A fresh series of documents associated with the declined financier and convicted offender Jeffrey Epstein have been disclosed to the public. The unveiling of these documents occurred on Friday, highlighting four new disclosed files that encompass details about Epstein. This measure was carried out following the mandate by U.S. Judge Loretta Preska who authorized publication of legal filings pertaining to a lawsuit launched by Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein's victims, against Ghislaine Maxwell. Ghislaine Maxwell, who finds herself currently serving her time in a federal correctional facility for crimes related to sex trafficking, faced the lawsuit in 2015. The complaint was filed in response to Maxwell's public accusations of Ms. Giuffre lacking truthfulness in her declarations of sexual exploitation as a minor. However, the particular lawsuit concluded in 2017 albeit the associated documents remained securely sealed until now. The initial tranche of court documents amounted to forty in total and was brought to the limelight this Wednesday. Several prominent figures have been named within these documents, including but not limited to Donald Trump, Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton and magician David Copperfield. As per the legal protocols, the mentioned names alone do not explicitly point towards a direct involvement in misconduct.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

After two whole years, Pharaoh dreamed that he was standing by the Nile, 2 and behold, there came up out of the Nile seven cows, attractive and plump, and they fed in the reed grass. 3 And behold, seven other cows, ugly and thin, came up out of the Nile after them, and stood by the other cows on the bank of the Nile. 4 And the ugly, thin cows ate up the seven attractive, plump cows. And Pharaoh awoke. 5 And he fell asleep and dreamed a second time. And behold, seven ears of grain, plump and good, were growing on one stalk. 6 And behold, after them sprouted seven ears, thin and blighted by the east wind. 7 And the thin ears swallowed up the seven plump, full ears. And Pharaoh awoke, and behold, it was a dream. 8 So in the morning his spirit was troubled, and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt and all its wise men. Pharaoh told them his dreams, but there was none who could interpret them to Pharaoh.-9 Then the chief cupbearer said to Pharaoh, -I remember my offenses today. 10 When Pharaoh was angry with his servants and put me and the chief baker in custody in the house of the captain of the guard, 11 we dreamed on the same night, he and I, each having a dream with its own interpretation. 12 A young Hebrew was there with us, a servant of the captain of the guard. I was restored to my office, and the baker was hanged.--14 Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they quickly brought him out of the pit. And when he had shaved himself and changed his clothes, he came in before Pharaoh. 15 And Pharaoh sa

A third round of talks between Russia and Ukraine have taken place in Belarus - after two previous sittings failed to make any progress toward peace. It's understood the focus has once again been humanitarian corridors - to allow Ukrainian civilians to escape the constant bombardment from Russian forces. Russia today proposed safe escape routes out of Kyiv, Mariupol, Sumy and Kharkiv, but Ukraine branded the offer "immoral" after it emerged many of the routes would only take civilians to Russia or its ally Belarus. BBC Ukraine correspondent James Waterhouse spoke to Susie Ferguson from Kyiv.

Each week five or six new people (sometimes more) come to me looking for help in growing their professional practice. They all start the conversation with the same phrase: "I don't know what I'm doing wrong." In today's show I give you the answer. You're not moving fast enough. There are three reasons why this happens:You don't realize the problem. This is typical of people who make just enough money to survive. I was once one of those people. Then one day I realized that if I increased my expenses, my income increased to match them. This told me I could make as much money as I wanted. So I set my mind to implementing as many business growth strategies as possible and as quickly as I could. You lack clarity of purpose. We discussed this earlier this week. Your print purpose is to grow, If you're not growing, you're dying. Do Something today to enable the growth of your business. You don't believe in the real solution. If you're stubborn, set in your ways, you're doomed. That's all I need to say about that. If you're not "ALL IN" on business development strategy for your firm - and your individual practice - nobody can save you. Here are the five things you can do today to increase the speed of your growth:First: Abandon perfection. When it comes to marketing your professional practice, you need to fail, forward, fast. Don't worry about typos. Forget the little stuff. in most cases you can fix anything that is broken before most people notice.Second: Grow each day. I shared a list of ten things I try to do each day. I consistently do 3-5 of those things. I'm clear on the purpose of my business and I complete that mission daily. Third: Set goals. write them down and review them each day. If you have goals and you focus on them, you'll eventually crush them. If you don't, you won't.Four: Ignore unsolicited feedback. There are people all around you who will tell you, you can't or you won't. Remove them from your life. Fifth: Model successful behavior. There are many people who can help you. Look at your peers and copy best practices from those who are successful. If you want a true shortcut, apply to join my Inner Circle Community. We attract the best practitioners, share their success habits and refer business to each other. Follow the link below to join.https://davelorenzo.com/inner-circle-special-invitation/

Third Set of PROJECTIONS. Inspired in the new Melodic Techno Beats for SONAR '18 week.
I catch with singer Oleta Adams, who collaborated with Tears for Fears on the Seeds of Love album and toured with them. She did vocals on “Woman in Chains” and Badman’s Song.” Some say it was Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith who discovered Oleta in a Kansas City hotel bar, but that’s not the case. They were just the ones who kept promises. We talk about her time with the band. She was there when the band broke up and her latest release, Third Set, that came out in 2017. The Grammy nominated Oleta had a top-five hit with “Get Here” in 1991.
The story on Oleta Adams is that she was discovered playing piano in a Kansas City hotel bar by the guys from Tears For Fears, who then brought her in to sing on their 1989 album The Seeds of Love, thus launching her stellar solo career. As you'll find from our conversation, it wasn't exactly that simple. Oleta had been toiling away for over a decade on the hotel entertainment circuit before Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith followed through on the promises many before them had made and broken. She did break big duetting on their hit "Woman in Chains" before nailing her own solo hit "Get Here" in 1991. Since then Oleta has had a steady solo career, but despite her success she's never ventured far from her roots. At the end of the day, success has really just given her the freedom to be herself. She also put out a new album this year called Third Set which harkens back to her roots. She still sounds amazing! http://oletaadams.com/

STILL SINGING HER SONG Oleta Adams releases “Third Set” Her first new album in eight years “At this point in my life it’s kind of cool that I don’t have to ask anybody’s permission anymore about what I want to sing.” – Oleta Adams Kansas City, KS, January 27, 2017– Iconic, Grammy-award nominated vocalist Oleta Adams celebrates her 45th year in the music industry with a new collection of classic songs entitled Third Set. Inspired by the early days of her career, when she played multiple shows nightly in lounges and piano bars across the globe, Third Set highlights the music that Adams and her band always loved to play during that halcyon hour when the evening’s final set arrived. “Before my break, I was playing in the clubs for 17 years,” Adams recalls. “I played a lot of hotel gigs where we would have to cater to all kinds of people. In the first two sets of the night, we didn’t know who we were catering to, so we had to do the songs that were the most familiar. But then, after a while, the third set became the one I designated as my set or the musician’s set. It was when we played what we wanted to play. I grew very fond of that set because it was in that third set that the greatest amount of creativity happened – when the crowds were smaller and we were under less pressure to do what the crowd wanted.” Though Third Set may be comprised of the music that Adams and her band revel in playing for themselves, it is likewise filled with stunning arrangements of all-time favorite songs that music lovers will also no doubt stand up and applaud in much the same way that audiences have done as the velvety-voiced songstress has worked out the songs on the road over the last year.
