Daniel Dennis leads. As the president of Roberts Brothers he oversees the company made up of 285 agents, staff, and five different offices. He's also chairman of the board of the Mobile Chamber of Commerce, putting him at the forefront of bringing new jobs to Mobile. He was recently at the Paris Airshow recruiting aviation businesses to Mobile to the bustling Brookley Complex. Mobile, he says, needs more homes. The city has such low inventory of homes for sale that people don't want to move, gradually making the problem worse. Daniel offers insights to the city, the high-emotion world of buying homes, and a glimpse into what's going on with the city of Mobile.

At the age of 17 and, still with a year left to go in high school, Pennsylvania Wrestling star Spencer Lee isn't shy about his career goals. The 3x undefeated PIAA State Champion for Franklin Regional aspires to become an Olympic Champion. Lee already owns two UWW World Championships, one in Cadet and one in Junior, and next month will look for his second straight Junior World Championship at 50 kg. How is Lee preparing for that feat? By travelling with Team USA's 2016 Olympic Wrestling Team to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Spencer has formed a relationship with former Iowa Hawkeye and 2016 Olympian Daniel Dennis who will be representing Team USA at 57 kg in Freestyle. Spencer, who earlier this summer gave a verbal commitment to the Iowa Hawkeyes, was asked by Dennis to be his training partner for the Olympics. His responsibilities include drilling with and warming up the Olympian for his competition on Friday August 19th. Episode 38 of Bonus Points features Daniel Dennis, 2016 U.S. Olympic Team member in men's freestyle wrestling at 57 kg/125.5 lbs. Dennis captured gold at the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Iowa City, Iowa on April 10. In the best-of-three championships series Dennis defeated two-time U.S. World Team member and former college teammate Tony Ramos in two matches by scores of 2-1 and 10-0. After taking multiple years away from the sport, Dennis returned in 2015 and made an immediate impact. In 2015 he placed fourth at the U.S. Open, second at the U.S. World Team Trials and first at the Grand Prix of Spain while competing at 61 kg. Since dropping down to 57 kg for the Olympic year, Dennis placed third at the Bill Farrell International and won the U.S. Open prior to his title run at the Olympic Trials. Dennis was a two-time NCAA All-American for the University of Iowa. He finished as the NCAA runner-up in 2010 at 133 pounds. Well we did it, we went mobile. I have to tell you, it'll probably never get better than this one either. We decided to break in our new equipment at the unofficial Tom and Dan breakfast meet up at Johnnys filling station this past Sunday. We spared no expense this show, gathering all the big names in Orlando. Well, at least three of them. We start off with local beer connoisseur, Big Rick.
