Woohoo! 3 years of Leveraged & Loving It! I still can't believe that we did a weekly podcast for 3 years! What a huge achievement. But for now, we are putting Leveraged and Loving It on hold. There's a massive back catalogue for you to revisit. Go and find episodes you missed or revisit the ones that inspired you the most. Until next time, giddy up!
I've chosen this episode as my TOP episode out of 3 whole years because even though it was one of the very first episodes I ever recorded, it is probably one of the ones that I have quoted and referred back to more than any other episode. Have you ever wondered what the heck a “thought leader” is and how do you become one? Well, in this episode of Leveraged & Loving It, Renee chats with Peter Cook, CEO of Thought Leaders. You’ll discover how Peter transitioned from his coaching practice into thought leadership and lessons about leverage he learned along the way. Shownotes: https://shareyourpassion.com.au/ep-2/
I chose this episode as number 2 because of the beautiful positive feedback we received. It was a risky episode to post, but it totally paid off! Do you feel like you’re not quite doing what you’re supposed to be doing? Living a life that’s in line with your values creates authenticity. In this episode of Leveraged & Loving Podcast, Renee chats to Nigel “Coach Will” Polak about how to be authentic in your life and business and the huge difference that it can make to both spheres. Shownotes: https://shareyourpassion.com.au/ep-13/
This was an easy episode to choose. Glen Carlson is a HUGE fan of Intellectual Property, and so am I. We have an amazing chat about the value of it in business. Enjoy. Whether you want to create more time and freedom for yourself, or grow your business into an empire, developing IP Assets is essential But don’t just take my word for it. In this episode, I’m joined by awarding winning SEO copywriter, Kate Toon to discuss all things “passive” income in her business. Passive income is a dream that many entrepreneurs have. In this episode, Kate walks us through her product mix, and how she’s created lots of leveraged products that support her, even though she only works school hours. In this episode, we discuss: What is “passive Income”? The importance of structuring your working life around your personality Building products and courses as part of your product mix The benefits of launching courses and products incrementally Content marketing for selling products Advice for starting out creating leveraged/passive products Tips for creating good courses Why you should create products that work for your personality How speaking gigs nurture your business How being generous online increases your authority And more Shownotes: https://shareyourpassion.com.au/ep-87/
I've chosen this episode because this was one we got lots of feedback from listeners on. Adam Houlahan really helps us to demystify LinkedIn at a time when we were feeling jaded with Facebook and looking to expand our horizons. LinkedIn is a platform I’ve disliked… until I started implementing Adam Houlahan’s simple and easy tips. I always thought LinkedIn was a boring platform filled with spammers. But, since implementing his simple approach (which only involves 13 pieces of content a month), I’m already getting so much more traction and interest on LinkedIn than ever before. In this episode, we discuss: What is “LinkedIn Jail” and how to get out of it A posting strategy for LinkedIn that works How to get content to go viral on LinkedIn How to craft a call to action on LinkedIn And much more Shownotes: https://shareyourpassion.com.au/ep-104/

And if you're in the business of training, how do you make sure your students actually implement what you're teaching them? That's precisely the problem Darcy Smyth was facing with his sales training. People were implementing maybe 8% of everything they'd learned in the room. He decided that wasn't good enough. Are you spending weeks, maybe months creating new products? What if I told you there was an easier way to extract your expertise and create ALL your products QUICKLY and CONSISTENTLY? That's the power of a Signature System. A Signature System extracts all of your knowledge and expertise and distills it into 4 simple pictures. Then you can create ALL (yes, ALL) your products from these 4 pictures. How? I'm so glad you asked! First, you need to be able to use them in your pitch script - a way of arranging the 4 models that tells a compelling and informative story to your audience. Once you have that nailed, the pitch script is a concertina. Add as much or as little detail/support/exercises as you need for each product. Want to do a 20 minute video optin? Easy - add in a few case studies and few examples and you can quickly fill up the 20 minutes. Need to run a 7 week course? Simply expand on your Educate Model. Go really in depth with exercises, examples, support and so much more. That way it's a much higher value product than say your short optin video. When you're the expert, it's easy to fill or reduce as much as you need for whatever product you're creating! Find out more at www.shareyourpassion.com.au/podcast
