On this episode of the OneFootball Podcast, Chloe Beresford is joined by Serie A writer Adam Digby. After Napoli beat Ajax 6-1 in the midweek round of the Champions League, it's time to look into how they've blown away all the doom and gloom after they sold off club legends Kalidou Koulibaly, Lorenzo Insigne and Dries Mertens in the summer. Doing well in both European action and sitting top of the tree in Serie A, Napoli have put together a real strong side in all departments, and boss Luciano Spalletti is letting them play with attacking freedom. That's largely thanks to Sporting Director Cristiano Giuntoli, who has discovered Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and South Korean defender Kim Min-jae. Ending as usual with a trivia question, which of course is also Napoli themed and a nod to the retiring Gonzalo Higuain.

In this episode of the Designated Players Podcast, the guys are back after a long hiatus to bring you some more MLS content! This week we talk about everybody's favorite soccer game, FIFA. Now FIFA is definitely not just everyone's favorite because it's the only option, but definitely a favorite for the riveting scripted gameplay, realistic physics, and spot on player ratings! Yeah if you couldn't tell neither of the hosts are fans of this game, HOWEVER, as we are experts in predictions we are here to bring you our take on MLS FIFA player ratings. We talk top 10 players last year, top 10 players this year, most improved, and least improved. We would like to note that we recorded this on Saturday (9/18/2021) prior to the release of the ratings, so our guesses are truly guesses. Let us know your thoughts on the ratings and on our guesses!FIFA is notorious for slating MLS players when it comes to ratings. Take Raul Ruidiaz for example. A dominant striker in this league since he has got here, and yet both last year and this year he sits behind the likes of Blaise Matuidi and Gonzalo Higuain in rating. Well we're here to tell you who else is getting slated and who is still getting the special European treatment. Let us know your thoughts on how we did with guessing the top 10 rated players for this season and if we did it better than FIFA.
