bil v tej družbi do začetka leta 2015 (so)direktor in odgovorni urednik. Od leta 2015 je bil zaposlen na Pravni fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani kot asistent in tajnik. Poleg tega je bil od leta 2016 direktor Založbe Pravne fakultete ter strokovni direktor in družbenik start-up družbe Audibook. Sodeloval je s tremi kripto podjetji, kot pravnik in soustanovitelj, bil pa je tudi direktor projekta GLEDOS (Global Education System). Sodeloval je pri številnih raziskavah – tudi za Evropsko komisijo in različna ministrstva –, pravnih mnenjih in drugih strokovnih besedilih (242 zapisov v sistemu Cobiss) ter predaval doma in v tujini o tehnologiji veriženja blokov (blockchain) in podjetništvu. Že vse od leta 2008 opravlja različne vloge v društvih: je generalni sekretar Zveze društev pravnikov Slovenije (ZDPS), blagajnik Zveze društev za gospodarsko pravo in predsednik Društva za športno pravo. Opravlja tudi funkciji podpredsednika Lions kluba Tivoli Ljubljana in predsednika pritožbenega razsodišča košarkarske lige ABA. V letu 2019 je prejel posebno priznanje rektorja Univerze v Ljubljani izza strokovne delavce in priznanje – skupaj s še dvema kolegoma – Pravnik leta 2019, ki ga podeljuje ZDPS.
