Welcome back on « Today is a good day to » that is becoming for this year a special« this month is a good month to » where every month i am taking you for an exclusive journey behind the scenes of my preparation towards Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The purpose of this podcast format is sharing with you mindset tips & personal thoughts that i personally use when I'm facing difficult situations, with the desire to helping you grow your mind, develop your mental strength and become the best version of yourself! Friendly reminder : the several tips I'm sharing are NOT magic tricks to make you happy forever, neither tricks to learn so that you will never be sad nor struggle a day in your life anymore. That's impossible. The sole purpose of sharing these performance tips with you it is to give you some mindset tools you can practice, (thus, yes, mindset is a practice) in order to navigate your daily life a bit better. That's it! And of course; every piece of advice I'm going to share are not the only way to work on one situation, they are one way. This isn't a 3h mindset masterclass on one specific mindset theme, this is a humble podcast episode. If you're enjoying this podcast and you'd like to let me know or if you have any question about something I shared, or feedback you want to share, you can send me a personal message on my Instagram page @happy_lucie_, I deeply hope you'll find anything I'm sharing helpful. With tender, love, and care, Lucie

(this step number 6 is when we find out whay's our emotions in depth) Step 7 : what is this situationg showing me I need ? (This is VERY IMPORTANT) what do you truly need ? What does your heart needs in this situation ? Step 8 : (that step is here to help you overcome the emotion, and heal a bit more) what can I do , what is 100% in my control right now to help me get my needs met ?
