In this information-packed episode of The Red Light Report, Dr. Mike Belkowski is joined by Josh Crawford, Clinical Director of Genoa Integrative Health & Wellness. Josh shares his transformational journey from emergency medicine to building one of the most robust red light therapy clinics in North America. Sparked by the tragic loss of his first wife to Crohn's disease and biologic-related cancer, Josh recounts how that experience ignited his pursuit of root-cause medicine, integrative therapies, and photobiomodulation. The episode dives deep into the clinical application of red light therapy and methylene blue — especially in combination — as tools for mitochondrial repair, anti-aging, and chronic disease recovery. Josh and Dr. Mike explore the synergistic effects of methylene blue and red light, optimal dosing strategies, and the importance of high-quality supplementation. They also address the challenges of consumer devices, the biohacker movement, and using light and energy to promote cellular regeneration. Topics include: • Josh's journey from paramedic to bioenergetic health leader • Why methylene blue + red light = mitochondrial magic • Dosing strategies, contraindications, and clinical applications • How to vet red light therapy devices and avoid snake oil • Real-world stories of healing from autoimmune, cancer, and neurodegeneration Whether you're a clinician, wellness entrepreneur, or biohacker, this episode is full of clinical pearls, personal insights, and practical protocols that highlight the future of medicine rooted in energy, light, and mitochondrial health. Josh Crawford is the Clinical Director of Genoa Integrative Health & Wellness, a leading clinic focused on root-cause healing, mitochondrial repair, and advanced integrative therapies. With a background in emergency medicine and paramedicine, Josh transitioned into the world of holistic health after the tragic loss of his first wife to complications from Crohn's disease and biologic treatment. This personal turning point fueled his mission to challenge conventional sick-care models and pursue modalities that restore cellular health—especially photobiomodulation (red light therapy) and methylene blue. Today, Josh blends clinical insight with cutting-edge technologies to help patients reverse chronic illness, restore vitality, and reclaim their lives. He is widely respected for his hands-on expertise, patient-first philosophy, and ability to bridge traditional medical training with bioenergetic and integrative solutions. Smart views the Mercedes-Benz Stadium as a potential venue for multiple games this season, including the SEC Championship and College Football Playoff. Key Recruits Attending UGA vs. Clemson: Defensive Linemen: Justus Terry and Elijah Griffin, both 5-star plus defensive linemen, will be in attendance. Rutgers Flip Targets: Georgia is actively pursuing Rutgers commits Chase Linton and Braxton Kyle. Linton has already de-committed from Rutgers, and it is likely he will end up at Georgia. Several high-profile recruits are planning visits to schools they are not committed to. Key Recruits to Watch: DJ Pickett: Committed to LSU Tigers but is planning visits to Florida, Miami, and Oregon. Deuce Knight: Currently committed to Notre Dame, but Auburn is confident they can flip him. Julian Lewis: The USC QB commit might visit Indiana and Colorado. Naeem Offord: Committed to Ohio State, but Auburn is making a strong push to flip him. Caleb Cunningham: Committed to Alabama, but Ole Miss is actively trying to flip him. Dallas Wilson: Committed to Oregon, but plans to visit Florida, Miami, and Florida State. CJ Wiley: Shocked many by choosing FSU over LSU and Georgia, but might visit Athens this fall. Miami's Recruiting Outlook: Miami is currently ranked #10 in recruiting. Success on the field this season could elevate their ranking to the top 5. Game Impact: The Miami vs. Florida game in Gainesville is crucial for Miami's recruiting efforts. Recruits like Joshua Moore and DJ Pickett will be closely watching the game, which could influence their decisions.

Very few cities , if any, can lay claim to the amount of impact, influence, and talent that Memphis Tennessee has over the last 60 years. Rather Stax Records in the 70's, DJ Spanish Fly in the 80's, or Gangsta Memphis of the 90's, the city finds a way to flex its muscle every decade and remind the world that Memphis is a Musical Powerhouse. Few can speak on the cities musicality better than Prairie View Alum and Current Syracuse Graduate Student Josh Crawford. Born and Raised in East Memphis, Josh has had a first hand experience on the culture one of Americas most under-appreciated cities. For years, researchers have said that increased exposure to violent video games have had an enormous impact on our children becoming desensitized to violence. It feels like every day—whether it be on our favorite news program or as we mindlessly scroll through social media—we are constantly seeing graphic footage of heinous crimes: shootings, carjackings, vicious assaults, and even murder. For many people, the current crime crisis we find ourselves in may feel like a fog. But I assure you, many Americans don’t have the luxury of becoming desensitized, as they live each day in fear of becoming a victim. The crime crisis has had drastic effects on our society. And those suffering the most? Our most vulnerable communities. On this episode of the Blue View, National FOP President Patrick Yoes sits down with Josh Crawford. Josh is the Director of Criminal Justice Initiatives with the Georgia Center for Opportunity where he leads their public safety and re-entry work. He has testified before local and state legislative committees as well as Federal agencies and a Presidential commission. His work has been featured in the places like the National Review, the Washington Examiner, and Chicago Sun-Times, among other publications around the country.
