Wenn Mütter nicht lieben können…Wir haben sie auf die eine oder andere Art alle. Ganz persönliche Mutter-Tochter Erfahrungen, die uns ein ganzes Leben lang begleiten, manchmal regelrecht verfolgen. Oft sind es nur einzelne Sätze, die sich tief in uns verhaken. Ein Stirnrunzeln. Ein Vergleich. Ein Nicht-Reagieren. Ein ins Leere laufen. Und wir tragen diese Momente mit uns herum wie kleine unsichtbare Splitter in unserem Herzen. Wir sind längst erwachsene Frauen, wir funktionieren. Wir lieben. Wir arbeiten. Wir bauen uns ein Leben auf. Und trotzdem gibt es Situationen, in denen wir plötzlich wieder dieses alte Gefühl haben. Diesen Schmerz. Diese innere Unsicherheit. Diese Mischung aus Trotz und Sehnsucht. Dieses sich sehr klein fühlen. Heute geht es um Mutter- Tochter-Wunden. Sozusagen Teil 2. In einer der letzten Folge haben wir über die symbiotische Verstrickung der Mutter-Tochter Beziehung gesprochen. Über Töchter, die so eng mit ihren Müttern verbunden sind, dass eigene Entscheidungen sich wie Verrat anfühlen. Und viele von Euch haben geschrieben: „Das erklärt so viel. Aber es gibt noch so viele andere Schwierigkeiten in der Mutter-Tochter-Beziehung. Kannst Du darüber sprechen?“ Ja. Genau das machen wir heute. Wir schauen uns verschiedene Formen ungesunder Mutter-Tochter- Beziehungen an und auch die Frage, wie sich das im Erwachsenalter der Töchter auswirken kann, auf ihr Selbstbild und Ihre Beziehungen. Und wir machen den Raum auf, um auch auf die transgenerationale Ebene zu schauen, aufs Familienfeld. Es geht nicht darum, Deine Mutter anzuklagen. Es geht darum zu verstehen, was in einer Beziehung passieren kann, wenn Mütter selbst innerlich verletzt sind, von sich entfremdet und nicht frei und wie das weitergegeben wird, wenn wir es nicht auflösen.
