Welcome to Courageous Leadership with Virginia Prodan #Podcast with our guest - Chad Hennings Chad Hennings is - Three-time Super Bowl champion, Air Force veteran, business leader, Author. Chad Hennings' successes began long before his professional football career. An accomplished lineman in high school, Hennings was offered full scholarships from universities across the nation. Instead, he chose to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he racked up numerous honors academically and on the gridiron. Hennings' exemplary achievements put him at the top of many draft lists and earned him a spot on the Dallas Cowboys' roster, but Hennings postponed his entry into the National Football League to fulfill his commitment to the U.S. Air Force. He entered the Euro-NATO program, a training program for top pilots, and soon found himself at the controls of the A-10 Thunderbolt. During his four-year stint with the Air Force, Hennings flew 45 missions in support of Operation Provide Comfort in northern Iraq, an effort that helped provide relief and humanitarian aid to Kurdish refugees. He received two aerial achievement medals, a humanitarian award and an outstanding unit award for his actions in the service. After his discharge, Hennings joined the Dallas Cowboys, quickly earning a starting position as a defensive lineman. He spent his entire 9-year professional football career with the Cowboys, retiring in 2001 with three Super Bowl rings. Since his retirement from the NFL, Hennings has found success as a commercial real estate professional, management consultant and motivational speaker. He established Wingmen Ministries, a Christian men's group, in Dallas-Fort Worth and is active in community affairs, including work with veterans' organizations, at risk kids, and families who are struggling to make ends meet. Hennings is the author of three books, “It Takes Commitment,” “Rules of Engagement – Finding Faith and Purpose in a Disconnected World,” and “Forces of Character.” He lives in Texas with his wife Tammy. Welcome to Courageous Leadership with Virginia Prodan #Podcast. Today - Dr. John Reese - CEO of Quanta - is our guest Dr. John E. Reese, III grew up in Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of SC, in 1984, where he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force before attending dental school. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from the Medical University of SC in 1988, after which he had a 4- year assignment as a staff general dentist in one of the largest teaching hospitals in the US Air Force. There he received extensive training in all specialty areas of dentistry, including frequent operating room training. In 1992, he started a health centered private practice in Rock Hill, SC where he focused on comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry, including full mouth reconstruction and TMJ therapy.  In 2001, he started Dental Access Carolina, LLC where he used his skills to provide high quality comprehensive dentistry to economically disadvantaged children on site at their schools in mobile clinics he designed. They currently operate in 15 counties in SC and treat almost 25,000 students each school year. They take a free enterprise approach to a public health problem where everyone wins, and where the highest quality care is provided to those who can least afford it. Because of the success of his program, it has been recognized nationally as the model for mobile dentistry by the Academy of General Dentistry. He now has a minority interest in the practice he started.   Dr. Reese also provides consulting advice on general practice management. In 2002, Dr. Reese began manufacturing and marketing mobile dental clinics and temporary dental offices which are sold and used internationally. In 2008, he created Dental Access Mobile Clinics, LLC as a separate entity and his clinics have also been used as adjunct teaching facilities by the Medical University of SC for their dental students, where he was an adjunct clinical instructor. Dr. Reese and his wife frequently volunteer with and provide significant financial support to organizations that provide dental and medical care to patients both here and abroad, and they teach clinical techniques to dentists around the world.  They also donate very generously to many conservative organizations. They are very actively engaged in helping organizations communicate their message to allow citizens to be involved in the decisions which affect their lives every day. Outside of his medical and dental entrepreneurial interests, he has a passion for preserving the fabric of the American society that he has enjoyed during his lifetime that made America the greatest country on earth. He and a group of innovators created the Quanta Enterprise Comms www.quantasure.com  which is the only commercially available secure communications platform that deploys Quantum Resistant Encryption to “future proof” all forms of communication against the threat of attacks by quantum computers. Silent or Silenced - Virginia Prodan  Throughout history, numerous individuals and groups have faced silencing by authoritarian regimes.   I know firsthand what it means to be silenced by your government, and still be courageous.  My name is Virginia Prodan.  I lived under a brutal socialist regime in #Romania. Growing up there courage wasn't a choice—it was a necessity. I faced threats, danger, and even an assassin sent to silence me. As a young attorney in Romania under Nicolae Ceausescu's brutal communist regime, I had spent her entire life searching for the truth. When I finally found it in the pages of the most forbidden book in all of Romania, I accepted the divine call to defend fellow followers of Christ against unjust persecution in an otherwise ungodly land. My legal work was declared by the communist government as an act of treason.  For this act of treason, I was kidnapped, beaten, tortured, placed under house arrest, and came within seconds of being executed under the orders of Ceausescu himself.   But I discovered something priceless in that fire: a life built on Christ is unshakable. Nicolae Ceaușescu, the General Secretary of the Romanian Communist Party from 1965 until his overthrow and execution in 1989, employed a wide range of manipulative tactics to silence dissent and maintain control over the Romanian populace.
