Berrion L. Berry also known as Berri, is a corporate dropout turned serial female entrepreneur. She's certified personal trainer, nutritionist, wellness blogger, and the CEO & Founder of Healthy Meets Simple, an online wellness space created for the modern working woman. Basically, she's the love child of Elle Woods & a Tibetan Monk.  Berri is passionate about making healthy simple, and loves helping women beat burnout, overcome adrenal fatigue, increase their energy and learn to love their body. She believes that as modern working women, but especially a female entrepreneurs, it is especially important to prioritize health over hustle, so she created Healthy Meets Simple.   When Berri isn't building her brand, researching the latest health tips & tricks, or training clients, you can find her impacting young women in her communities, hanging at the beach, or just laughing with friends. Whether she's hosting a workshop with young women in the inner city of Detroit and educating them on women's health, or just having a quick fitness meet and greet in Tampa, she is all about educating, engaging, and empowering women to be the very best version of themselves.
