So much so, I'm starting to wonder if *Michael Myers* himself is the one messing with our heads. Here's the deal: in this special episode, Clay and Amanda have decided to *revisit* their original coverage of *Halloween 2018*—which, to be fair, is an *excellent* choice, because that movie is a big deal in the *Halloween* timeline... I think. You see, it's the one where Laurie Strode (played by Jamie Lee Curtis) is back, fighting to survive after all these years. But wait—didn't they already fight back in *Halloween H20*? And wasn't there another Laurie vs. Michael showdown in *Resurrection*? But *Halloween 2018* ignores *those*, right? And now we're supposed to pretend *those* never happened? *But* isn't there also this new *continuity* in the mix—where *Halloween Kills* comes right after *Halloween 2018* but… *not* after *Halloween 2*? And then there's the *whole* thing about *Halloween Ends*, which is definitely the end, but… I'm pretty sure they said that about the last one too. So, anyway, Clay and Amanda are here to remind us how all this started by revisiting *Halloween 2018*. Such a spectacular and talented actor! This interview was fun. Okay, Simon made the interview extremely fun because is such a wild card! I absolutely loved everything he said in this interview, and I did not want to miss a single word. With Hellraiser being my second favorite franchise and what Clive Barker poured into it, I will always be a Hellraiser fanboy. The special effects and makeup are riveting and unforgettable; from the Cenobites costumes and makeup to the practical special effects (and somewhat cheesy) but it's the best from that decade alone and it's certainly unmatched. Behind the mind of Clive Barker comes the Cenobites who thrive on your pain and desires at the same time, it's truly a franchise that cannot be touched by others. I am extremely glad that I had my Pinhead mask signed by the cast at the most recent Monster Mania Convention in Cherry Hill this past August. Truly a memory that I will never forget! What an absolute pleasure speaking to New Jersey native, Jodi Lyn O'Keefe! She is such a badass and talented actress… To be that talented, to act in almost every role that is handed to her, she is undoubtedly gifted. There are some fans of the Halloween franchise that may not agree with what I said in the interview. But can you call yourselves true fans of the franchise if you don't like the Halloween anniversary movies? Halloween: H20 is most definitely a high-quality fan fiction that I can categorize as a functional movie that highlights the characters and their personalities and qualities. Although not a part of the original canon, the characters in this movie are much more charming than those in the Scream franchise. What was covered in this interview: Jodi has given us the juicy information of some behind the scenes secrets, what it was like to work with Jamie Lee Curtis, and how Chris Durand (Michael Myers) walked around the set the entire time in costume and did not take it off until the movie was finished filming. Talk about scare tactics! Overall, it was great speaking to Jodi. And I will say it again, she is very talented, and I was very sad to see her character Sarah die in the movie.
