Formula E returned to Miami this year for the first time in over a decade, and Hankook's Formula E GEN3 Evo iON Race tires once again took center stage, both on and off the track. In this episode of What's Treading, we take you inside Homestead-Miami Speedway to show how Hankook's tires handled the intense demands of all-electric racing.These tires helped cars stay grounded while accelerating from 0-62 mph in just 1.86 seconds. Reading Judge Dredd in 2025 is a helluva thing. The gap between Anycity USA and Mega-City One shortens seemingly with every passing second, causing us to re-evaluate dystopia's purpose. For all of the complaints consumers have about inflation, George Milling-Stanley, chief gold strategist at State Street Global Advisors says that the precious metal needs "sustained high inflation" — which he defines as at least two years with inflation above 5 percent — and those conditions were not met, so gold didn't respond to rising prices. Moreover, Milling-Stanley expects a soft landing for the economy, though he believes that Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is determined to deliver "a period of below-trend growth" to return the economy to stable well-being, and that transition could feel rough for investors.
