There's a chance I'll be dead by morning. My neighbor hired people to remodel her home, and they're using bone saws at 3am. I saw a man forget about 9/11. I'm addicted to rice crispy treats now. I got a Taylor Swift coloring book. And, I saw some boys causing destruction and that was pretty cool. Enjoy.New episodes are released every Tuesday. Stories begin around the 15:30 mark and include a guy who is shipwrecked and reflecting; a man reminiscing on an adventure; 2 poems; and a love letter. Mahgdalen Rose - Political Correspondent on the Crusade Channel Follow Mahgdalen on Twitter - @MahgdalenRose CNN Presidential Debate DeSantis just looked like a guy debating but Nikki looked upset and angry. She rolled her eyes a few times, she clinched her jaw several times, she just looked angry and not happy to be there. There are two sides to this. DeSantis is on the side that a lot of Trumps issues are his own fault. If you were watching that debate last night, you aren't a Trump super fan. Trump did hire bad people and it did get him into hot water in a lot of areas. This is a very small field b/c Trump is still running. Nikki has a great edge going into New Hampshire. Donald Trump has a huge support base in South Carolina. Chris Christie - I don't think he will back Trump but he had a hot mic moment when he said Nikki was going to get smoked so who knows w/ that one. AUDIO/VIDEO: Vivek Ramaswamy Makes Predictions - Narrow this to a 2 horse race b/w Trump & a puppet they can control. Eliminate Trump Trot their puppet into the WH Next up, Ron DeSantis joins Nikki Haley's ticket as VP. Ron may not know it yet but he won't have a say in the matter. If anything you are more likely to have Nikki as the VP of Ron DeSantis not the other way around. I'm sorry Vivek is not doing well but that doesn't mean he is suddenly the Magic 8 Ball of the Republican party. Nikki wasn't wrong in many ways about how and where DeSantis has been putting money and time into. Alejandro Mayorkas - he isn't even liked by the Democrats, he is abrasive and they just don't like him so it is highly likely he will impeached. Biden will NOT go to bat for him in the way he would for Buttigieg or anyone else like that.

It's all too easy to get caught up in perfectionism, particularly when first bringing an idea to paper. Tonight the Cru chats about what first drafts really are, and how to use them. Stories begin at the 17:10 mark and include a teen wolf chasing a teen girl; an interview in a hospital room; and a detective searching for a human girl. I'll warn you, Krispy's tale gets a little gruesome. From Brewer's Dictionary of Phrase and Fable: Go off at half-cock, To. To fail as a result of doing something prematurely or without proper preparation. In today's episode, we're diving into the unknown story of Krispy Krunchy Food, the hidden gem of America's fried chicken chains with Dan Shapiro, the CEO of Krispy Krunchy Food. America's Best Fried Chicken Chain The Wall Street Journal once quoted a famous chef as saying, "This is America's Fried Chicken." Krispy Krunchy Food is a Cajun fried chicken franchise tucked away inside convenience stores, offering comfort food sides like mac 'n' cheese, red beans and rice, jambalaya, and honey biscuits. They operate in over 2,800 locations and are expanding into Walmart, making them a notable presence in the fast-food industry. The Resilient Founder Story Krispy Krunchy Food faced adversity in 2005 when Hurricane Katrina nearly wiped them out. In 2006, they decided to expand aggressively, diversifying their geographical footprint. This resilience played a significant role in their success story. A Taste Unlike Any Other Customers' reactions to Krispy Krunchy Food are clear-cut: It's either the best chicken they've ever tasted or a delightful surprise for those who've never heard of it. The year 2020 marked a banner year for food in grocery stores, with Krispy Krunchy Food at the forefront. The Marketing Strategy Krispy Krunchy Food focuses on branding, aiming to resemble a legitimate Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). They strategically place their food at the front counter to boost impulse purchases, a tactic that has proven successful. Front Counter Real Estate In the grocery store world, the most valuable real estate is the front counter. Not all products are worthy of this prime location; it's about choosing high-margin items strategically. Tic Tacs and gum may not cut it; Krispy Krunchy Food knows better. Expansion Plans Krispy Krunchy Food is set to open 500 new stores while losing 150 in normal churn. There are approximately 150,000 grocery stores in the U.S., with 90,000 being independent. The key is to vet the stores for foot traffic and find the right operators who excel in food service. Nintendo has spoken and Krispy agrees... the people are ready for an amazing 2D Mario game! We dig into all the big announcements from Nintendo's summer showcase including Super Mario Bros Wonder, a remake of Super Mario RPG, and a new Princess Peach platformer! Annapurna also brought it with their latest showcase thanks to the announcement of an internally developed Blade Runner game. In the second segment, we take our first dive into the meat and potatoes of Final Fantasy XVI, Chris makes a strong case for playing Aliens: Dark Descent, and Nick gives his initial thoughts on Trepang2, an indie successor to the original FEAR. Oh... and Brad found his new drug in Halls of Torment, a successor to last year's mega-indie, Vampire Survivors. Recorded in the final hours of a pre-Tears of the Kingdom world and with Nick out on vacation, Chris Davis, Krispy, and Brad sit down to clear out their game dockets so that Zelda madness can consume them. Krispy and Brad give their impressions of Darkest Dungeon 2, a daring departure from the original's enjoyably challenging formula, followed by updated impressions of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. And there's no way we couldn't talk about the Mortal Kombat news and how that affects our Fantasy Critic league! The Star Wars gods have shined upon us this year by giving us one of the best Star Wars games to date and allowing our recording date to coincide with May the 4th (be with you). Nick is joined by Krispy and Chris Davis to take a deep dive into Star Wars Jedi: Survivor - Respawn's bold new sequel to Fallen Order. Despite the rough launch on PC, our Console experiences have been more than enough to secure this one as a highlight in a year already bursting at the seams with quality games. It's not all sunshine and rainbows though; Star Wars may be great but Arkane Austin had a disastrous launch for Redfall which is on track to be the worst reviewed game of the year. We take a look at the circumstances that led to this unforunate outcome and discuss what it means for Microsoft and Arkane going forward. It has been quite the week in the games industry and it's got everybody feelin spicy! We've got a bevy of big point updates for our Fantasy Critic and some big headlines including a rumored release window for Spider-Man 2 and the acquisition of Night Dive Studios by Atari! But all of that pales in comparison to the dust kicked up by the recent Redfall preview coverage which continues to be one of the most divisive but compelling games on the horizon. In the second segment, we manage to find conflict in Tchia despite it being the most wholesome and delightful games of the year thus far. Krispy takes us on a journey through the Diablo IV beta and Chris Davis claims that Exoprimal could be a potential sleeper hit for the year after his time with the beta.

While we have plenty of actual video games to discuss this week, the recent premiere of 'The Last of Us' on HBO steals the spotlight this week. The show is off to a strong start so we take a minute (or 30) to talk about that first impression and the potential that it holds in the coming weeks (or even years). In the first segment though, we check in with Krispy as he continues to play Tunic (one of our 2022 game of the year contenders) and Chris Davis explains his split feelings on Generation Zero, an open-world FPS that came out in 2018. Nick discusses The Forest and delivers an important update to his Chained Echoes impressions from last week.
