Stugotz got hit in the head with a golf ball right in the forehead. He said he was gushing blood but played the next hole. We took calls about Gio hitting a car while on the golf course. There was a debate whether Gio was liable or not and a few lawyers called in. An old school caller, John in Glen Cove, called in to talk to Gio for the first time in many years. He thinks the Yankees are under too much pressure and need to let their players grow their hair long. C-Lo returned for an update and started with all the sounds of the Mets beating the Yankees in the Bronx. The middle of the Yankees lineup has been a disaster. Bryson DeChambeau had Donald Trump on his YouTube golf show. In the final segment of the hour, Gio's daughter spilled water and he wanted her to get the towel herself. She was whining until Gio yelled at her to get the towel. He gave her 3 or 4 chances before he started yelling. He does not want to raise a spoiled child. Demon voice Gio was needed.

On this episode of Engage, host First Officer Ryan Argenta speaks with Attorney Marcus Migliore, ALPA's General Counsel & Director, Legal Department, about the implications of the Railway Labor Act (RLA) on Section 6 negotiations and how pilot-coordinated self-help actions can adversely derail progress at the table. Ryan and Mr. Migliore dig into a number of cases where pilot actions, such as refusing to pick up open time trips, green slips, and coordinating a sick out resulted in court action and stiff sanctions for individual pilots as well as for the union. They also discuss what self-help actions pilots can take under the RLA and how pilot unity, wearing lanyards, and informational picketing is making a huge impact at the negotiating table. As things heat up in negotiations and frustrations run high this summer, Mr. Migliore explains how important it is for Delta pilots to keep cool, follow the rules and laws imposed by the RLA and let ALPA and elected representatives follow the defined flow process. This week on Ring of Fire! The Durham probe hit a major snag this week after Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman was acquitted of all charges. Conservatives are outraged, of course, but the probe has been going on for over 3 years now without any results. Time to let it go. Investigative reporter Jordan Chariton will be here to discuss the many failings of the Uvalde police force, and we'll discuss the likelihood that America passes comprehensive gun control measures. And on the member show, we've got even more Republican leaks! Their plans for harassing voters, stalling legislative action, and so much more have been revealed by a series of different leaks this week, and we'll take a look at each one of them.
The lawyer is our own Sarah Yacoub, who is joined by Dr. Kristin Lyerly for some important updates. The guns on our streets are causing endless tragedy, but the politicians squawking the loudest about crime have done the least to fix the issues. And a new chancellor for UW-Madison isn't exactly news up north, but Republicans appear to be using the news to prepare for big changes that could hurt every campus across Wisconsin next year. I enjoyed it and I think you will too. Coming soon #OptOut
