A viral Disneyland encounter has the Disney community debating where fandom ends and personal boundaries begin. Lauren and Eric unpack the controversy surrounding "Peter Pan Girl" Tony, the online backlash, and whether character performers need stronger safeguards when guest interactions become uncomfortable. Then they turn to another viral theme park debate: guests renting ECV scooters for races, videos, and general shenanigans at Walt Disney World. Along the way, they consider Disney adults, sports fandom, online bullying, accessibility, and why a little kindness goes a long way in the parks. HIGHLIGHTS • The viral "Peter Pan Girl" controversy sparks a debate over Disney fandom, personal boundaries, and online bullying. • Former character performers and Disney fans weigh in on whether roaming characters need better safeguards during uncomfortable guest interactions. • Lauren and Eric ask why obsessive Disney fandom gets treated differently from sports, music, and celebrity fandoms. • Viral videos of guests racing and playing around on Walt Disney World ECV scooters raise new accessibility and safety concerns. • Could misuse of scooters and other mobility devices eventually lead Disney to tighten its theme park policies? Always the eternal optimist, the official position at KKHI has been the that the midterms are in play for Republicans. But your humble host is going to need a booster shot to keep believing. Republicans don't seem interested in turning out as the war in Iran drags the party down. In Alaska, the dems are so good at elections they found a guy named Dan Sullivan to run against Senator Dan Sullivan in the primary in a ranked choice election. This is NOT a joke. A 13 year old boy on a scooter is hit by a car near at a Leawood school Monday... it may be time to rethink these motorized menaces. Independence is putting in a 6:00pm curfew for SantaCaliGon Days for anyone under 18. KCMO has released their funding proposal for the $600 million they are giving the Royals for a new ball park. On the field, Jac Caglianone is going crazy for the Royals right now. Chiefs number one draft pick Mansoor Delane hits the field for full contact for the first time. The Dallas Cowboys are the most valuable team in the NFL as the new list is out. The Chiefs rank will surprise you. And our Final Final is a man arrested at a Tokyo airport for what he had hidden inside 22 pairs of socks in his suitcase. And it wasn't drugs or jewelry or cash.
