Join us this Palm Sunday as we walk through the Triumphal Entry and confront our misconceptions about Jesus—not the king we expected or deserved, but the Savior we truly need.
Join us this Sunday as we explore God's wisdom and how it can transform our lives. In the Bible, Solomon asked God for wisdom but became distracted by wealth and lost sight of God. Jesus, on the other hand, gave everything for us. True wisdom begins with trusting Jesus, offering stability, hope, and guidance in life's challenges.
Join us today to delve into the Book of Judges. Learn how leaders like Deborah and Gideon helped Israel return to God and how we can avoid their mistakes by prioritizing God and guiding future generations. Discover how Jesus is our ultimate savior, guiding us today.
Join us today as we explore how Joshua led the Israelites to conquer their giants through faith and courage. Discover how we can face our own obstacles with strength and confidence, knowing Jesus is with us every step of the way.
Join us as we explore God's invitation to dwell among the Israelites and how His guidelines fostered love for Him and each other. Discover how living these principles, as Jesus taught, enhances God's presence in our lives and inspires others to recognize us as His people. Embrace the opportunity to change the world by loving one another.

Leon Mark McKenzie is an English former professional footballer who played as a forward from 1995 to 2013 who scored in all four English professional leagues during his career. He was also a professional boxer, competing in the super middleweight class. Leon joins Steven to talk about what it takes to succeed at the highest levels of sport, the striking and unexpected similarities between these two sporting pursuits, and why making mistakes is okay so long as you come out fighting. KEY TAKEAWAYS Information has always been limited to those in the past. Now, with the advent of social media, podcasts and the shared wisdom of others, finding your path through life is much easier. the hard work required in order to achieve success is extraordinary. But once we find our dedication and the flow we need, it is far easier to maintain the high levels required. Never judge a book by its cover, despite what we may assume we know. Those who have grown up dedicated to one pursuit, may always have harboured dreams for another. The fighter mentality allows us to follow our hearts towards different paths. In order to understand ourselves better, we have to make mistakes. Only when we stumble, can we learn the most effective ways to pick ourselves back up, and carry these lessons forward. Pastoral Intern, Leon McKenzie, speaks to us about the conversion of Saul and it's implications for Christian living.
Leon McKenzie has gone through enough to live two lives. This is another podcast in a line produced by Ball Street where we've been fortunate enough to get behind the professional footballer, and in this case, the professional boxer. Leon goes into depth about his surroundings growing up and being tested as most young people in London contend with. Unfortunately his struggles didn't end when he made it into the professional ranks - a fascinating story in itself. Throughout his career Leon struggles with injury and for some footballers this brings with it mental strain. Typically the environment in football isn't set up to deal with mental health issues, but footballers, because they're men, are more susceptible to struggling mentally... for some it's a melting pot for depression and worse. But Leon is a different type of character, and isn't beaten so easily. This week we've got an offer on with DraftKings, a Daily Fantasy game where you compete live for real money with other players as the goals go in. Join our league this Saturday for your share of £15k: www.draftkings.co.uk/ballstreet To get tickets for Leon's next fight at York Hall click this link: http://www.goodwinboxing.co.uk/events/post/time-to-score/ See you at the far post.
