☎️Keith Thurman #Keiththurman vowed to send Manny Pacquiao #Mannypacquiao into retirement after the two welterweights clash July 20 for a Fox pay-per-view event at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. During the presser, Thurman (29-0, 22 KOs) said the old guard of boxing, formerly led by Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Pacquiao, would be gone once he defeats boxing's only eight-division world champion and sends him into retirement alongside his former foe.It didn't long for the fighter many boxing pundits feel is the best fighter at 147 pounds and arguably top 5 pound-for-pound in IBF titlist Errol Spence Jr. to take a shot at what "One Time" said. The comments made by Spence appear to stem from Thurman taking a 22-month layoff due to injuries after he beat Danny Garcia in March 2017 to become the unified welterweight champion. When we returned to the ring and defeated Josesito Lopez in January, Thurman stated that 2019 would be his 'get back year.' A fight against Spence would have to wait until 2020, and only if it was a unification bout with at least three world titles on the line.
