The documentary Coldwater Kitchen is a story of humanity and hospitality. Directed by Brian Kaufman and Mark Kurlyandchik, the film follows Chef Jimmy Lee Hill and three of the students in his culinary program at Lakeland Correctional Facility in Coldwater, Michigan.
