I'm sad to say that the Int-HER-rupt Podcast is coming to an end. I know, I know—it's been a good run, and I've learned a lot from being the host of this podcast. In this episode, I'm going to share the biggest lessons I've learned from hosting Int-HER-rupt. Also, if you'd still like to hear my lovely voice, head on over to the Nourify and Beautify Podcast. It's a new show where I co-host with Nour Abochama, diving into the secrets behind your favorite beauty products. Learn more about it in the resource section. Sunsetting the Int-HER-rupt Podcast After four years and 200 episodes, you'd think I'd keep going with the podcast. Of course, I'd love to, but I'm experiencing an "IntHERruption" in my own career. Even though we're saying goodbye to the podcast, that doesn't mean it won't still be available. You can always go back and listen to the episodes whenever you like. The Value of Interruptions You may feel like interruptions are the worst things that can happen, but it's better to see them as something positive. View the interruptions in your life as opportunities for growth and learning. Those random bad moments can also be unexpected blessings in disguise. Life Lessons from Leading Women One of the biggest lessons I've learned from this podcast is that you must always know how to speak up for yourself. You are your strongest advocate. No one will take care of you better than you. Use your voice to empower yourself and become an effective leader. Shoutout to TSE Studios I have to thank the TSE Studios team for their wonderful help in creating and producing this podcast. A special shoutout goes to Donald Kelly for his mentorship, and I'd like to acknowledge Shana, Nancy, and Priya for their contributions. Today's Podcast After the Broadcast is a very personal one. Bernadette, Jaime-Lee Fraser and Mo Brossette all talk about life and dating after going through a divorce. This hits close to home for Bernadette and Jaime-Lee as they have been through this themselves. When children are involved, it makes it a whole different ball game as well. Divorce rates are slowing among the millennial generation, but marriage rates are also slowing. People are staying single longer, which we will see late on whether or not that will help with the decline. Either way, divorce is something that we all know way too well. This episode relates to anyone considering marriage or currently going through a divorce. Getting back out there and dating after a divorce can be very scary. Is it healthy to jump right back in? Should you just remain single since it didn't work the first time? How do you know if and when you are ready? These are all common questions that the answers probably vary from person to person. But the importance of this podcast is that being vulnerable and being open can be extremely helpful and therapeutic. We offer off the air conversation with NO commercials, NO filtering, and NO censoring. If you enjoy this podcast, please share it!!

We are thrilled to talk with one of the preeminent voices of the vaccine risk awareness movement today on this episode of Podcast After the Broadcast, Del Bigtree. Bigtree is the producer of the film "VAXXED: From Cover up to Catastrophe", host of the highly popular internet talk show, The HighWire, and Emmy Award-winning producer of the daytime talk show, The Doctors. Bigtree's mission is making sure vaccines have legitimate science behind them confirming that they are 100% safe. His multi-pronged approach incorporates legal, legislative, and media actions to expose the fraud, lies, and conflicts of interest that have allowed the pharmaceutical industry. Bernadette and Del dive into the collusion between government agencies and the pharmaceutical industry, now the most powerful lobby in Washington. This relationship has led to a dramatic increase in vaccine injuries, estimated to be as high as 5.9 million cases per year in the US alone. Get ready for a very candid, honest, and thought provoking interview with Del at the Texas state capitol in Austin during the Texans for Vaccine Choice Rally where both Bernadette and Del were chosen speakers.
