Discovering what TRUE spirituality means to me lately and it's so different than what I had read in books, learned from gurus/masters in Eastern philosophy, or heard other people say was the spiritual thing to be or do.   This episode is my personal processing of the humane experience when the mind feels chaotic and loud and how the real spirituality lies within even the most challenging moments

This started out being just for me - a stream of consciousness as I came out of a breath journey - and ended up deciding to share it, hope it inspires others who may find themselves in similar places - where the mind feels so incredibly paradoxical and contradictory as it analyzes the focal points that come with expanded consciousness. It can really be intense at times - I've almost found myself on the brink of insanity as I see through certain illusions and veils thin.  The answer is always coming back into the body, the senses, the breath, the ISness that is right here, right now.  sat nam family, big love

Let's be honest…to be human ~ is to have addictions - we all choose our "poisons" in this life, and yet - those poisons are also our medicines.  Our demons are our angels in disguise.  Today's episode was another favorite because honestly it was the message that I personally needed as well.  I pray this episode is more than a podcast for you- that it is a journey - a key - a message delivered to your heart, beyond just linearity & logic, that allows you to see beyond the illusion of the stories of the mind and find clarity & truth in your heart of what these external tendencies and habits are truly pointing to.    If you arrived here because you're struggling with an addiction and you feel caged - take a deep breath and let this space hold you in the reminder that life is happening through you - no matter how lost or out of control you feel at times, the Divine knows exactly what she is doing, and there is nothing "wrong" with you - there is no mistake in the eyes of the creator.  Let this message carve a pathway back to the Truth - a place you never really left - the mind just pulled us away for a bit.    All addiction is really just an addiction to our minds, our stories, our illusions we dance with within ourselves on our paths home.  My intention with this episode is to gift a perspective shift within your mind and heart that dissolves those illusions and brings you directly to the higher truth - that it is never about what it seems.  It's not about the substance - and no matter how much it can feel like it, you are not a victim, life is not against you - it is ALWAYS for you.  Empower yourself into presence and shift into alchemy with this reminder.  I pray it brings you ease, grace, compassion, and unconditional love for yourself as life learns through you how expansive it wants to be.

This episode began as a personal audio recorded on my phone as I was channeling some information for my book, and about halfway through I realized this would make a great podcast since it addresses a lot of the ways our society has manipulated people through controlling the mental realm. and- how we can take our power back! I touch on the way thought forms become manifest in reality and how authoritative powers have used this knowledge to manipulate and siphon energy (as always, this is not something we need to fear but rather understand in order to harness the power and focus of our minds to create through originality). Today's episode honestly might be my favorite one I've ever recorded…there is an immense amount of New Earth codes for freedom embedded in this that will be interpreted beyond the mind.  We are stepping into and creating a world this planet has not yet seen - this includes TRUSTING the unseen - invisible realm.  Realizing that there is so much happening beyond what we can see, hear, and feel.   This episode is more of a deep light-encoded transmission to house new leadership codes in your light body for the new leaders to activate their missions, roles, and wayshower abilities. Let's talk about this chaos shall we.... just because we are spiritual, and we know everything is One, doesn't mean we turn away from the darkness...there is exposing that needs to occur. But the REAL expose that is needed is the exposure of our True nature.  The "thing" every single person is actually seeking out there and the reason for the shadow we are in as a collective - lasting - long term, stable happiness that comes from the recognition of our True self - and the dissolution of the illusion. I'll be honest, this one's a bit heavy.  As promised - non-edited, raw, vulnerability - and feeling pretty odd about posting a podcast talking about such private things.  This is a first - and I'm diving head first. One of those mornings I woke up with the urge to untangle the contents of my mind by speaking it out loud...so come hangout with me while I spend a lazy morning exploring by subconscious, embracing my humanness (this is new), and facing the fear that comes from promising not to edit these Dear Diary episodes. My sister and I are sitting here in Costa Rica, and we have been having many late night chats about current events and how challenging it can feel at times to know how to speak on topics that are so highly charged. Our intention with this episode is to just share what we are navigating in terms of how to approach such a dualistic world of judgment around which choices others are making and how to approach from the heart to support every soul by meeting them where they are, rather than forcing our beliefs on them about what is "right" or "wrong". In this time of extreme division - it's supportive to find a way to see each soul's journey as valid and true for them, depending on their consciousness level and lesson they may be learning.  Judging someone for wearing a mask, getting the jab, or buying into fear - is still keeping us from our own inner Divinity. Hello beautiful beings! WOW - this full moon is one of the most intense energies I have experienced in a LONG time...I am sending love to your process wherever you are when you're reading and listening to this

Today’s podcast begins with a short centering meditation to release the mind, and then I go into the micro/macro innerstanding of the Great Awakening/Great Collapse that we are experiencing as individuals and a society as it pertains to EGO DEATH.  I touch on why we may be feeling chaotic internally due to these shifts and why GROUNDING and moving from the head into our internal world/into the heart space is KEY for internal peace and a sense of STABILITY right now.     The second portion of this podcast goes into depth about a message from my higher self that came through last week about how grounding to the New Earth 5th dimensional grid is slightly different than the traditional grounding we have thought of to the material Earth plane.  Of course, grounding in nature is still a massive key and staple at this time (so so important to feel IN our bodies and not up in our minds or out of the body, lots of distortion occurring in other realms) - but when we consider the energetics of this paradigm shift - we can see that even relying on any aspect of our physical world to feel grounded and stable/safe, may cause a feeling of instability during this time of chaos.  So I am offering a practice and add-on to our normal grounding practice so that you can feel SAFE and supported ANYWHERE you go, no matter what is occurring in the collective, regardless of the structures collapsing, you can still find your internal sense of grounding. We are casting our vote for which dimension we want to live within with every thought, belief, action, and story - either we are rehearsing old scripts based in fear/obligation that have been programmed into us through society or our upbringing (3D) - or we are creating the NEW paradigm of LOVE, joy, passion, and UNITY (5D) by CHOOSING a new way. Okay so this may trigger some people - it did for me too at first, but then I realized how much I had been LIMITING my INFINITE ability by the stories I'd crafted around the labels from systems like astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, the Mayan Calendar etc. Now, let me just preface this by saying - I LOVE THESE MODALITIES. WHAT A YEAR this has been AMIRIGHT?!   Easily the craziest year of my life - hands down, no questions asked. VULNERABILITY HANGOVER ALERT ***insert cringing emoji here*** Today's episode is a little scary for me - it's a story and a little about my own experience with love, dating, and the repeating cycles I've been attracting with men.
