Therefore, 1 in 5 Americans now say none of their friends have different political views.  They totally separated from others with a different political view.  Division - the sign of Socialism in America.  My recommendation to you is go to Thanksgiving dinner - and bring together people who have a different view or voted differently.  Thanksgiving  is — a holiday that most Americans celebrate, often with family and friends.   No matter what happened in the past, we need to be with family and friends on Thanksgiving.   As Americans we could use quality time together. Congressman Frank Wolf - our guest  Frank Wolf, served Virginia's 10th congressional district from 1981 to 2015 and is known for his work on human rights and the International Religious Freedom Act.         Frank Wolf is a dedicated champion of religious freedom and a cherished friend. I first met him in communist Romania while I was defending Christians and advocating for human rights. Frank, along with Christopher Smith, would visit Romania to discuss my legal cases and the challenges I faced with the communist government. They presented this information to expose the dictator to President Ronald Reagan and the world. After I arrived in America, I continued to work closely with Frank Wolf.    Frank Wolf       - Authored the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998     - Co-founded the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission.    - Was the first Wilson Chair in Religious Freedom at Baylor University.   The Frank R. Wolf International Religious Freedom Act is a 2016 U.S. law that amended the 1998 International Religious Freedom Act (IRFA) made advancing religious freedom a core part of U.S. foreign policy.    It strengthened U.S. efforts to combat religious persecution globally by improving diplomacy, training for foreign service officers, and requiring greater monitoring and reporting on religious freedom violations, including the establishment of a designated list for perpetrators of particularly severe violations. Throughout history, numerous individuals and groups have faced silencing by authoritarian regimes.   I know firsthand what it means to be silenced by your government, and still be courageous.  My name is Virginia Prodan.  I lived under a brutal socialist regime in #Romania. Growing up there courage wasn't a choice—it was a necessity. I faced threats, danger, and even an assassin sent to silence me. As a young attorney in Romania under Nicolae Ceausescu's brutal communist regime, I had spent her entire life searching for the truth. When I finally found it in the pages of the most forbidden book in all of Romania, I accepted the divine call to defend fellow followers of Christ against unjust persecution in an otherwise ungodly land. My legal work was declared by the communist government as an act of treason.  For this act of treason, I was kidnapped, beaten, tortured, placed under house arrest, and came within seconds of being executed under the orders of Ceausescu himself.   But I discovered something priceless in that fire: a life built on Christ is unshakable. Nicolae Ceaușescu, the General Secretary of the Romanian Communist Party from 1965 until his overthrow and execution in 1989, employed a wide range of manipulative tactics to silence dissent and maintain control over the Romanian populace. 

Throughout history, governments and cultures have tried to silence God's Word and erase the faith of His people.  Yet, every hostile attempt against the church or Christianity has failed because God's truth is eternal.
