First, let's witness the first Pop Star to go "to space" — would you have ever guessed it'd be Katy Perry? OK, maybe. (Plus, Gayle!) Then, we're contending with Coachella (weekend #1), where the brand activations have been...activated. Ester Dean and Keri Hilson dig themselves deeper (if possible) into a "feud" with Beyoncé (or Ciara?) (Does it matter when you're already posted up at the Khia Asylum?) Joe Mangianello helps bring back the dire wolves (kinda!) and Francesca Farago reveals some spicy anti-Haley Bieber payola going around on TikTok... Plus, Brandon Sklenar gets accused of being "Walmart Glen Powell" and "TJ & Amy: Engagement Watch" continues on! Gleb and Brooks might have broken up for the FINAL time, while Emma Corrin and Rami Malek have broken up for the final time :( Toni and Birdman got [secretly] married? And then [publicly] divorced? Louis from 1D is dating a Love Islander and Adrien Grenier had a baby on his farm... E-I-E-I-O. Botox, fillers, and surgeries – you're judged if you do and you're judged if you don't. Love Islander & documentary maker Olivia Attwood is clear that the critical narrative about women's looks is just a tactic used to control us regardless of what we choose to do to our bodies. In this chat, live from the Happy Place Festival, Fearne and Olivia ask if our mental health is suffering in our pursuit of physical perfection. Plus, they're both candid about what work they have and haven't had done. Olivia also opens up about how fearful and shy she used to be. Maybe you often feel blocked by a lack of self-confidence; Olivia explains how making a point of putting herself in situations that scared her helped build her self-worth. Olivia Attwood's ITV2 show ‘Bad Boyfriends' is out now on ITV and ITVX, and episodes of her podcast So Wrong It's Right drop every Thursday. Today, we are joined by Wallace Wilson, PT, Online Coach and recent Love Island contestant to discuss having your identity defined by just one of your interests or activities. Many of us can relate to being categorised by one thing we do. For Wallace, this has been a number of things in his life so far including Footballer, Mens Physique competitor, and more recently Love Islander. We discuss competing defining you in the Fitness space and that as a PT most clients don't even want this goal. Instead, Wallace's business is about a triangular approach “Look, Move, Feel”. Inevitably, we get into the topic of Love Island particularly regarding social media behaviour after the show, selling out, and using your platform positively. We take some time to discuss the following quote “People want to go on reality TV as their career instead of using it as a spring board for an existing career or business”. Finally, we haver a conversation on breaking the stereotypes and assumptions of being categorised by one identity including self development sources and how to set yourself to make the most of these sources.
