Interview with Glenn Jessome, President & CEO of Silver Tiger Metals Inc.Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/silvers-designation-opens-support-pathways-as-advanced-projects-target-2026-milestonesRecording date: 6th June 2026Silver Tiger Metals has reached a major milestone at its El Tigre project in Sonora, securing the first Mexican construction permit granted to a foreign mining company since 2019. Now over three months into building a high-margin heap leach silver and gold mine, the project is fully funded by a recent USD 60 million financing round. With earthworks underway and a 50-person camp operational, the build currently remains ahead of schedule. Management anticipates the first doré pour by December 2027, officially transitioning the firm from a development-stage company into a near-term producer. The financial projections for El Tigre are highly compelling. At current spot prices, the surface heap leach mine boasts a standalone after-tax net present value of roughly USD 800 million, an internal rate of return of 92 percent, and generates USD 100 million annually over an initial 10-year life. Crucially, the company also released an assessment for an adjacent underground mine featuring a 15-year lifespan and a USD 830 million valuation. Unlike many Mexican epithermal deposits where surface mining blocks deeper extraction, El Tigre's underground ore body lies entirely outside the surface footprint. This spatial advantage allows both operations to run concurrently, sharing infrastructure and drastically reducing the initial capital expenditure for the underground expansion.Beyond the established plan, Silver Tiger is aggressively pursuing exploration upside. Drilling has resumed on northern veins located 700 meters away, targeting an additional three million tonnes of silver equivalent. This expansion could nearly double the underground resource. Despite a recent dip in share price, the company views its current valuation as a massive discount to the combined theoretical project value of up to USD 1.8 billion. As the December 2027 production target approaches and debt providers actively compete to offer favorable financing terms, Silver Tiger is uniquely positioned to capitalize on a generational peak in precious metal prices.Learn more: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/silver-tiger-metalsSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com
Jack Henris, President and COO, and Shawn Campbell, CFO of Dakota Gold (NYSE American: DC), both join us for an exploration and development update on their Richmond Hill Oxide Heap Leach Gold Project; located in the historic Homestake District of South Dakota, near existing mining infrastructure. We review all the drill results from 2025 and 2026 that will be incorporated into the upcoming resource estimate and the timeline of key development studies that will feed into updated project economics. We also highlight the upcoming drill program at their Maitland Gold Project, which will lead into an eventual resource estimate. We start off reviewing more broad zones of gold mineralization that were announced from in recent drill results at Richmond Hill. Jack highlighted that the results being intercepted in the Northeast Project area contain much higher grades than the average overall resource grade. These results are encouraging their team to consider trade-off studies for the upcoming Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), to potentially access these higher-grade areas in the first several years of mining. On April 21, the company announced the 2026 Drill Campaign at the Richmond Hill Oxide Heap Leach Gold Project, which consisted of 109 holes with a combination of infill, expansion and geotechnical drilling. The campaign is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year, with a steady string of assay results anticipated over the balance of the year. Richmond Hill is one of the largest undeveloped oxide gold resources in the United States being advanced by a junior mining company, with over 6 million ounces of gold and over 60 million ounces of silver moving along the pathway of development into heap leach production as soon as 2029. Principle Projects are on Private Land which equates to a positive attribute for efficient permitting with State and County organizations. The Company will complete a Pre-Feasibility Study for Richmond Hill in the later part of 2026. With the resource expansion drilling in the north intersecting significantly higher grades than resource cutoff. This resource drilling will be complimented with an extensive metallurgical test program, so that the Company will undertake a PFS with a focus on the first ten years of mining. This work will allow the Company to report reserves in 2026 and will inform the Feasibility Study to be completed in the first half of 2027. The Company will launch a 2026 Maitland drill campaign of 5,578 meters (18,300 feet) in 44 holes. The goal of this infill drilling, when combined with historic drill results, will be to define a maiden resource for the Tertiary-aged Unionville gold Zone. Jack and Shawn highlight how these robust gold and silver resources, advantageous site infrastructure, ease of permitting on private land, and robust project economics, point to a future low-cost, long-life mining operation that can deliver high margins and generate meaningful revenues. We also review the potential for a rerating in valuation metrics when looked at through the lens of peer gold developer comparisons. Interview with Peter Akerley, President & CEO of Erdene Resources Development Corp. Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/erdene-resource-development-tsxerd-mongolia-gold-developer-to-pour-first-gold-by-q3-2025-6815Recording date: 27th June 2025Erdene Resource Development (TSX:ERD) is on the verge of becoming Mongolia's newest gold producer, with construction at its flagship Bayan Khundii project reaching 98-99% completion and first gold production targeted for early-to-mid September 2025. The company expects to achieve commercial production by mid-November, marking a significant milestone in Mongolia's emerging mining sector. The project represents a compelling investment opportunity with projected annual production of 85,000 ounces at 4 grams per ton head grade and 90-95% recovery rates. At current gold prices, management forecasts approximately $200 million CAD in annual after-tax free cash flow, providing substantial returns for investors.Erdene's financial position remains robust despite total project costs reaching $115 million USD, 15% above the initial $100 million target. The company maintains $45 million in undrawn facilities, creating a comfortable buffer through the transition to cash flow generation. Management plans aggressive debt repayment within 14 months of achieving steady-state production.Perhaps most attractive for long-term investors is the significant expansion potential within what management characterizes as a new high-grade gold district. Recent drilling has identified exceptional intersections including 40 meters of 7 grams per ton just 200 meters west of the current pit. The company has allocated $10 million annually for exploration to develop multiple targets that could extend mine life beyond 10 years.Strategic infrastructure investments, including a 240-kilometer transmission line to the Chinese border and comprehensive operational facilities, position Erdene for district-wide development. The company recently completed a 6:1 share consolidation to attract larger institutional investors, coinciding with increased marketing efforts as production approaches. With proven management execution, strong local partnerships through Mongolian Mining Corporation, and a 5% net smelter royalty providing additional upside from year five, Erdene represents a rare opportunity to invest in an emerging gold producer with significant expansion potential in an underexplored jurisdiction.View Erdene Resource Development's company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/erdene-resource-developmentSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

We collab on our re-cap of Three Rivers Beer week, which between the both of us, we made it a TON of events. We start with the kick off event and the Permanent Hangover glassware. As we move into the beer week events, we start with the happy hour before TRBW even happened. Then we cover the First Pour event, which we felt was an amazing time and really a way to get some face time with the brewery owners and brewers in a casual environment. We expand on our experience with the beer industry and how we approach supporting our friends as “influencers” in our position. Jen expands on Bloxtoberfest and the Inner Groove Pumpkinfest. Nick had problems with getting to the events on Thursday and so did Jen. Nick makes an inappropriate joke and then follows it up with making everyone aware of the Brave Noise movement and Jen chimes in on what the Brave Noise collab is to the craft beer industry. We touch on the Pittsburgh Craft Beer Diversity Council. Jen fills us in on the new Hop Farm Brewery. Saturday is up next. We ended up meeting up at the Lincoln Ave Brewery Oktoberfest and we spent some time discussing it. The end of the episode brings us to the Allegheny 6 Pack event. For our 32nd episode, we got a lot to unpack as far as Cleveland sports are concerned, so we calmed our nerves with the delicious Holiday Donut Cookie holiday ale from Platform Beer Co. We began the episode with a season-appropriate discussion on when it’s ok to start listening to Christmas music. This chat was inspired by our LOTL Poll of the Week, where we asked y’all if you think it’s ok to listen to Christmas music the day after Halloween. We got interesting results… After that we discuss our top five favorite TV shows of all time. The LOTL boys had some interesting favorites and some expected favorites, and they had trouble narrowing down just five, so honorable mentions made their way into the discussion. Once we wrapped up the Poll of the Week and the Top Five, we got into the sad stuff, which includes the the firing of Hue Jackson and Ty Lue. LOTL dissects the firings, of which neither were surprising. However, Hue’s been running his mouth already, so Dan had some words to say about that. Also, the Cavs front office doesn’t seem to know what it’s doing, especially with JR’s latest revelation that he was told he wouldn’t be playing much. Now there are trade rumors, Kevin Love is out for a month with a foot injury, and well, it’s a mess. On a more positive note, we review Great Lake’s First Pour of Christmas Ale event, and Dan reviews the new Wild Eagle Saloon in Brecksville. We wrap up with reviews of a Dia de los Muertos parade in Gordon Square and a downtown holiday kick off extravaganza, Winterfest. As always, thank you for listening to our podcast, and follow us on social media at @thelotlpodcast (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). EVENT PREVIEWS: Dia De Los Muertos Parade: Nov. 3 (Detroit Shoreway/Gordon Square) *Free *Event begins at 11 a.m. *Booths, vendors, bar and restaurant specials *Skulls and Skeleton parade begins 3:30 p.m. *More information here Winterfest: Nov. 24 (Downtown) *Downtown festival to kick off the holiday *Various activities, including concerts, performances, food trucks, fireworks, horse-drawn carriages, and more. *Christmas tree lighting ceremony activities begins at 6 p.m.

Wow, has it really been 30 episodes of Living Off The Land? Buckle up, this one is a long one (we’ve provided time points so you can listen to the segment you prefer). We have two guests for Episode 30, Jon and David Foster, who are friends of Jordan’s. They come from Michigan (yes, they’re University of Michigan fans). The guys start off with the weekly Top Five, which was our top five favorite sports jerseys of all time. Several iconic jerseys are mentioned, and the guys debate which ones are best. (9:05) After that, they hop into a lengthy sports segment, which starts with a review of that now infamous UCF 229 fight between Khabib and McGregor. Was Khabib way out of line, or was he just echoing what McGregor had been stirring up previously in this rivalry? Then, what’s next for our local legend, Stipe Miocic? (28:57) Next in sports, we dissect that brutal sweep of the Indians at the hands of the Astros. What went wrong? What needs to change? How much longer is the Indians playoff and title windows be open? We discuss these topics and more. (53:00) We close out sports with a discussion about the Browns win over the Ravens and their upcoming game against the Chargers. (1:20:00) The marathon episode ends with a preview of upcoming Cleveland events, including Mapleside Farm’s SpookyFest, Great Lakes Brewing Company’s First Pour, and an update on a new taqueria opening up at La Plaza Supermarket in Lakewood. (1:45:12) As always, thank you so much for listening and follow us on social media at @thelotlpodcast (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).

Thank you for checking out the Microbeer Podcast. This is a bi-monthly video podcast highlighting micro-brewing, craft-brewing, and the celebration around good beer. Initially we will be focused on the Minnesota and Wisconsin markets based solely on logistics. But as a our viewer base grows, we hope to recruit MbC’s from other markets. If you do a simple search on beer and podcasting you will find a handful of audio-only podcasts. We’re striving to fill the void with video. Now you can SEE the brewery, the brewer behind the beer, and the BEER!
