We're diving deep into the disturbing, abusive world of Gypsy Rose Blanchard as we unravel the fascinating layers of her life. From her distinctive, childlike voice that her mother, Deedee Blancharde (allegedly) forced Gypsy to use, and her tumultuous relationship with Nicholas Godejohn, this episode will have you stunned throughout. From Claudine Blanchard forcing her daughter Gypsy to have her teeth removed and a feeding tube painfully installed, to the beatings that Gypsy had to endure for anything that Deedee deemed to be “out of line”, this is a hard case to swallow. With documentaries like Mommy Dead and Dearest on HBO Max, to the Hulu phenomenon, “The Act” with Joey King and Patricia Arquette, this case has a near endless supply of information, but that's not going to stop me from throwing my two cents into the ring. This case seemed to be pretty open and shut, Gypsy and Nick Godejohn stabbed Deedee, they were responsible for the death of Gypsy's mother, so they should be in prison for life… right? Wrong. Gypsy Rose Blanchard has officially ben released from prison as of December 28, 2023 into the loving arms of her husband, Ryan Scott Anderson. Now, as Ryan and Gypsy are on a media spree, including podcast appearances on *The Viall Files: Going Deeper Edition!* to clear the air, it seems to me that the story of Gypsy Rose and Deedee Blanchard is *far* from over. **Comment “Gypsy is free” if you have made it this far.** . Summary Annie Robershaw shares her personal narrative and unveils the Dare to Dream process. Key takeaways from the episode: Why society often views child-free women as substandard The struggles and stereotypes faced by child-free women Why creating spaces for child-free women is so important The power of saying 'no' and setting boundaries so you can let your dreams flourish Annie Robershaw is the founder of Delightfully Free, where she provides support for childfree women, whether by choice or by circumstance, as they Dare to Dream and create lives that honor their authentic needs and desires. She offers community and group offerings to help pave a path out of hustle culture and return to Nature's cyclical, seasonal growth model. Noteworthy quotes from this episode: [7:43] "[People] who are child free by choice are really asked to justify their decision over and over and over again. And that there's something about child free women that makes certain people uncomfortable. That somehow our existence isn't enough, just as it is. Like somehow we're not worthy of being, without justifying our existence by who we care for." [32:57]"I think as a fellow people pleaser, it's revolutionary to get cozy and familiar with the word no. And when you realize, oh, actually some really great things happen when you say no is, is even more shocking when you go down that path and that the no's actually lead to more magical enhanced yeses." Is freedom a straightforward path to redemption, or does it come with its own set of challenges and responsibilities? This question lies at the heart of the discussion on "Hidden Killers," a podcast hosted by Tony Brueski, featuring Jennifer Coffindaffer, a retired FBI special agent. The focus of their conversation is Gypsy Rose Blanchard, a woman whose life story reads like a tragic novel, now grappling with newfound freedom after a decade-long saga of abuse, manipulation, and ultimately, murder. Gypsy Rose's case has captured the public's attention for years, presenting a perplexing mix of victimization and culpability. Coffindaffer, an advocate for victims, acknowledges the complexity of Gypsy's situation. "She was charged, convicted in a plea deal, and served the time allotted... she should be considered completely free," she explains, highlighting the judicial process's role in Gypsy's current status. Yet, the path forward for Gypsy is laden with potential pitfalls. As she steps into the limelight of social media stardom, Coffindaffer and Brueski express concern about her ability to navigate this new realm. "Do I see it as a potential pitfall... in terms of will she be able to really handle the stardom... fresh out of jail? We'll see," Coffindaffer muses, pointing out the challenges Gypsy might face in dealing with sudden fame and public scrutiny. An intriguing aspect of Gypsy's story is her refusal to play the victim. She has consistently owned up to her role in her mother's murder, a stance that Coffindaffer believes plays well for her character. "So many people just can never do that... she's not doing that," she notes, implying that Gypsy's acceptance of responsibility might pave the way for her successful reintegration into society. However, the conversation takes a turn when discussing Nicholas Godejohn, Gypsy's online boyfriend who committed the murder. Coffindaffer expresses a sense of injustice regarding Godejohn's life sentence without the possibility of parole. "I really do believe that's egregious... I'm surprised we haven't heard that sort of sense of empathy [from Gypsy]," she remarks, questioning whether Gypsy should publicly acknowledge the role she played in manipulating Godejohn into committing the crime. This discussion raises critical questions about the nature of justice, redemption, and empathy. While Gypsy Rose Blanchard has served her time and is legally free, the moral implications of her actions and their consequences on others, particularly Godejohn, linger in the public consciousness. As Gypsy navigates her newfound freedom, her journey invites us to consider the complexities of criminal justice and rehabilitation. Her story is not just about the transition from incarceration to freedom but also about the responsibility that comes with being a public figure who has experienced and caused deep trauma. In conclusion, the case of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, as analyzed by Coffindaffer and Brueski, presents a multifaceted dilemma that extends beyond the confines of the courtroom. It challenges us to ponder the intricacies of human behavior, the nuances of justice, and the path to redemption. As Gypsy Rose steps into the future, one can't help but wonder: Can true freedom ever be attained without fully confronting and reconciling with the past? This question, central to Gypsy Rose Blanchard's narrative, remains an open-ended one, inviting us to reflect on the broader implications of her extraordinary life story. Expectations can sometimes feel like invisible shackles, constraining us, defining our choices, and sadly limiting the vast potential within us. Join Carla Michelle as she shares Chapter 2 of The Free Woman; How to live free daily and the benefits of embarking on this transformative path.
Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews; This man came to Jesus at night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.” Jesus responded and said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a person be born when he is old? He cannot enter his mother's womb a second time and be born, can he?” Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which has been born of the flesh is flesh, and that which has been born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.' Click here to join the Free Woman Healing Intensive Summary Intro to the Free Woman show. 0:00 Welcome to the free woman show. Today's episode will be a very juicy and emotional episode. The inspiration behind the Free woman show and becoming a trauma coach for sensitive and ambitious women, and how it all started her healing journey. She recalls feeling confused and foggy in her toxic relationship, feeling like everything was flipped back on her. One of the signs of a toxic relationship is when the person won't take accountability for their partner's actions, which is a sign that they're not taking accountability for themselves. The turning point of her life. 5:16 When she was very young, she was trying to convince him that her intentions were good and that he did do something that hurt her. When she felt like she was going crazy. The same patterns would continue over and over again until she got to a point where she had suicidal ideation. Many people in toxic relationships don't talk to people about it because they're afraid of stirring up drama or being manipulated or isolated. Manipulation and manipulation. 10:00 Slight manipulation, going through it all over and covert, but she didn't know who she was. Religion placement, the idea of patriarchy that the man rolls over the woman. A certain percentage of women in Christian relationships are emotionally abused because of patriarchy. A lot of women who are in toxic relationships are religious. Toxic relationships are overdoing it. How trauma coaching helped me to heal. 13:12 Trauma coaching is what helped her wake up to a lot of things in her life. It helped her to heal and be a better woman overall. She is passionate about the topic of narcissism and toxic people, but doesn't want to give too much glory to the toxicity. She would get into a hyper-vigilant state and snap if she could see, but she would jump up and start asking if someone was uncomfortable or upset. The misconception with empaths and narcissism is that it's not wrong to have a big heart to love deeply. Setting women free from codependent relationships. 18:22 Being in a toxic relationship, learning that she was codependent and healing through all of that. One of many stories of not knowing what to do, confused loss, not understanding why every time this person was upset with you, and feeling lost. Healing is a lifestyle, always going to be doing it, but is free from not knowing who she is and what she's feeling, not trusting herself, and fighting for something that was a fantasy more than it was real love. Being quiet has always been part of her life. You do not have to stay in confusion. 24:02 You do not have to stay in confusion or doubt yourself. You get to trust yourself and avoid the pain of dealing with the toxicity. Free woman is about really reclaiming your highest self, stepping into who you are, not who other people want you to be. Healing is about creating an internal sense of safety. In a toxic relationship, you are constantly fighting to be seen and heard and feel safe. Fawning is a patterned way of being fawned over, trying to please them to get them to calm down and make them happy. There are only three spots left for the free woman healing intensive. There are also weekly hot seat coaching and emotional release sessions. The three month program is for women who want to heal, regain emotional control, and step into their highest selves. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/goodgirlfreewomanjustina/message

In this week's episode I talk to High Sensory Coach and Creative Empath, Elisha May. Elisha is a High Sensory Leader and Coach which means she is able to energetically and intuitively assist transformation in others, and achieve quicker results than a normal coach or therapist. She offers High Sensory Facilitation, for those with the trait of Sensory Processing Sensitivity, now known as High Sensory People, but have been known as Highly Sensitive People and Empaths. She specialises in people wanting to live a life in a non-conventional way, with freedom, adventure, and independence as the theme.Elisha has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by people that have chosen the conventional route but feel this hasn't enabled them to always remain in their truth and connection with their inner knowing. She is an expert at helping people come back into alignment with the truth of who they are when they have been at the mercy of the conditions and conventions of their society, step out of the depletion and negative exhausting effects of the human conditioning that people have experienced in their life.Elisha is about to launch a new podcast and YouTube channel called High Sensory People with another High Sensory Coach and Empath.Topics that Elisha & I cover are:How she experiences life as a High Sensory Person and Empath; How she has always led an unconventional life and been a free spirit;Elisha's thoughts and her own story around being childfree; How explaining why you didn't have kids can be triggering for women who have them; The frustrations that come with the stigma around single, childfree women;People pleasing, and how it tends to be a largely female issue; The ‘one size fits all' expectation of life, and how societal programming can sometimes make us feel as though we don't have choice about our lives; The difference between the true self / soul, and the false self / ego, and how we are slowly learning to bring into union the soul and the ‘human self';How important it is to come out of our minds, drop down into our bodies, and subsequently bring our consciousness into our heart centre; How humans have a tendency to think they are superior to Mother Earth, how this is simply not the case, and the truth is we are all connected; How women who don't have children, whatever the reason, are saving the planet! The concept of the Free Woman, and we are needed in this world. How disengaging from the news and adverts would make the world a better place for everyone.Elisha's Website:https://elisha-may.com/ Follow Elisha on Instagram:@elishamayhspConnect with Elisha on LinkedIn:Elisha May Book a FREE 30 minute coaching 'taster' session HERE: https://calendly.com/lucymeggeson/30minute Fancy getting your hands on my FREE Top 10 Mindset Tips? Margaret Daniel was neither rich nor famous, but the sparse details of her career provide a window into life in Charleston around the turn of the nineteenth century. Between the 1780s and her death in 1817, she accumulated real estate, catered fancy dinners, hosted exclusive business meetings, and briefly ran a school for Black children. On February 24th, Charleston Time Machine will profile the life and times of Margaret Daniel, one of the most interesting free women of color in Charleston's past.

Masterminds are closed for the rest of this year. I am currently working on a course to bring you access to more support. This course will include a private Facebook group, training, and curriculum from the Mastermind. If you would like to get on this list and be the first to know when the course launches please send me a message saying "More Course Info Please" : https://fearlessmujer.com/contactHey Amiga, thanks for joining me for a new episode this week. If you are listening to this episode on 9/22 - Girl it's my birthday, so I want to thank you for hanging out with me today. Today I am 38 years young! On today's episode I'm diving into what it looks like for a woman to be a changemaker. A changemaker rattles and shakes things up, sometimes a woman called to be a changemaker will offend others. She isn't the type of person to stay quiet about an injustice or something that she thinks is wrong. Maybe you have been criticized for speaking up about certain things, and maybe there are certain things that really bother you. If that has ever happened to you, I want you to know that there is nothing wrong with you, you are called to be a changemaker. Changemakers think outside of the box and might even get into disagreements with people, sometimes not intentionally. They are the ones who challenge the viewpoint of others and who bring a different perspective. Sometimes they are the trailblazers who come to open doors for the next generation. They are the leaders who do things in unconventional ways. I believe that many women today will do some unconventional things and bring the change that will leave a legacy for the next generation of Mujeres. Make sure to share this episode with your Amigas because something powerful happens when we lift each other up! Have you left a review? Hey Amiga, I am so excited and honored that you are stopping by for a virtual cup of Cafecito. I want to dive into this episode by encouraging you and reminding you that you are worthy no matter what has happened in the past. Sometimes when we have made mistakes we tend to replay those mistakes and allow them to define who we are. That can cause you to feel unworthy, especially when toxic family or friends are reminding you of your mistakes. Are you struggling to believe in yourself because you have allowed others to define you? Have you embraced what others have said about you? If you are struggling with believing in yourself ask yourself Who am I? and Who do I want to be? Answering these questions will begin to help you get clarity, and will also help you make decisions based off what you want! It's important to know who you are, because you have been called to influence the next generation of women. Girl, you have a much bigger purpose. Please know that I am always here to support you. If you need some accountability with setting goals or working through some things that are holding you back from pursuing your dreams let's chat. How true to yourself are you? Inside of your own Self? With others around you? In your own life? In this episode, we explore the topic of authentic expression and what it means to say yes when we mean yes and no when we mean no. We wonder about what it would be like for each one of us to give less importance to what others may say or think and to start paying more attention to what feels right for us in each and every moment in different aspects of our lives. We discover what it may be like for us to embody more of our Inner Wise Woman, Inner Wild Woman, Inner Sensual Woman, and Inner Free Woman so that we can be more aligned with our True Self... ... using the practice of nourishment as a way to feel guided, supported, and sustained on the journey!
