The Epstein Files chaos has exposed serious failures inside the DOJ. Is it time for AG Pam Bondi to step aside? This episode breaks down what the Epstein Files reveal, what they do not, and why accountability requires more than document dumps and political theater. The controversy surrounding the Epstein Files has spiraled into confusion, speculation, and institutional dysfunction. This analysis separates allegation from evidence, examines the Department of Justice's handling of the release, and asks whether meaningful reform is possible. Covering everything from due process and the presumption of innocence to congressional grandstanding and structural oversight failures, this episode delivers clarity in a moment dominated by noise. What You'll Learn Why the Epstein Files chaos reflects deeper DOJ leadership failures The difference between moral outrage and prosecutable evidence How Congress contributed to the dysfunction through performative oversight Why chaotic disclosure without context damages public trust What a serious, structured accountability commission should look like What Attorney General Pam Bondi and the DOJ can learn from the restructuring of the DNI under Tulsi Gabbard This is not about protecting the powerful. It is about restoring equal justice under law and demanding competence from institutions that hold immense power over American lives.
Friday is always a great opportunity to uncover the sordid details of stories dumb enough to be the Crime of the Century, but just end up buried under the pile of Crimes of the Millennium. Today starts with a perfect and crystalline example of Trump's criminal genius, a way to monetize vanity itself! So it turns out that DOGE was every bit as dumb as we thought it was. It's all here, but it comes down to this: they asked ChatGPT to make a list of "woke DNI" stuff they could eliminate, and then they just did it. Apparently forging the signatures they needed along the way. (Again!) So, yes, that British fellow, Andrew, was in fact arrested for some crime that was not specifically related to his being a giant pervert. But in the Al Capone tradition: 1) that may be ok, at least for now, and; 2) it's really all the same crime, anyway. This just in: SCOTUS rules against Trump in a case he intends to ignore or otherwise work around! This time, it's the tariffs, at long last! Can we depend on them to rule against him on Virginia's redistricting? Because we may have to! Here's a scary thought to carry into your weekend: 96% of the world's nuclear weapons are now in the hands of authoritarian rulers! Among the world's nuclear powers, only Britain and France remain genuinely liberal democracies. Will you be able to read about that on the Internet? That's less likely now than ever. (At least during the time in which there's been an Internet.)

Former White House Chief of Staff & Mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel joins the Chuck ToddCast for a wide-ranging conversation on the forces shaping America’s political and economic future. He discusses why the 2028 election will be about what’s ahead—not what’s behind—and argues that understanding AI, energy, and the changing nature of work is now essential for anyone seeking leadership. Emanuel makes the case that education and vocational training remain the clearest pathway to the middle class, warns about declining reading proficiency, and examines what schools must do to prepare students for a rapidly evolving world. He also explores how both parties lost their way on education, why fundamentals matter, and what voters are really demanding from the system. The discussion then turns sharply to politics, power, and the health of American institutions. Emanuel weighs in on Trump-era controversies, Congress’s weakened role, and concerns about election integrity and the post-election environment. He outlines how Democrats can rebuild a winning coalition by welcoming independents and former Republicans, focusing on economic fairness, and preparing for a potential 2026 wave election. The episode closes with a global lens—covering U.S.–Israel dynamics, political polarization, wealth inequality, and whether national service could help reunite a fractured country—framing a central question: if the midterms fail to reset the trajectory, what comes next for American democracy? In this episode, Chuck Todd reacts to the Seahawks winning the Super Bowl, then examines the political shockwaves rippling through Washington after Donald Trump’s controversial and widely condemned post about the Obamas, placing it within the broader context of Trump’s long history of racial controversies and growing unease inside his own coalition. As criticism emerges from Republican lawmakers, conservative legal voices, and even Olympic athletes, Todd explores signs that Trump’s influence may be weakening—fueled by internal party fractures, controversial foreign policy moves, and a leadership circle increasingly insulating him from reality. With a surge of congressional retirements, warning signs from special elections, and historical trends favoring the opposition party, the conversation turns to whether Republicans are heading toward a major electoral setback—and whether worsening controversies, including ongoing fallout from Epstein-related revelations, could further reshape the political landscape before November. Then, former White House Chief of Staff & Mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel joins the Chuck ToddCast for a wide-ranging conversation on the forces shaping America’s political and economic future. He discusses why the 2028 election will be about what’s ahead—not what’s behind—and argues that understanding AI, energy, and the changing nature of work is now essential for anyone seeking leadership. The episode closes with a global lens—covering U.S.–Israel dynamics, political polarization, wealth inequality, and whether national service could help reunite a fractured country—framing a central question: if the midterms fail to reset the trajectory, what comes next for American democracy? An 84 year old woman is missing in Tucson. The President posted a racist video and won't apologize. The DNI is seizing voting machines. And Kamala Harris just relaunched her social media. It's been a week. Let's get into it.In This Episode:The Disappearance of Nancy GuthrieDay six of the search for Savannah Guthrie's mother, taken from her Arizona home in the middle of the night. We break down the full timeline, the ransom notes sent to media outlets, the FBI's warning about AI deepfakes complicating proof of life, the arrest of a fake ransom scammer, a new message being analyzed by investigators, a vehicle of interest at a Tucson Circle K, and the towing of a car from Nancy's property Friday evening. Still no suspects. Still no proof of life. The FBI is offering a $50,000 reward. The President Posted What?!Late Thursday night, Trump's Truth Social account shared a video depicting Barack and Michelle Obama as apes, during Black History Month. The White House called the backlash "fake outrage." Then Tim Scott called it "the most racist thing I've seen out of this White House." Then Republicans started calling the President directly. Then it came down. Then they blamed a staffer. Then Trump said he won't apologize. We walk through every layer.Tulsi Gabbard and the Election Conspiracy Road ShowThe Director of National Intelligence showed up at an FBI raid in Georgia, seized voting machines in Puerto Rico, skipped the capture of Nicolás Maduro, and has a classified whistleblower complaint locked in a safe alleging she restricted intelligence for political purposes. We connect the dots between all of it.Kamala Harris and the Return of KamalaHQHarris relaunched her campaign accounts as "Headquarters," a youth mobilization project that is very obviously a 2028 campaign in disguise. Robin makes the data driven case for why the Democratic Party needs to move on, including the 21 point youth vote collapse, underwater favorability numbers, and what happens when a party chooses familiarity over a real reckoning.Key Sources & ReferencesPima County Sheriff's Department press conferences (Feb. 5–6, 2026)FBI Phoenix Division, SAC Heith Janke statementsNBC News, CBS News, CNN, ABC News, Fox 10 Phoenix — Nancy Guthrie coverageWashington Post, NYT, NBC News, CBS News, CNN, CNBC, Axios, The Hill — Trump/Obama video coverageReuters — Tulsi Gabbard Puerto Rico voting machine investigationWall Street Journal — Gabbard whistleblower complaint reportingCiviqs, Marquette Law School, Catalist — Harris polling and post election dataConnect With Us

Alicia Menendez is in for Nicolle Wallace. Alicia covers the presence of DNI Director Tulsi Gabbard at the Elections Office in Fulton County, GA, where the Trump administration seized numerous ballots from the 2020 election. Even though it has been disproven that the 2020 election was ‘stolen,' Fulton County continues to be accused of ‘suspected voter fraud' by Donald Trump.Later, Alicia covers the exasperated admission from a federal prosecutor, who told a judge in court that trying to get ICE and the Justice Dept. to comply with court orders is like “pulling teeth.”For more, follow us on Instagram @deadlinewhTo listen to this show and other MS NOW podcasts without ads, sign up for MS NOW Premium on Apple Podcasts. Recuerda.

TRUMP Macron's Authorities Raid Elon Musk's X French Offices in Paris Under the direction of France's globalist President Macron, French authorities escalated their confrontation with American tech entrepreneur Elon Musk this week, launching high-profile raids of X's offices in Paris and summoning Musk himself for what prosecutors termed a “voluntary interview.” The move marks a dramatic intensification of France's long-running effort to rein in the America-based free-speech platform. According to the Paris public prosecutor's office, the operation was carried out by French cybercrime units with assistance from Europol, targeting the French premises of X. Authorities claim the investigation centers on whether X's algorithm improperly influenced French political discourse. Summonses were issued to Musk and former X CEO Linda Yaccarino, calling them to Paris in April 2026 to answer questions related to the probe. Yaccarino, who stepped down last year, is listed alongside Musk as a manager during the period under review. French prosecutors later broadened their inquiry, citing concerns related to X's AI chatbot Grok, including claims it produced offensive or false content. Musk's company responded by correcting errors, removing disputed posts, and publicly documenting its moderation actions—steps critics say would have been praised had they come from a European firm. Facing ‘Imminent Financial Collapse' Admits Secretary General as Countries Won't Cough Up Membership Fees The United Nations is facing an “imminent financial collapse” as member states refuse to cough up billions of dollars in mandatory contributions. The financial woes were laid out in an emergency letter from Secretary-General António Guterres sent to all 193 member countries. Guterres said the organisation's financial crisis is worsening rapidly, threatening the delivery of core programmes and potentially leaving the U.N. bankrupt by July. He urged member states to either pay what they owe in full or agree to sweeping changes to the UN's financial rules to avoid collapse. “Either all member states honour their obligations to pay in full and on time—or member states must fundamentally overhaul our financial rules to prevent an imminent financial collapse,” he wrote. The warning comes as the United States, the U.N.'s largest contributor, has refused to fund the organisation's regular and peacekeeping budgets and has withdrawn from multiple UN agencies. The Trump administration has repeatedly criticised the U.N. for wasting taxpayer dollars, appeasing criminal regimes and infringing on the sovereignty of the U.S. and other member nations. Several other member states are also in arrears or have declined to pay their assessed contributions. Refrigerators containing unknown liquids and vials of suspected biological material were found inside the residence, prompting an aggressive response from HazMat teams, SWAT units, and FBI specialists due to the potential threat presented by the materials, The Hill reported. At least one individual was taken into custody in connection with the Las Vegas raid, identified by local officials as a 55-year-old property manager, Ori Solomon. He is currently booked on felony charges linked to the improper disposal of hazardous waste, though investigators continue to determine the full scope of charges that may arise. Property records reveal that the Las Vegas home is owned by “David Destiny Discovery, LLC,” according to The Sun. If that name sounds familiar, it should. It is a shell company registered to Jia Bei Zhu (also known as David He), the very same Chinese national who ran the illegal Reedley, California biolab exposed in 2023. Zhu, a fugitive from Canada with deep ties to the Chinese government, is currently in federal custody. The FBI has taken the lead in analyzing the more than 1,000 samples collected from the scene, with evidence transported to federal laboratories for further testing. https://twitter.com/RepKiley/status/2018514131876213199?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E2018514131876213199%7Ctwgr%5E1616a599ecdcff26961307ece268007bf47acbbc%7Ctwcon%5Es1_c10&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thegatewaypundit.com%2F2026%2F02%2Ffbi-raids-illegal-biolab-inside-private-home-las%2F Source: thegatewaypundit.com https://twitter.com/WarClandestine/status/2018714265247453494?s=20 https://twitter.com/liz_churchill10/status/2018321118000476222?s=20 https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/2017614901028786500?s=20 [DS] Agenda BREAKING: Jill Biden's Ex-Husband Arrested and Charged with Murder of His Wife Jill Biden's ex-husband Bill Stevenson was charged with first-degree murder of his wife, Linda Stevenson. In one year we have seen more productive conservative change in the federal government than with every other GOP president since Reagan combined. Trump has significantly degraded the Deep State in a way most of us could only dream of ten years ago. Moreover, Trump's economic policies are bearing fruit right now and we will likely see a very strong economy by the midterms. But… Ah yes, the midterms. I know so many of you will only be happy when Bill Clinton, Hillary, Obama and Joe Biden are in jail, but you need to join the world of reality. Right now Trump and his team are gauging everything they do through the lens of “How will this effect the midterms?” They have sophisticated polling that you and I will never see, and at the moment every Trump action is tempered by “Let's be aggressive but not in such a way it turns public opinion against us before the midterms.” Trump knows that if he loses the midterms, all is lost. The Dems will constantly impeach him and most of his cabinet, and even if the Senate never convicts, the acts of impeachment will grind the Trump machine to a halt. The midterms are everything. So I'm warning you, from now until November you are going to see a less aggressive Trump If you are a Doomster for whom nothing is ever enough, you need to understand why that is. But here is the good news. I believe that one day after the midterms Trump will once again go shock and awe for a year, and then back off again in 2028 to get JD or Rubio elected. (For example, I can easily see Trump taking zero drastic action in the near term to further inflame the Minnesota situation, but invoking the Insurrection Act the day after the midterms and sending in the 82nd.) Since the Super Bowl is coming up, consider it this way: In the first quarter, Trump ran up the score. In the second quarter, he went prevent defense to hold onto the lead. After halftime, once again in the third quarter he will run up the score, and then hold the lead in the fourth quarter to win the game. This is not Qtard “trust the plan” nonsense. This is simply good political strategy. Everyone needs to realize two things: (1) the Constitution includes checks and balances that inherently weaken the absolute power of each branch and (2) even though they are in the minority, Democrats still have a HUGE say. Our system is DESIGNED THIS WAY. We have to account for the opposition—you cannot ignore them. With that in mind, I have every confidence that Trump and his team will navigate through a treacherous course and come out on the winning side. I’m hoping this post makes the things you see in the months ahead more comprehensible. Have a nice day. https://twitter.com/nicksortor/status/2018742785017336107?s=20 the SAVE Act is not included in the government funding bill that advanced via the 217-215 House procedural vote on February 3, 2026. That legislation is a $1.2 trillion spending package funding most federal agencies through September 30, 2026, while extending funding for the Department of Homeland Security only through February 13, 2026, to allow for further negotiations on immigration enforcement. Efforts by some conservative Republicans to attach the SAVE Act—a separate bill requiring proof of U.S. citizenship for federal voter registration—were rejected during the process, following calls from President Trump to pass the package without changes. The Director of National Intelligence showed up to an FBI raid on a Georgia elections office. Then she put the President on speakerphone with the agents. Then we found out she's been sitting on a whistleblower complaint about herself for eight months. This week, we're talking about Tulsi Gabbard, the woman who went from Bernie Sanders endorser to Democratic presidential candidate to Fox News guest host to Trump's spy chief in one of the most cynical political transformations in modern American history. We're talking about the Fulton County raid, the classified complaint locked in a safe, her documented history of consuming Russian state media, her secret meeting with Assad, and why Russian state TV calls her "Russia's girlfriend." I'm not going to dance around it: I think Tulsi Gabbard is a Russian asset. And I'm going to tell you exactly why. Buckle up.KEY POINTSOn January 28, 2026, FBI agents seized 700 boxes of 2020 election materials from Fulton County, Georgia. DNI Tulsi Gabbard was physically present, at Trump's specific direction. The day after the raid, Gabbard visited the FBI's Atlanta field office and put Trump on speakerphone with the agents. He gave them a "pep talk" for investigating the election he lost.Former FBI officials called this "unprecedented" and said there is "unanimous disgust" across current and former agents.A whistleblower complaint about Gabbard has been locked in a safe for eight months. Federal law requires transmission to Congress within three weeks.Three former aides told ABC News that Gabbard regularly read and shared articles from RT, the Kremlin's principal propaganda outlet. In 2017, Gabbard took a secret trip to Damascus and met with Assad for nearly three hours. Congressional staffers later worried she might leak information about a Syrian defector.A former U.S. ambassador to NATO called Gabbard's 2017 foreign policy memo "basically the Russian playbook."At her confirmation hearing, Gabbard refused to call Edward Snowden a traitor. Senator Bennet responded: "Apparently, you don't understand how critical our national security is."Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/we-saw-the-devil-crime-political-analysis--4433638/support.Website: http://www.wesawthedevil.comPatreon: http://www.patreon.com/wesawthedevilDiscord: https://discord.gg/X2qYXdB4Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/WeSawtheDevilInstagram: http://www.instagram.com/wesawthedevilpodcast.

In this episode of The Alan Sanders Show (Ep. 022), we dive deep into election integrity with the SAVE Act, requiring proof of U.S. citizenship for federal voter registration, and its ties to the bipartisan Carter-Baker Commission findings, which endorsed photo ID and safeguards to build trust without disenfranchisement. We expose myths comparing voter ID to Jim Crow suppression. Plus, explore the DNI's authority in intelligence matters surrounding voting integrity, the explosive release and backfire from the Epstein files (including recent DOJ document drops sparking controversy), and how the stolen land slogan made by Billie Eilish puts a target on her own mansion. This is a link post. The shift from scaling up the pre-training compute of AI systems to scaling up their inference compute may have profound effects on AI governance. The nature of these effects depends crucially on whether this new inference compute will primarily be used during external deployment or as part of a more complex training programme within the lab. Rapid scaling of inference-at-deployment would: lower the importance of open-weight models (and of securing the weights of closed models), reduce the impact of the first human-level models, change the business model for frontier AI, reduce the need for power-intense data centres, and derail the current paradigm of AI governance via training compute thresholds. Rapid scaling of inference-during-training would have more ambiguous effects that range from a revitalisation of pre-training scaling to a form of recursive self-improvement via iterated distillation and amplification. The end of an era — for both training and governance The intense year-on-year scaling up of AI training runs has been one of the most dramatic and stable markers of the Large Language Model era. Tara connects the dots between everyday Americans being crushed by the system and a ruling class that plays by a completely different set of rules. What starts with a personal story about a minor traffic stop spiraling into thousands of dollars, traffic school, and near license suspension becomes a much bigger warning about two-tiered justice in America. From the Alex Pretty incident, coordinated activist networks, and selective prosecution — to explosive revelations out of Fulton County, Georgia, missing ballot images, and admitted election law violations — Tara lays out why chaos, distraction, and violence are being rewarded while accountability disappears. This episode exposes how fraud is buried, narratives are weaponized, and why the same rules never seem to apply to the same people.

Over the last decade, China has carried out the largest illicit transfer of capital, innovation, data, and technology in human history. One of the most overlooked elements of this heist is the role of industrial espionage and the theft of corporate secrets. The government-backed intelligence apparatus designed to clone American technology has strengthened Chinese competition across all industries and, most notably, enabled advances in military hardware, microchips, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. In his newest book, The Great Heist: China's Epic Campaign to Steal America's Secrets (Harper Collins, 2025), David Shedd, with Andrew Badger, exposes the CCP's campaign and presents a counterstrategy informed by his distinguished career in intelligence. But what exactly are they stealing and how are they carrying it out? Why is the IC so silent on this? And why do we insist on bringing more Chinese nationals into our universities? David Shedd is the former deputy director and acting director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). He also served as chief of staff for the director of national intelligence and National Security Council senior director and as special assistant to the president for intelligence under George W. Bush. He began his intelligence career in 1982 immediately after his studies at Geneva College and Georgetown University, and served nearly thirty-three years in a number of capacities in the DNI, National Security Council, CIA, and in U.S. embassies overseas. Since leaving the federal government, he has worked at The Heritage Foundation and as an adjunct professor and is currently working as an independent national security consultant.Read the transcript here.Subscribe to our Substack here.Find The Great Heist here.

Hey, it has only been almost a year, right? There is one little problem with the house that Bass is celebrating, however. It was a developer project that was in the works before the fires even happened. That's right, this house wasn't even one of the average homes destroyed by fires and her incompetence. What a surprise. Geopolitical https://twitter.com/AAGDhillon/status/1993535086462152800?s=20 The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is establishing a new office within its Civil Rights Division specifically dedicated to enforcing and protecting Second Amendment rights, which guarantee the right to keep and bear arms under the U.S. Constitution. Named the Second Amendment Rights Section, this office is set to open on December 4, 2025, and will focus on investigating and challenging local or state laws, policies, or practices that the DOJ deems as infringing on gun rights. This move is part of a broader shift in priorities under the Trump administration, reallocating resources to emphasize conservative-leaning civil rights issues, such as gun ownership, over traditional areas like racial discrimination or police misconduct oversight. The initiative stems from a February 2025 executive order by President Donald Trump, which instructed Attorney General Pam Bondi to review and address any federal, state, or local infringements on Second Amendment rights. The office will operate using existing DOJ funding and personnel, without needing new congressional approval, though Congress was notified of the plans. former DOJ officials, argue that this emphasis on gun rights dilutes the division’s core mission of safeguarding the rights of marginalized groups, especially amid ongoing gun violence issues in the U.S. (with 378 mass shootings reported as of November 25, 2025). https://twitter.com/disclosetv/status/1993654295263350864?s=20 SHAME: Brazil Descends Into Tyranny, as Supreme Court Justice Moraes Orders Bolsonaro To Start Serving His Unjust 27-Year Prison Sentence for Fake ‘Coup' Bolsonaro, man of the people. Trump Says No Firm Deadline for Ukraine, Russia to Reach Peace Deal Trump, speaking to reporters on board Air Force One as he flew to Florida for the Thanksgiving holiday, said U.S. negotiators were making progress in discussions with Russia and Ukraine, and Moscow had agreed to some concessions. He did not detail them. A U.S.-based framework for ending the war, first reported last week, prompted fresh concerns that the Trump administration might be willing to push Ukraine to sign a peace deal heavily tilted toward Moscow. Trump said his envoy Steve Witkoff would be traveling to Moscow soon to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, and that his son-in-law Jared Kushner, who helped negotiate the Gaza deal that brought about an uneasy ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war, was also involved. Trump in recent days had set the Thanksgiving holiday as the day when he wanted to see Ukraine agree to a deal to bring about an end to Russia’s war in Ukraine. But he and his aides have backed away from a firm deadline and now say they would like an agreement as soon as possible. Trump said it appeared that Russia had the upper hand in the war and that it would be in Ukraine’s best interests to reach an agreement. Per OMG: Putansu admitted on hidden camera GAO staff “stole and backed up” federal data to keep it outside RFK Jr. led HHS control – a potential violation of several federal statutes, including: – Unauthorized Removal or Destruction of Public Records (18 U.S.C. § 2071) – Theft or Conversion of Government Property (18 U.S.C. § 641) – Computer Fraud & Abuse Act – CFAA (18 U.S.C. § 1030) for accessing or copying government data without authorization. “We've stolen and backed those things up so that someday they can come back to government,” he said to the undercover OMG journalist. Putansu trashed the ‘vaccine deniers' in the HHS. “I'd watch out for the vaccine denying HHS who's going to ruin health care in this country even more than it already is,” he said. “It limits the amount of permanent damage… research he's trying to delete is stored outside his control,” he said. [DS] Agenda Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick Surrenders to Authorities After Allegedly Laundering $5 Million in FEMA Funds — Allegedly Bought 3.14-Carat Yellow Diamond Ring A sitting Democratic member of Congress from Broward County, Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick, surrendered to federal authorities Tuesday in Miami amid explosive allegations that she orchestrated a scheme to steal and launder $5 million in FEMA COVID-19 disaster relief funds, and used a portion to bankroll her 2021 congressional campaign and purchase a luxury yellow diamond ring. “The indictment alleges that the defendants conspired to steal that $5 million and routed it through multiple accounts to disguise its source. Prosecutors allege that a substantial portion of the misappropriated funds was used as candidate contributions to Cherfilus-McCormick's 2021 congressional campaign and for the personal benefit of the defendants. According to the Miami Herald, the money trail reveals a stunning web of alleged financial abuse and deception: $2.4 million transferred into the bank account of Cherfilus-McCormick's consulting company. $1.2 million routed to relatives. $830,000 moved into an account where the congresswoman was an authorized signer. $334,000 sent to a co-defendant, Nadege Leblanc, to orchestrate straw donor contributions. $190,000 transferred to a company associated with her brother, Edwin Cherfilus. $109,000 allegedly used to purchase the now-infamous 3.14-carat Fancy Yellow Diamond ring. The indictment alleges that more than $1.14 million was then funneled into her campaign account in September and October 2021, just in time for her congressional race, funds prosecutors say were “illegally sourced and misrepresented” on campaign reports and tax returns. ODNI officials said the agency received a tip from a person affiliated with a media organization about potential criminal wrongdoing by an individual believed to be working at an intelligence agency and set about documenting it in a memo. A short time after the unfinished memo began to circulate, the conservative news outlet, Blaze News, published details similar to those in the draft, including the woman’s full name. CBS News was not shown the memo, but sources said McNamara had accessed confidential files to obtain details about the woman for the draft memo, including her place of work and Social Security number. The federal security officer cooperated with the FBI, sources close to the matter said. Her lawyer said publicly she had done nothing wrong. Both the woman and her lawyer declined to comment. She returned to work after being placed on a brief leave, one of the sources said.” Another “Seven Ways from Sunday” Effort Against DNI Tulsi Gabbard – The J6 Pipe Bomber Was Wrongly Identified CBS is writing a narrative through the background story of how the wrong identity was originated, and that tracks back to Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard. In essence, a hit against Tulsi Gabbard emerges, and the details end up showing a transparent intelligence operation for those who have paid close attention. According to CBS an anonymous “whistleblower” originally contacted the ODNI, Tulsi Gabbard's office, with information about who the J6 pipe bomber was. Subsequently, “a unit overseen by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard drafted a memo identifying the woman and describing allegations.” As the article is written, “Several sources told CBS News that the classified draft memo, which was on ODNI letterhead, was written by Paul McNamara, who is in charge of Gabbard's Director's Initiatives Group, which is tasked with providing “transparency and accountability” and executing President Trump's intelligence-related executive orders.” Shortly thereafter, Steve Baker at Blaze News then wrote an article naming the accused pipe bomber, using information that directly paralleled the report within the DNI's office. The accused woman was cleared during an FBI investigation that stemmed from the memo and The Blaze report. The woman provided an alibi and recordings of her activity timestamped during the time when she was accused of walking through the streets of Washington DC. CBS narrative doesn't focus on The Blaze or the reporting of Steve Baker, instead the media hit shifts responsibility to Tulsi Gabbard who is operating outside her intelligence oversight lane and conducting independent investigations which includes information from “outside sources.” Having followed the operations of these embed “intel officials” the motive for this operation against the office of the DNI is clear. You, me, all of us can see with clear non-pretending eyes, the intent of this op was to change the way Tulsi Gabbard is receiving information and to block the delivery of external sunlight. Original air date: November 26, 2024 On today's podcast, CIA veteran Ed Bogan joins Marc Polymeropoulos to ponder the US intelligence community in a Trump 2.0. How do we separate signal vs noise on the national security cabinet picks, and a potential bloodletting in the US IC? Will GOP national security-minded Senators drill down on DNI nominee Tulsi Gabbard's controversial past? Will the Senate insist on FBI background checks? Will the CIA have trouble if Gabbard is confirmed to run both unilateral and liaison operations against tough targets like Russia and Syria? Does the IC need reform? Lots of questions, no answers just yet, but a plea from Ed to keep calm and carry as we see how the chips fall. A must-listen to episode with a true hero in the US intelligence community.
