Minarchism is the concept of a limited government or state, restricted to the provision of courts and national/domestic defense. Anarchism is the philosophy of a society absent of kings or rulers based on methodological individualism and the "spontaneous order" of the market processes.

In this rant, Rob explains why he has been unable to record for the past couple of months. Hopefully, that issue will be resolved in the next few weeks. He rants about why the election does not matter, as the State still persists. He also delivers the Christmas speech that he would love to hear Donald Trump deliver. It's sure to anger everyone except for liberty lovers. If it were to happen, sit back and watch the world burn.

Brett and Rob discuss Oregon's Senate Joint Memorial 201, which is a resolution begging the General Government to ban firearms based upon scary-looking components, ban bump stocks, ban "ghost guns", expand the definition of firearms to include non-firearms, and ban our universal right to defend ourselves in the manner we choose. Brett and Rob completely destroy the Memorial using logic, which is in short supply in the Oregon legislature. The really funny thing is, the state of Oregon could choose to ban all of these things within the state, but once again they pass the buck because they know that if they enacted these measures, it would cause 2/3 of the state to secede. HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL! It's been a while since we have heard from the Dynamically Drunken duo (close to two months...c'mon guys!). It has been a very challenging two months in the personal lives of the guys. Brett has been dealing with stress-related health problems that have caused him to quit his part-time job and Rob has recently been informed that he will be downsized from his full-time job early in the new year. These two factors combined has drastically slowed the production of this show. This episode was originally recorded in mid-September 2017 for release in the first week of October.
