Steve Milloy reviews Trump's fossil-fuel agenda, EPA rollback of the 2009 endangerment finding, and concerns that litigation delays and Justice Department staffing could let a future Democratic administration reverse course. The speaker attacks the National Academy of Sciences as climate activists, cites a climate chapter in a judges' science manual, notes Elena Kagan said she didn't read it, and urges cutting NAS funding. They praise Matt Wielicki's appointment to lead the U.S. Global Change Research Program. They argue wildfire-smoke PM2.5 health scares lacked NYC hospital spikes, criticize linear no-threshold regulation (radiation, PFAS), and discuss Yucca Mountain standards. They describe shareholder activism against corporate ESG (Netflix, Exxon), criticize carbon capture subsidies, and praise young “climate realist” advocates.00:00 Trump EPA Rollbacks01:37 NAS Versus Trump04:16 Defunding NAS Push06:30 Kagan Foreword Controversy08:24 Climate Realist Appointment09:43 Democrats And Green Money11:59 Big Tech Climate Censorship13:21 X Algorithms And Reach16:10 Viral Tweet No Warming18:20 Wildfire Smoke Reality Check22:30 EPA PM2.5 Experiments26:12 LNT Model And Hormesis30:18 Yucca Mountain Absurdity32:37 PFAS And Low Dose Effects33:37 Forever Chemicals Are Inert34:41 Dose Makes the Poison36:34 Parts Per Trillion Panic37:31 Why Fear Spreads38:06 Conservative Shareholder Activism41:07 Exxon and ESG Battles42:23 Carbon Capture Reality Check43:53 Subsidies and Nanny Government45:31 Next Gen Climate Realists47:43 Awards and Staying the Course50:31 NASA Names and Media Retreat56:01 Debate Challenge and Wrap UpSteve on X: https://x.com/JunkScienceWeb: https://junkscience.com/=========Slides, summaries, references, and transcripts of my podcasts: https://tomn.substack.com/p/podcast-summariesMy Linktree: https://linktr.ee/tomanelson1

Steve sits down with Steve Milloy, Senior Fellow at the Energy and Environment Legal Institute and a former member of President Trump's EPA transition team, to examine what activists are calling “2025 climate tipping points.” Milloy cuts through the headlines to explain what's real, what's exaggerated, and how climate narratives are being used to justify higher energy costs, more regulation, and less freedom for American families.
Milloy Uncovers EPA's Illegal Human Experiments - After EPA falsely claimed before Congress that inhaling even tiny amounts of soot was deadly, the agency sought to justify those outrageous claims with illegal experiments on elderly and sick subjects making them inhale diesel exhaust in an "exposure chamber." EPA even experimented on 10-year old children with diesel exhaust. The Exposure of EPA's Secret Science - To avoid scrutiny of its false claims, EPA hid scientific data for more than 20 years - despite numerous demands from Congress including by subpoena and bills passed. Scare Pollution shows how Milloy discovered a treasure trove of data and led a team of scientific researchers to debunk EPA's claims with new data. Finally, a Much-Awaited Explanation of the Likely Cause of Historical Episodes of 'Killer' Air Pollution. - EPA often cites fatal historical air pollution incidents to needlessly alarm the public about current air quality. Milloy finally debunks these claims with convincing analysis pointing to the likely actual culprit(s). The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (11/14/2024): 3:05pm- A recount has been triggered in the U.S. Senate race between Bob Casey and Dave McCormick. In response to the news, McCormick's campaign said in a statement: “Senator-Elect McCormick's lead is insurmountable, which the AP made clear in calling the race. A recount will be a waste of time and taxpayer money, but it is Senator Casey's prerogative. Senator-Elect McCormick knows what it's like to lose an election and is sure Senator Casey will eventually reach the right conclusion." Democratic Strategist Mark Singel said of Casey: “He has had a good and distinguished career, but it's time to concede and move on.” Rich notes that the recount will cost Pennsylvania taxpayers roughly $1 million—and wonders if this recount is simply a fundraising gimmick for Democrats? 3:30pm- In response to several of Donald Trump's cabinet selections—particularly Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard, and Matt Gaetz—the media has stated the nominees are unqualified. But, for example, what were Pete Buttigieg's qualifications when he was named U.S. Secretary of Transportation? Buttigieg famously explained that he had “a personal love of transportation ever since childhood.” 4:00pm- Trump Expected to Select Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to Lead HHS. People familiar with discussions among Senate Republicans said that far more than three of them are prepared to vote no if the matter comes to a vote, and some said there was already talk of trying to convince Trump to pull the nominee, or for Gaetz to voluntarily withdraw his name.” You can read the full report here: https://www.wsj.com/opinion/matt-gaetz-attorney-general-nominee-donald-trump-b07d3a4f?mod=opinion_lead_pos2 4:20pm- Trump Officially Announces Robert F. Kennedy Jr. As Secretary of Health and Human Services. In a post on Truth Social, Donald Trump wrote: “I am thrilled to announce Robert F. For too long, Americans have been crushed by the industrial food complex and drug companies who have engaged in deception, misinformation, and disinformation when it comes to Public Health. The Safety and Health of all Americans is the most important role of any Administration, and HHS will play a big role in helping ensure that everybody will be protected from harmful chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, pharmaceutical products, and food additives that have contributed to the overwhelming Health Crisis in this Country. The ZOZO Championship had some big names that couldn't get the job done as a young Columbian notched his second PGA TOUR victory. The is almost done with their Asian swing at the Maybank Championship, and another talented pro on a hot streak claimed her second win in three starts. The DP World Tour had a playoff at the Genesis Championship in Korea, but the loser took the headlines with his hot temper and broken locker.Alex is down in Marco Island for his bi-annual trip to the Florida Gulf Coast, where he plans on celebrating Halloween with pumpkins on the beach. But the political ads are just taking over now that he's watching TV in a competitive state. In Tuned In, Michael is playing a new Legend of Zelda game where you actually play as Zelda(!), and Alex is excitedly watching a fellow Quinnipiac alumni and Olympian dance it out on Dancing with the Stars. This week's guest returns for the fifth time to talk Thanksgiving, Christmas, and football Sundays. Lifestyle Blogger Brandi Milloy chats with Alex about all that, plus what she's thankful for and what it was like to visit Guatemala during a service trip.College football had a quiet week (compared to last week), and the NFL produced a shocking result for Alex's Patriots. In the World Series, Michael's Yankees didn't have a good start in LA, and by the time you listen to this, it may all be over.In #AlwaysEndWithFood, Alex is getting ready for a world with working ice cream machines at McDonalds, while Michael is enjoying a wonderful risotto at home. In this segment of The Mark Reardon Show, Mark is joined by Steve Milloy, a former Trump/Pence EPA transition team member and the Founder of JunkScience.com. He discusses a new United Nations report that says that there has been no progress after trillions of dollars have been spent on the climate issues.
Steve Milloy, Senior Energy & Environmental Institute Legal Fellow and former Trump EPA Team Member. ONE MILLION Jobs Lost Due to EV Mandate, Many in Michigan. Just in Time for Kamala Visit Thurs. 19th
Steve Milloy, Senior E&E Institute Legal Fellow and former Trump EPS team member, joins Marc & Kim to discuss Kamala's stance on the Green New Deal and if she is shying away from her radical green policies to appeal to voters in swing states. Steve also explains what Trump can do, if elected, to reverse some of the Biden policies.
First, we begin today's discussion with a critique of the new Con Inc., which claims to be a reboot of the old GOP but in fact is continuing to espouse right-wing philosophy in the abstract while being MIA or downright subversive when it comes to the raw use of power to implement said ideas. Next, we're joined by energy expert Steve Milloy of JunkScience.com who thoroughly debunks the entire premise of global warming being linked to carbon output and to our human activity. He notes that we cannot afford to allow Republicans to agree to the lie of the climate religion. It is too destructive. We discuss how the scientific consensus is just like COVID and how just as with COVID policies, wind, solar, and carbon capture actually harm their stated goals of an environmentally friendly universe. We also discuss how drilling for oil is not good enough if we don't also expand refinery and delivery capacity and repeal all of the subsidies for the green grift. Learn more about your ad choices. “The greener we get, the more dependent we are on China, and they're taking advantage of it. That is part, I think, of their 100-Year Plan. They don't want to go to war with anyone, they're just going to own our economy.”What has been the result of the West's current energy and climate policies? Has our planet become cleaner? Or greener? Or have our economies weakened, and our products cheapened? “China is burning fossil fuels like there is no tomorrow. And the Biden administration is doing everything it can to reduce fossil fuel use in the United States,” says Steve Milloy, senior fellow at the Energy and Environmental Legal Institute. “You have this European climate movement, which has been funded by Putin to block Europe from producing its own energy. The other side knows what the West's weaknesses are, and they fund them—and much to our detriment.”He argues that the Biden administration is putting independent oil companies out of business, and that contrary to reducing carbon emissions, the West has merely exported them to hostile actors.“Exxon Mobil and Chevron ... last year they announced $110-billion worth of purchases of smaller companies who have been weakened by Biden policies,” says Mr. Milloy.Views expressed in this video are opinions of the host and the guest, and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Epoch Times.
We've all seen the headlines: a doomsday glacier is going to sink cities across the globe, illegal immigrants are fleeing to America because of climate change, and many more along these lines. But is any of it true? Well according to Steve Milloy, environmental attorney and the founder of JunkScience.com, the answer is no. Many lies or half-truths are being told to justify the climate change narrative. We speak to him about the climate change hoax that is happening, and also how the U.S. push for green technology plays right into the Chinese Communist Party's hands.
