We emphasize the multifaceted nature of this anointing and its role in your boldness and effectiveness as a minister. We then explore the gift of prophecy, which allows you to hear and speak forth God's Word. Using the example of Jesus and the woman at the well, we illustrate how the spirit of prophecy can reveal hidden truths and bring healing to those you minister to. Finally, we discuss the evangelistic mantle that accompanies your calling. This burden to see people saved and draw them to Christ is a hallmark of your ministry. Grace and peace. God bless you. It has been such a long time since I've had the opportunity to speak to you all and just share what is on the heart, on the Lord's heart for His people. I am done with grad school, praise the Lord, so I can now turn my attention to the ministering of the Word. Amen. I'm so grateful. On my heart tonight, as I was pondering and meditating in the Holy Scriptures, I want to share with you something I read out of Acts chapter 6, verses 1 through 7. I'm not going to read it in its entirety, but that's where I'm coming from. It talks about the early church when there was dissension among the widows. As the church grew and disciples multiplied, there arose contention between the Greek and Hebrew widows, who felt neglected. The apostles recognized that they could not neglect the Word of God to serve tables. They decided to appoint seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, to oversee this business. This decision pleased the multitude, and they chose Stephen and others, whom the apostles laid hands on and prayed for. This story highlights the importance of church leaders remaining focused on studying and ministering the Word, and being in prayer. When leaders are in a position to hear God and make good decisions, they can raise up and release the next set of leaders effectively. The appointed leaders must possess honesty, be filled with the Holy Spirit, and operate in wisdom. Think about the decisions you've made in your personal life, business, or ministry. Have you appointed people who lack honesty, wisdom, or the Holy Spirit? The fallout from such decisions can lead to wounded people and division. It's crucial to pay attention to who is being appointed and why, ensuring they meet the qualifications of honesty, filled with the Holy Spirit, and wisdom. When these attributes are present, it brings security, comfort, and confidence to the people, knowing they can trust those appointed leaders. Misalignment in these areas can lead to issues and challenges, but when we operate in the fullness of the Holy Spirit, we align with God's vision. In summary, as your ministry grows, appointing the right people is essential to avoid neglect and ensure the work of God is done effectively. I pray this exhortation has been a blessing and has prompted you to reflect on your appointments and service. God bless.

In education, there are times, when a principal schedules time for a professional conversation with their staff. In my homework studies, I was reading one of my textbooks, and received revelation about professional conversations, that which God structures and ordains to have with us. These conversations will speak to any aspect of our lives where we need critical feedback, conducive for spiritual growth. Let this message speak to you and then position your spirit for your next professional conversation with the Father.

Gideon was a man of God, who, for the sake of his circumstances, could not see the destiny God had for him. Despite that, the Lord drew close to Gideon, challenged him in many areas, but led him to a place of victory. You will see yourself in this message. Be blessed. 

This message is birthed from a news report regarding blocking a certain population from obtaining knowledge. I'm talking today about the enemy's  plot to keep God's people intentionally ignorant. I'm coming out of Jeremiah 3:15, Proverbs 9:10, and Hosea 4:6. This is a very challenging message but I encourage you to take a listen. God wants to change your life.

This message comes to you from first Samuel 16:13-14 as I am speaking about God remembering David in his season of serving. Sometimes it will seem as if you've been forgotten, but God is remembering your labor and service. There is a visitation coming for those who have felt abandoned and forgotten in the field. Your season of discovery and acknowledgment is at hand. This message also contains a prophetic word for those who have abandoned the work. Hear the word of the Lord, amend your ways and be blessed.

In 2 Kings 4:1-7, we find an interesting dialogue between a widow and the prophet Elisha. Her deceased husband left their family in dire straights but because he planted a seed of service, even after his departure, God remembered his family and more than provided for their needs. This message is saturated with relationship wisdom. Listen and share.

This message was born out of testimony from one of my difficult conversations. You will learn how to appreciate God's prep work, how to remain self-aware during the conversation, and how to trust God for His desired outcome.

There is a person in the Bible who made Jesus marvel. He astonished Jesus with a response to a very pressing personal need because he recognized authority. It takes a caliber of maturity to recognize how figures of authority operate and not feel slighted in any way. This message will bring understanding to workplace, home, ministry, and marketplace relationships.

An early morning experience taught me the powers of healing contained in worship. Many times we hear a song being ministered but fail to realize its efficacy in terms of how that song is sown in our spirit to sustain us in times of spiritual conflict. I am sharing my personal experience based on Psalm 117 of why we need to reevaluate our approach to worship. It is far more than what meet's the eye. It sounds cliche-ish to say "there is power in worship" but there really is.

In Exodus 15, we see Israel drinking from bitter waters (Mara) and then we see God instruct Moses to sweeten the water. We talk about how God is committed to bringing you through your bitter experiences as you partner with Him. Not only that, we see the Lord navigating Israel from Mara to Elim (from bitterness to rest). You want to listen to this.... hear what the Spirit of God is saying to the church?

Taken from Genesis 4, this message discusses how anger opens doors to bitterness. We will see the effects of bitterness in our own lives and in the works of our hands. Take time to examine bitter areas in your life and ask the Father for the grace to heal so you don't forfeit your blessings or anything else God has in store for you.

It can be very tempting to disregard our assignments because things aren't progressing the way we thought. What makes matters worse is to feel as if God is moving in everybody else's life except yours. You will be tempted to take matters into your hands but I strongly discourage you from doing so. God has already set your time of manifestation. Let Him give the benediction on your assignment and then you can 'amen' from a place of accomplishment and good stewardship.
