En esta entrevista Sebastián Granados Ponce, Comisionado Estatal Contra las Adicciones, nos hablas sobre la prevención y atención de adicciones en el Estado de Querétaro.

El abogado Jaime Granados Peña analiza el fallo absolutorio en el caso Colmenares, donde Laura Moreno y Jesse Quintero fueron declarados inocentes tras 15 años de proceso judicial. La Corte Suprema ratificó de manera unánime su absolución, destacando la responsabilidad de la fiscalía por errores graves en la investigación que afectaron la vida de los acusados. Granados resalta la resiliencia de Moreno y Quintero, quienes reconstruyeron sus vidas fuera del país y en Colombia. Este caso evidencia la importancia de una justicia justa y la necesidad de evitar prácticas fiscales que perjudiquen a inocentes. Una reflexión sobre la verdad, la justicia y el respeto a las víctimas reales.

As I sat yesterday pondering all my friends, family, and compatriots celebrating Thanksgiving, my thoughts turned to the turkey, the traditional sacrificial creature for this event. And whatever the avian counterpart of a rabbit hole is, that's where my thoughts turned as I realized that a tribute to our feathered friends in general would make a nice, lightweight, potpourri episode as we once again hurtle into the final preparations for the holiday season. As my list of possible repertoire exploded, I decided to limit myself only to stage works in which a bird is somehow involved: as a character, as a symbol, as a metaphor, perhaps even as all three simultaneously. Emprender puede parecer un camino lleno de oportunidades, pero también de riesgos e incertidumbre. Hoy más que nunca, en un contexto donde la competencia crece y la atención del público se fragmenta, muchos se preguntan si realmente vale la pena dar el salto. Para Rubén Granados, creador de Salto Latinoamérica, un evento presencial que impulsa el desarrollo personal, las ventas y las finanzas saludables en distintos países de la región, la respuesta no es tan simple como un “sí” o un “no”. Rubén es claro al afirmar que “no creo que todo el mundo esté preparado para emprender ni que debe emprender. Es una decisión para la cual hay que prepararse”. En Latinoamérica, explica, ocho de cada diez emprendimientos cierran a los tres años, y muchas veces eso ocurre por lanzarse sin la preparación emocional, mental y estratégica que requiere este camino. “La vida del emprendedor es bastante desafiante y solitaria, donde muchas veces hay que tener la mentalidad y las emociones correctas para tomar buenas decisiones y que el emprendimiento crezca”, agrega. Más allá de la competencia, Granados sostiene que lo verdaderamente importante es el valor de la propuesta. No todos los emprendedores tienen las mismas motivaciones: algunos buscan libertad financiera, otros desean ofrecer una solución significativa al mercado. En ese sentido, “más que la competencia, uno debería enfocarse en tener clara la propuesta de valor, la visibilidad del emprendimiento y el flujo de caja”. Y si bien Rubén identifica los desafíos del contexto, también ve una oportunidad: “Creo que es un buen momento para emprender, más allá de los desafíos, porque hoy uno puede llegar a cualquier persona de habla hispana de manera muy rápida”. Sin embargo, no todos logran navegar con la misma calma en un entorno tan incierto. “Hay algunos que enfrentamos mejor la incertidumbre y hay otros que se sienten muy inseguros cuando tienen que ir a buscar sus propios resultados”, comenta. Es ahí donde la resiliencia y la capacidad de resolver problemas se convierten en pilares: “El emprendedor es un solucionador de problemas”. Granados también habla de una de las mayores aspiraciones de quien emprende: la libertad. Pero aclara que esa libertad llega con tiempo y estructura. “Cuando ya pudiste automatizar tu producto con sistemas y procesos muchas veces puedes salirte de tu negocio y ahí sí el emprendedor tiene más libertad y más ingresos que la persona en relación de dependencia”. Aun así, advierte que el proceso no es sencillo: “En general los emprendedores son más esclavos de su trabajo que las personas en relación de dependencia”. Entre las principales causas de fracaso, Granados destaca la falta de efectivo. “La principal causa de que un negocio cierre es la falta de efectivo, y es la consecuencia de los problemas que tiene el emprendimiento, como visibilidad y comunicación de tu propuesta de valor, que el equipo operativo sea el correcto y la ejecución de ese mismo equipo”. Por eso insiste en la importancia de construir una propuesta sólida y sostenible. “La propuesta de valor de un proyecto tiene tres bases fundamentales. Una es el valor intrínseco, es decir, a quién ayudas, cómo y qué tan poderosa es esa ayuda. La segunda es en qué me diferencio de la competencia. Y la tercera es la sustentabilidad, que es lo que dice la gente de tu proyecto”. El camino, asegura, requiere tiempo, aprendizaje y constancia: “La trayectoria es algo que nadie puede comprar, sino que hay que construirla”. Y aunque reconoce que “la competencia puede ser una oportunidad o un problema, según cómo esté planteado mi proyecto”, también señala que las barreras de entrada son reales y que el éxito depende de la claridad con que se defina la estrategia. Finalmente, Granados subraya el poder de la globalización como una herramienta para pensar en grande desde el inicio. “Cuando quiero hacer proyectos escalables tiene que ver mucho con la parte digital, la globalización, la visibilidad que le puedo dar en distintos sectores y la logística. Es fundamental que un proyecto apunte al tamaño más grande del mercado que pueda, y ahí la globalización tiene mucho que ver”. En tiempos donde la competencia es alta y las reglas del mercado cambian rápido, Rubén Granados nos recuerda que emprender no es una moda, sino una decisión consciente.
