Our Default Setting is where we go when the poop hits the fan. It is this 'place' that causes us to exit from our healthy eating or movement plan, and give up on our dreams. Our triggers and our beliefs are at work here, and we need to get clear on what thy are and how to work through them, otherwise, we will never be able to reach and/or sustain a successful Body Transformation.

I love when people think I am so different than them in that I do not struggle or that I am ‘fixed' of everything. That could not be further from the truth. The difference is that I know that its a daily practice to stay chasing my best self. After having a meltdown in my car last week, I wanted to either go shopping, or go for some food. Junk food. I felt old patterns wanting to creep up. While I was not facing a life-threatening challenge at the time, the pain/problem was all relative. I came home and went through several practices so that I would not head for the candy. Things that you can do that I talk about in this episode: Anchor - take the time to change your state and vision.Write a list of all the good things - what you focus on, expands.Stay Present - take it one day at a time.
