Oklahoma is launching an investigation following a controversial incident in which Art Briles, the disgraced former Baylor coach, was observed on the field alongside his son-in-law, Jeff Lebby, the offensive coordinator for the Sooners, following Oklahoma's 28-11 victory over SMU on Saturday evening. The sight of Briles donning Oklahoma attire while on Owen Field provoked a strong negative reaction from fans on social media. Oklahoma's head coach, Brent Venables, confirmed his awareness of the situation and assured that it is currently under review. Oklahoma is launching an investigation following a controversial incident in which Art Briles, the disgraced former Baylor coach, was observed on the field alongside his son-in-law, Jeff Lebby, the offensive coordinator for the Sooners, following Oklahoma's 28-11 victory over SMU on Saturday evening.The sight of Briles donning Oklahoma attire while on Owen Field provoked a strong negative reaction from fans on social media.
