3 Things To Consider Before Hosting Your Next Webinars

Profit Producer Podcast

It's another episode of Profit Producer's Podcast hosted by our Virtual COO, DeKesha Williams. As you all know, I've been teaching monetizing webinars, utilizing webinars to help you build your list, build your tribe, and make money from the comfort of your own home. In this episode, we'll be discussing the importance of researching and understanding your target audience before you launch your next webinar. Hosting an effective webinar means knowing how to reach your ideal attendees and to understand who they are and where they hang out online. The more research you do in this area, the better chance you have at filling up your webinar with engaged and excited participants who will benefit from the experience. We'll begin by talking about the importance of understanding who makes up your target audience and taking time to research them. This can include identifying their demographics such as age, gender, location, interests, etc., so that you can create relevant content strategies tailored specifically for them. Knowing where your target audience congregates online is also key—whether it be on social media platforms like Twitter or Instagram or discussion forums like Reddit—this will help inform which channels are the most effective for reaching potential attendees. In addition to researching your target audience, it's important to think of creative ways to engage potential attendees with your webinar content prior to the event itself. This could include creating teaser videos or promotional materials with interesting facts related to the topic that updates followers on progress towards launching of the event as well as encourages them to attend. You can also leverage influencers in order to spread awareness about the webinar via their social media accounts or through blog posts or interviews on podcasts that they participate in. Finally, while developing marketing materials it's essential to keep potential attendees in mind when crafting messaging that resonates with them and makes them want to attend. Utilizing multiple channels ensures a wider reach but makes sure there is consistency across all platforms when it comes down to visuals (logo design), messaging (tone) and length (short vs long form). It's also important not to use too many channels at once since this will likely lead to confusion for potential attendees instead of piquing their interest. We hope these tips help give insight into preparing for a successful webinar—from researching target audiences ahead of time to leveraging multiple channels for outreach efforts—hosting an engaging and beneficial event requires thoughtful strategy beforehand !Thanks for listening and be sure to tune in next week for another episode! To join our Facebook page and learn more about monetizing your webinar click this link >>https://www.facebook.com/groups/ProfitProducers

It's important to remember that you are providing valuable content and information that people want. You have a valuable service and message to share, so don't let fear hold you back from sharing it with the world. To help overcome the fear and insecurities, let's focus on what the outcome of this webinar could be. Welcome to The Profit Producers Podcast hosted by our Virtual COO, DeKesha Williams!  Who's ready to learn more about sales today? Get ready for a transformation in your life and your business as we welcome a Sales Confidence Coach, Brian K. McNeill!Brian McNeil is not just a sales confidence coach, he is also a keynote speaker, author and podcast host for the show The Sales Confidence Podcast. We'll get to know more about him today including why he chose the path of sales, his struggles along the way, and the things that he's currently working on. Of course, we'll get valuable tips from him to boost your confidence in making those sales! On our profitability moment, Brian told us to not be afraid of how clients will perceive us and ask them to try our services, but give them the chance to say yes or no. After that, ALWAYS use the same words that you would normally say after they say “YES,” whether they said yes or no. One more valuable thought that he shared is that sales is not a one-time event, so you must “Learn to enjoy your process, learn to enjoy the work that you must do to be successful. Keep yourself in a constant learning mode.”For the profit-producing moment, are you ready to be more confident in overcoming objections? Brian teaches us the four chances that we got to handle the objections especially where money is involved, so make sure your notes are ready! Our guest today is also one of the facilitators and presenters of the Influencers Summit 2021 who have shared his area of expertise on boosting your sales confidence! We'd like to see the journey behind the sparkles that they now have. We're on our second season of this podcast, and there's no better way to kick this off, other than having someone who is an expert in podcasting. We've got on this episode, Sonja Keeve!Sonja Keeve is an author, inspirational speaker, international podcaster, and consultant. She is the CEO of Sistas with a Voice Podcast. Sonja started her podcast with no idea of what to talk about and just had two things – she loves inspiring women and she loves to talk. She then decided to post this question on her social media platforms: If I started a podcast, would you be my guest? 50 women believed and supported her, and that is how the Inspiring Nation Podcast was created on the 10th of March 2018.Today, Sonja shares how podcasting can be both meaningful, inspiring and profitable at the same time. We'll also get to know more about Sonja, her struggles, her setbacks, her goals, and what she is looking forward to shortly. For the profit-producing moment, Sonja shares to us what the three important things are in starting your podcast. Don't forget to share this podcast with your friends and connections! Be passionate, be purposeful, but more importantly, be profitable! See you next time on another episode of The Profit Producers Podcast!Highlights[05:19-05:27]Two things I knew. I knew I loved inspiring women, and I knew I love to talk. So, I thought, great, this could be something great. [18:18-18:26]Take some time to understand those pieces because honestly, once you know the “Why” the “How” becomes easy. [27:39-28:01]So being home by myself was not an ideal space for me. But what it did was it gave me some clarity around how I can serve other women even more, because I no longer had the limitations and what I thought was going to be the biggest setback in my life has truly been the biggest blessing.

Welcome to another exciting episode of The Profit Producers Podcast hosted by our Virtual COO, DeKesha Williams! Why is it exciting? We're bringing in some of our presenters and facilitators from the Influencers Summit 2021 to come on the show and share their areas of expertise. Today, we have someone who is an expert in the financial space. Knowing your numbers and managing your numbers sounds like a treat, and we've got Deborah Daniel to dig into this topic for us!Deborah Daniel is a CPA by trade and an entrepreneur with a 30-year success record as the owner of the Charter Accounting firm. She started her business in 1992 and defines herself as an accidental entrepreneur. She is an expert in the financial space and is super passionate about what she does. There's a lot to learn here today and here are some of the key takeaways to be excited about. Money scaling comes with developing a team that works perfectly as puzzle pieces coming together, and your business does not depend on what sale you're going to do today, it is the sale you're going to do in the next 36 and 60 months or beyond that. It really is interesting to dive into these topics, so don't forget to get your pen and paper handy. Also, get ready with your bank account statements, as we've got a challenge to look out for to learn more about money flow! For the profit-producing moment, Deborah shares what we should be doing during December of every single year - evaluating your entity and fixing the gap. While there's not so much that we can do with 2021, there's a lot to do in 2022, not just in your businesses, but with your personal side too, because we could either end the year the best as we can or be setting ourselves up for the next year!Deborah is getting ready to launch a coaching program, and she's got a mastermind that she is working on.
