Zoltan Kaszas started in and still remains a San Diego comedian and is regularly headlining clubs, colleges and other diverse stages all over the country & recently tells us about headlining my home club Hilarites. He talks to me about his success through Dry Bar comedy, his appreciation for the audiences & fans that came from it and his creative ways of touring to seek them out live.  We talk about his mom, his new boxing career, our cats, living below your means & even get to sports. Lawhead's Court is glad to have comedian and friend Cort McCown.  Cort is a Hollywood veteran who has see just about everything that town can hand & dish out.  Cort truly has lived The Lawhead Life and has taken it to another level.  He tells us tales of his days at the Playboy Mansion, doing stand-up, being in Vegas for 9 years, hanging with Colt's Owner Jim Irsay, caddying for PGA tour pro Jesper Parnevick and being the life of the party in his role as Quinton in "Can't Buy Me Love" with Patick Dempsey.  Cort's first visit definitely won't be his last to LC as we can't wit to hear more great stories, tune in and enjoy the ones he shared with us.

Lawhead's Court welcomes one of the all time greats in comedy Bill Burr  to episode #33.  From multiple appearances on "The Late show with David Letterman", to a reoccurring  role on AMC's "Breaking Bad",  as well as recently being featured in "Rolling Stone" magazine and appearing in a movie with Kevin Costner, Bill is a true friend and fellow sports lover that has virtually done it all. Bill and I debate Boston and Cleveland sports miseries and who's had it worse. Lawhead's Court calls an audible and decides to jump on a bus from Chicago to Cleveland after doing shows with Bill Burr at the Chicago Theater rather than fly back to LA.  An excited Jason heads back home and gives a live remote podcast hours before the Cleveland Indians and Tampa Bay Devil Rays 1 game Wild Card play in game.  Having to Scalp tickets to see it, Jason and his father Jim (Podcast's Namesake) will do whatever it takes to see the game.  With storied history and years of dissapointment in the balance, the Lawheads hope that new manager and 2 time world champion Terry Franco has the ability to change Tribe fans' fortunes. A baseball lifer Brady shares his childhood & learning from his father, favorite players he watched growing up, his first opening day facing Jack Morris and being drafted by his favorite team. Brady also reflects on a memorable '96 season and his close friendship with Cal Ripken Jr. and their mission to help Japan's Tsunami victims.
