He joins the show to discuss his storied career of winning, firstly, as an athlete, and then, as a coach. As a student-athlete he was a 5-time NCAA Champion in Track and National Champion in football both at LSU in the early 2000's. He then returned to his Alma Mater in 2011 and has coached numerous individuals to NCAA Championships over the last decade and was a part of the staff that led the LSU Men's team to an NCAA outdoor championship in 2021.  Bennie provides insight into his upbringing and how it shaped his "don't back down" personality that embraced challenges thrown his way. In college, Bennie was a member of winning cultures created by Hall of Fame coaches in both Football and Track & Field and we get to learn all about his main takeaways from those.
