Phil Ellis is an award-winning comedian who was nominated for Best Comedy Show at the 2023 Edinburgh Comedy Awards and won The Malcolm Hardee Award for Comic Originality. He starred and co-wrote three series of his own BBC Radio 4 sitcom Phil Ellis is Trying, co-starring Johnny Vegas, Lolly Adefope, Amy Gledhill, Alexei Sayle, Sindhu Vee, Jack Dee, Lee Mack, Mark Lamarr and Sean Lock. 218 Die neueste sanfte Erpressungsmasche ideenloser Personalbereiche: Kununu Beiträge zum Bewerbungsgespräch - die allerdings völlig wertlos sind! - Reposted!Bing. Neue E-Mail. Oh nein, schon wieder ein kununu-Spam. Zack, zukünftig gefiltert. Tja, sorry, aber es nimmt in letzter Zeit echt überhand. Was interessieren mich nutzlose 5-Sterne-Beurteilungen, dass das Bewerbungsgespräch "super vorbereitet" und "selbst der zukünftige Chef" anwesend war. Leute, das setze ich voraus! Auch wenn ich weiß, dass es viel zu viele schlechte Personaler und daher auch viele unfähige Personalabteilungen da draußen gibt. Natürlich will ich meinen Chef im Gespräch kennenlernen. Und klar hat das Gespräch vorbereitet zu sein, das wird ja auch vom Bewerber erwartet. Und, noch viel wichtiger: in der aktuellen Zeit sind Bewerber nicht mehr die Bittsteller, also, schenkt euch die kleine und total verzweifelte Erpressung an den Bewerber, er möge dieses Gespräch doch "bitte" im Internet bewerben, äh, bewerten. Erst recht, wo er doch heute der EINZIGE Bewerber ist... Ach, eine Nichtinformation - mit Erpressungsunterton! / Bild-/Quelle: kununu.de Ich unterstelle, jeder weiß, wie ein Vorstellungsgespräch abläuft: Ankommen, Unterlagen unter den Arm, Klamotten-sitz korrigieren, lächelnd das Empfangspersonal begrüßen - wichtig, viele werden darauf getrimmt, das Verhalten des Ankömmlings genau unter die Lupe zu nehmen! - und den Grund der Anwesenheit benennen. Unter fadenscheinigen Grund auf die Toilette, nein, der Fleck auf dem Anzug soll nur eine Pinkelpause ermöglichen. Dann kann es auch schon losgehen. Mal mit mehr, mal mit weniger Wartezeit wird man in einen Raum geführt. Hier sollte idealerweise schon jemand sein, jetzt noch mal zehn Minuten die weiße Wand mit Hochdruckpuls anstarren ist doof. Unprofessionell. So laufen wohl alle Meetings in dem Haus ab, also Achtung! Dann kommen sie plötzlich alle. Herr Dings, vom Personal. Frau Blumbs, auch Personal. Frau Schmicks aus der Fachabteilung ABD-HD2 und ein Herr, dessen Namen man als "Scheiß" identifiziert hat, was aber eher nicht stimmen kann. Danke für die tolle Vorstellung - nicht. Klar, der Chef der Abteilung, in der man arbeitet, kommt später. Oder gar nicht. Oder, der Klassiker, musste kurzfristig in einen wichtigen Termin. Aha, was ist wichtiger, als sich "vom Neuen" gleich ein Bild zu machen - und für ihn auch eines zu geben? Einer der Gründe, weshalb es auch in so vielen Bereichen und Abteilungen hinkt. Dann die Vorstellungsrunde: man bete seinen optimieren Lebenslauf auf die in der Ausschreibung gestandenen Schwerpunkte runter und vermische sie mit passenden Beispielen aus der bisherigen Berufserfahrung. Dann kommen die tollen und noch nie dagewesenen Fragen der Personaler: Wie gehen Sie in Situation X mit Ihrem Kollegen um? Was, wenn ihr Chef sie ungerechtfertigt zur Schnecke macht? Wie gehen Sie mit einem schwierigen Kollegen um? Und, die Erfindung des Personal-technischen Lügendetektors: Nennen Sie bitte drei Stärken und drei Schwächen. Ich zitiere Steven Hyde aus der Serie "Die wilden Siebziger" auf diese Frage: "I'm brutally honest. Pinhead". Wenn bis hierhin alles passt, bekommt man wahlweise jetzt die Ansage, wie es weitergeht. Oder die Herrschaften verlassen kurz den Raum, um sich beraten zu können und kommen dann mit dem weiteren Vorgehen. Es sieht also gut aus. Und nun kommt die moderne Bitte, die einer Erpressung gleichkommt: "Sagen Sie es weiter, bewerten Sie unser Gespräch gerne im Netz, zum Beispiel bei kununu. Und machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, Sie waren heute unser einziger Bewerber!". Was man im aktuellen Adrenalinrausch fast schon als Stellenzusage nehmen könnte, schließlich war man ja der Einzige, noch dazu des Tages, ist aber eine klare Drohung. Wir erwarten eine Bewertung, eine äußerst positive - und nicht vergessen, Kleiner, wir wissen, was du geschrieben hast, schließlich war außer dir Dumpfnase heute keiner bei uns! Und dann steht auf kununu: tolle technische Runden, die zu einem positiven Ergebnis führten. Oder: klasse Gespräch, gute Fragen, nette Personaler. Oder auch: Es verlief alles so anders, als man von normalen Gesprächen kennt, freue mich auf das Zweitgespräch. Aha. Aber mal ganz ehrlich: WAS SOLL DER SCHEIß! Woher weiß ich denn, dass diese Texte nicht im Rahmen des Gesprächs runter diktiert wurden? Ich kenne unfähig-verzweifelte Personalbereiche, denen traue ich das wirklich zu! Oder, dass man, mal mehr, mal weniger klar auf den positiven Ausgang in Abhängigkeit einer positiven Veröffentlichung überredet wurde? Und, selbst wenn das alles so wirklich freiwillig ist, wo ist denn die Box auf den Portalen, wo ich nach Veröffentlichung der Bewertung schreiben kann: Haben mich total verarscht, die positive Bewertung brachte nix, der Bekannte vom Chef sein Sohn hat nun die Stelle statt meiner einer bekommen! Oder, kurz gesagt: Zweitgespräch hatte nichts von den so positiven Vibes des Ersten, dass ich bewertet habe und den Job habe ich auch nicht. Und was sollen mir diese sinnlosen Bewertungen im wahren Leben helfen? Klar, ein Startup hat eine Person, die nebenbei auch die Bewerbungen und Gespräche macht. Aber ein funktionierendes und mit gesunden Prozessen ausgestattetes Unternehmen hat Personaler für die verschiedenen Abteilungen und/oder Bereiche. Da hilft mir die Bewertung, dass die Personalerin so super nett und hilfsbereit im Gespräch war, nun mal gar nichts, wenn nun ihr Kollege, der eher ungeduldig ist, mit mir spricht. Auch wissen wir alle, dass kununuundwiesiealleheißen seinen Wertesten auch doppelt und dreifach absichert und nun mal schlechte und richtig schlechte Bewertungen erst mal mit den Firmen abklärt. Und jetzt zeige man mir den Personalchef, der eine Bewertung über eine unfähige Mitarbeiterin wahrheitsgetreu bestätigt, da man die dumme Funz eh los kriegen will und sie es so vielleicht versteht?! Ja ja, schon klar. Man kriegt ja trotzdem ein Stimmungsbild, wenn man mehrere Bewertungen heranzieht. Das mag über die Firma stimmen. Da gibt es nun mal die "Firmenkultur" und wenn die aus Denunziantentum besteht, liest man das raus. Bin ich bei euch. Aber Vorstellungsgespräche bewerten? Wie gesagt, wo ist die Box, mit der ich in ein paar Wochen bewerten kann, wie wüst das Zweitgespräch lief und mit welchen dummen Sprüchen ich zur Tür hinausbegleitet wurde? Und wenn ich so was schon bewerten kann, wo ist die Angabe, wie lange es gedauert hat, bis ich eine Reaktion bekommen habe, ob mir aktiv angeboten wurde, denn Terminvorschlag auch per kurzem Telefonat verschieben zu können und welche Ansprechpartner bei meinem Gespräch wirklich anwesend sein werden? Und in welcher Rolle diese teilnehmen, damit ich weiß, wen ich als Chef mit Fachchinesisch einfangen kann und wer der zweite Personaler ist, bei dem ich langsamer reden muss, weil er nun mal keine Ahnung von den Produkten und Entwicklungen des Unternehmens hat? Und wo kann ich das bei kununuoderyounameit angeben, ohne dass es Firmen-seitig "dementiert" werden kann? Ich habe diesen Mist an Mails von kununu und weiteren Portalen mittlerweile auf die Spam-Liste meines E-Mail-Programms gesetzt und lasse es ungelesen in den digitalen Müll werfen. Für mich hat das hin geleckte Glück der immer guten Gespräche zur Inthronisierung verzweifelter Firmen und deren Vorzeigepersonalbereiche keinen Wert - erst recht, wo ich mir sehr gut die schwammigen Aussagen verzweifelter Personaler vorstellen kann, die zu diesen sinnlosen Aussagen führen, die nun mein Spamfilter fressen muss. Der Arme! Und wer wissen möchte, welche Alarmglocken bei einem telefonischen Interview klingeln können oder sich einfach mal mit Deutschlands besten Personaler auseinandersetzen möchte, sollte mein schlimmstes Vorstellungsgespräch kennen!
