This week Tommy and Ben catch up on the latest in Iran negotiations, react to Keir Starmer's resignation, and continue to celebrate World Cup fandom.First they walk through the text of the US-Iran memorandum of understanding — because now it's clear why Trump didn't want anyone to see it. The guys break down everything Iran got, including sanctions relief and billions in unfrozen assets, compared to the very vague assurances the US received that Iran won't build a nuclear weapon and will keep the Strait of Hormuz open. Then they go over the latest negotiations in Switzerland, disagreements over what was agreed to, and why the war in Lebanon remains the biggest threat to its success. Across the pond, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has announced his resignation after Andy Burnham's decisive by-election win, setting up the UK to have its seventh prime minister in ten years. The guys also dive into Israel's increasingly close and diplomatically fraught relationship with Somaliland, and Colombia's razor-thin runoff election, which was won by a right-wing candidate who calls himself “El Tigre.” And finally, the World Cup remains an absolute joy — Ben and Tommy go over some of their favorite moments like underdog Cape Verde holding Spain and Uruguay to draws, Scottish fans taking over Boston and Miami, and Uzbek fans riding into a Houston stadium on horseback. At the end of the show, Ben speaks to Washington Post columnist Rana Ayyub about the Cockroach Movement in India, and how the war with Iran has spilled over into the country's politics. For a closed-captioned version of this episode, click here. Ghost opens episode 116 with Trump's latest gaggle confirming the Hormuz naval blockade is history, US farmers are getting paid to feed Iran, and critics like Ted Cruz need to be "educated" on the deal's terms. The IAEA inspections dispute gets the full treatment: Ghost breaks down how Iran only denied inspecting its bombed facilities, not all facilities, and why the media is deliberately misrepresenting the gap. Pakistan PM Sharif and Iran's president both confirm ballistic missiles were never on the table, period. Ghost then turns to the Jerusalem News Syndicate summit, walking through Mark Levin's unhinged speech, Netanyahu's "kill them first" Talmud citation calling the diaspora to fight back, and Naftali Bennett's bombshell admission that he was smuggling tens of thousands of Starlink receivers into Iran to support a regime change operation. Israel's Diaspora Affairs Minister declares the new enemy axis is Turkey, Syria, and Qatar, which are precisely Trump's three closest Middle East allies. Keir Starmer's resignation gets Ghost's theory that European elites pushed him out for being too cooperative with Trump. The episode closes with Colombia's razor-thin election of Trump-endorsed "El Tigre," his background as Alex Saab's lawyer, and Gustavo Petro's accusation that Israel hacked Colombian election servers.

________________
On Sunday, Colombia will elect a new president. A Trump-endorsed outsider, Abelardo de la Espriella, nicknamed ‘The Tiger,' is now ahead in the polls, and within striking distance of the presidency. His platform promises a military crackdown on narcoterrorism and closer collaboration with the United States. Many Latin American nations have shifted to the right in recent elections, and the Colombia vote is seen as a crucial litmus test for the wider region's political landscape. Could Colombia be the next country in Latin America take a hard turn to the right? And how might that benefit President Donald Trump? Interview with Glenn Jessome, President & CEO of Silver Tiger Metals Inc.Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/silvers-designation-opens-support-pathways-as-advanced-projects-target-2026-milestonesRecording date: 6th June 2026Silver Tiger Metals has reached a major milestone at its El Tigre project in Sonora, securing the first Mexican construction permit granted to a foreign mining company since 2019. Now over three months into building a high-margin heap leach silver and gold mine, the project is fully funded by a recent USD 60 million financing round. With earthworks underway and a 50-person camp operational, the build currently remains ahead of schedule. Management anticipates the first doré pour by December 2027, officially transitioning the firm from a development-stage company into a near-term producer. The financial projections for El Tigre are highly compelling. At current spot prices, the surface heap leach mine boasts a standalone after-tax net present value of roughly USD 800 million, an internal rate of return of 92 percent, and generates USD 100 million annually over an initial 10-year life. Crucially, the company also released an assessment for an adjacent underground mine featuring a 15-year lifespan and a USD 830 million valuation. Unlike many Mexican epithermal deposits where surface mining blocks deeper extraction, El Tigre's underground ore body lies entirely outside the surface footprint. This spatial advantage allows both operations to run concurrently, sharing infrastructure and drastically reducing the initial capital expenditure for the underground expansion.Beyond the established plan, Silver Tiger is aggressively pursuing exploration upside. Drilling has resumed on northern veins located 700 meters away, targeting an additional three million tonnes of silver equivalent. This expansion could nearly double the underground resource. Despite a recent dip in share price, the company views its current valuation as a massive discount to the combined theoretical project value of up to USD 1.8 billion. As the December 2027 production target approaches and debt providers actively compete to offer favorable financing terms, Silver Tiger is uniquely positioned to capitalize on a generational peak in precious metal prices.Learn more: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/silver-tiger-metalsSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Trump says he's bored with peace talks, American right-wingers flock to Moscow, and the new Director of National Intelligence's claim to fame is owning an HVAC company. Another fun week!Tommy and Ben discuss why Trump installing Bill Pulte as the new acting Director of National Intelligence should terrify you given his total lack of experience and focus on revenge. Then it's back to Iran, where breathless coverage about a potential peace deal hasn't changed the reality 3 months into the war. The guys also dig into the growing divergence between Trump and Netanyahu over Lebanon, including a reported phone call in which Trump allegedly told Netanyahu that he'd “be in prison if it weren't for me.” In Gaza, Netanyahu is openly talking about annexing and occupying more territory, while life on the ground for civilians remains hell on earth. Then Russia launches one of its biggest drone and missile barrages of the war on Ukrainian cities, while a parade of American right-wing influencers like Candace Owens and the Tate brothers descend on the country. Colombia heads to a runoff election, with a left-wing Senator facing off against Trump's preferred candidate, “El Tigre,” who wants to copy El Salvador's approach to cartel violence. And fresh corruption stories will boggle the mind involving Don Jr. and Pentagon loans, and a Trump golf course and graves in Vietnam. Finally, Ben speaks to Aya Ibrahim, Senior Fellow at the AI Now Institute, about Trump's new Executive Order on AI and what sensible regulation could look like. For a closed-captioned version of this episode, click here. Episode 220 of the Down to Herf Podcast is off to the races as we fire up the brand new Drew Estate Undercrown El Tigre Dominicano, one of the standout releases from the PCA 2026 Trade Show. We break down the blend, first impressions, and whether this Dominican spin on the Undercrown line lives up to the hype. From there the conversation shifts into the wild world of current events as we recap the 2026 Kentucky Derby results, laugh at the completely “unexpected” collapse and bankruptcy of Spirit Airlines, and react to the unbelievable story of a women's MMA fighter claiming she “accidentally” took her husband's anabolic steroids.Patrol Gone Wild this week brings absolute chaos with an explosive domestic dispute that went way beyond verbal arguments, a bizarre meth M&M caper that sounds too ridiculous to be real, and two cops who decided to have a little fun by answering a drug dealer's ringing phone during an arrest. As expected, the callers did not disappoint.Caleb's News keeps the cigar world rolling with fresh release announcements from Nova and Warfighter, while the whiskey side heats up with a look at several new additions coming to the Four Roses collectionhttps://linktr.ee/downtoherfpodcastSupport the show

Glenn Jessome, President & CEO of Silver Tiger Metals (TSX.V:SLVR) (OTCQX:SLVTF), joins us for a very key development update and Company milestone. The press release March 18th stated that the Board of Directors of Silver Tiger Metals has approved the construction decision of the surface mine; with commissioning and first pour targeted for December, 2027; at the El Tigre Silver-Gold Project in Sonora, Mexico. We started off with a brief reminder on why the Company elected to take the recent financing, which closed on February 18th, in lieu of a much larger debt package with restrictive covenants. That appears to have been the right decision to bolster its strong financial position, especially in light of the market volatility that we've seen across the whole precious metals complex since then. Silver Tiger has over US$86 million (or ~C$120 million) cash to execute on the immediate development initiatives. The Company is also nearing completion of a debt financing package, with term sheets advanced and negotiations narrowed to select providers to provide flexible, non-dilutive capital options to support combined surface and underground development at El Tigre. Silver Tiger just announced that it has entered into an Engineering Procurement and Construction Management Contract ("EPCM") with Kappes, Cassidy & Associates ("KCA") and Kappes, Cassiday del Norte S de RL de CV ("KCN") to assist in the construction of the mine and process plant at El Tigre. The Company has also now hired its own experienced mine construction executive team to work with KCA and KCN. Significant development progress has already been made to date including: Basic engineering for the Mine has been prepared by KCA and is 90% complete Engineering for the heap leach and waste dump for the Mine has been completed by WSP Land clearing for the Mine construction area has commenced, including flora and fauna rescue The personnel camp for the Mine and the construction offices have been designed and are currently in a bid process Engineering for improvements to the 46 km road from Colonia Morelos to El Tigre, which was built by the Corporation in 2023 and 2024, is complete and the contract to carry out the road improvements is currently in a bid process The Company is nearing completion of its ongoing metallurgical and geotechnical drilling program in the Stockwork Zone, with this program expected to wrap up within the next 30 days. Upon completion, the Company will immediately transition to exploration drilling targeting the high-potential vein systems north of the main El Tigre area, near the historic North Tigre Mine. This priority zone aligns directly with the El Tigre North Mine Design outlined in Section 24 of the Company's recently filed Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA dated January 20, 2026). Glenn Jessome, President & CEO of Silver Tiger Metals (TSX.V:SLVR) (OTCQX:SLVTF), joins me for a candid and nuanced conversation on why the Company elected to take the recent financing instead of a larger debt package; while also still leveraging the debt term sheets in place for the combined surface and underground development of the El Tigre Silver-Gold Project in Sonora, Mexico. We start off reviewing the reality that negotiating a debt deal is much more complex, with more restrictions and debt covenants, than most people realize. The company has narrowed the 3 debt term providers down to just 2 now, and are they are still pursuing debt for the larger overall needs. Glenn unpacks the sequence of events and his thought process on why they opted to go with the financing instead, and outlines the decision making process for those investors that were surprised, confused, or that had submitted questions about this transaction. On Feb. 18, 2026 Silver Tiger Metals announced it had closed its previously announced bought deal offering of common shares of the Company with a syndicate of underwriters. An aggregate of 49,146,400 Shares at a price of C$1.17 per Share for gross proceeds to the Company of C$57,501,288 were sold, which includes the exercise in full of the Underwriters' over-allotment option. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Offering to fund exploration and development expenditures at the Company's El Tigre Project in Mexico, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes. We also dive into all the construction activities already underway on the ground at El Tigre, and what criteria are being decided on in the background by the board and management team to be able to announce the official construction decision in March. If you have any follow up questions for Glenn regarding Silver Tiger Metals, then please email them into me at Shad@kereport.com. Your outside doesn't need to match your inside. You can feel terrified inside, but just pretend to be brave for one minute. By doing that, you were actually brave. You might be a total introvert, but need to attend an event, so you act social for one hour. By pretending to be social, you were. You can imitate your role model. Many top performers have an alter ego — a Jekyll to their Hyde or vice-versa — a side of themselves they personify and bring out when needed. It's not Maria who negotiates. It's El Tigre. I wasn't usually in the mood to be a good dad. But knowing how important it is, I'd collect my strength and do the right thing for a few minutes or hours — a short burst of being who my boy needed me to be. After years of that, we have an amazing relationship, and he tells everyone he has the best dad ever. You are your actions. Your actions are you. Your self-image doesn't matter as much. When you realize what you need to do, it doesn't mean that's who you need to be. You can just pretend.
[Audio section from Video on 01-21-2026]: Glenn Jessome, President & CEO of Silver Tiger Metals (TSX.V:SLVR) (OTCQX:SLVTF), joins me for a special video segment which visually unpacks the key metrics, maps, and forward-looking plan for the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the underground mining second phase of the El Tigre Project. We also review what the combined El Tigre Silver-Gold Project in Sonora, Mexico looks like on a valuation standpoint, when one sees the first phase surface mining stockwork zone in tandem with the underground second phase. The bolt-on PEA is centered on the underground mining economics of the high-grade El Tigre, Sulphide, Black Shale and Seitz Kelly zones. The PEA mine design can be constructed independently of the Stockwork Zone development and is focused on the underground Mineral Resource. Prospective areas exist outside of the areas defined by the PEA and PFS with the historic “El Tigre North Mine” Mineral Resource located 700 metres to the North. Highlights of the PEA , with a base case silver price of $38/oz and gold price of $3,200/oz are as follows (all figures in US dollars unless otherwise stated): After-Tax net present value (“NPV”) (using a discount rate of 5%) of $304 million with an After-Tax IRR of 42.8% and Payback Period of 2.6 years (Base Case); 15-year UG mine life with 3-year historical tailings processing recovering a total of 38 million payable silver equivalent ounces (“AgEq”) or 453 thousand gold equivalent ounces (“AuEq”), consisting of 34 million silver ounces and 130 thousand gold ounces; Total Project undiscounted after-tax cash flow of $496 million; Initial capital costs of $83.5 million, including $10.9 million in contingency costs, over an expected 18-month build, and sustaining capital costs of $213 million over the life of mine (“LOM”); The 2026 PEA mine plan is designed as stand-alone to the PFS, with a potential overlap of initial capital cost of $17M (e.g., grid power, offices); Average LOM operating cash costs of $1,351/oz AuEq, and all in sustaining costs (“AISC”) of $2,019/oz AuEq or Average LOM operating cash costs of $16.05/oz AgEq, and AISC of $23.98/oz AgEq; Average annual production of approximately 2.3 million AgEq oz or 27.8 thousand AuEq oz, consisting of 2.1 million silver ounces and 8.0 thousand gold ounces (refer to Table 10 footnotes for conversion to Eq ozs); and PEA Study of the Southern Veins does not include the 38 million ounces AgEq contained in the Northern Veins (see details in updated Mineral Resource Estimate below). We also go on to unpack all the #exploration upside still at surface, in the underground, and along the district-scale mineralized trend of a number of historic past-producing mines that will have drill programs for many years into the future. There’s nothing like losing another PGA Tour tournament sponsor to motivate the long-time men’s golf league to invite a few LIV golfers back this season. The year 2022 saw PGA star Brooks Koepka among several big name PGA Tour players who accepted a reported $100 million signing bonus to join start-up LIV Golf. He has won five times during his four seasons on the new golf tour and earned millions more in the process. Brooks Koepka told the media in late December that he and LIV Golf had reached an agreement to release him from playing obligations during 2026. He wanted to “prioritize the needs of his family and stay closer to home”. Koepka’s contract with LIV Golf was set to expire at the end of 2026. The rationale given sounded quite noble. Koepka’s wife suffered a miscarriage in October during the fourth month of her second pregnancy. The couple already had a two-year old son at home. The LIV Golf tour plays ten of its 14 tournaments this year outside of the United States. Brooks Koepka would have been away from his young family quite a bit in 2026. Yes, this SOUNDED very noble – until Monday Yesterday, the PGA Tour announced an agreement allowing Brooks Koepka to return to play on the PGA Tour later this month at the Farmers Invitational in San Diego. My lovely wife and I speculated that, perhaps, Mrs. Koepka may have been ready to boot her husband out of the house after his relatively short sabbatical. The PGA Tour’s announcement about the return of Brooks Koepka strangely coincides with recent news that Farmers Insurance is exiting as a 16-year title sponsor for the tour’s long-time event in San Diego. The high cost of sponsoring pro golf tournaments has been taking a toll Want to sponsor a PGA Tour event? The cost has been rapidly in recent years – even after the Tiger Woods era has effectively ended. Sponsorship costs have nearly doubled in the past decade. A multi-year sponsorship agreement (usually for four or more years) will cost a company up to $20-25 million annually for a traditional spring or summer PGA Tour stop. A $100 million investment in a men’s golf tournament sponsorship must pass muster with corporate board overseers who will expect to see results to justify the exceptional costs. Don’t expect to see “The SwampSwamiSports.com Open” anytime soon! The PGA Tour has not delivered enough positive results to a growing number of former tournament sponsors Average television viewership for weekly PGA Tour events still brings nearly three million viewers – primarily on CBS. The network’s advertisers buy TV spots to woo professional golf’s wealthy male audience. High-dollar vehicles, investment firms and insurance companies dominate ads frequently seen on golf telecasts. However, the 64-year old average age for pro golf’s television viewers is the oldest demographic in all of professional sports. Compare that with NASCAR (58), baseball (57), NFL (50) and the NBA (42). Ironically, younger viewers are much more likely to part with discretionary income than their graybeard dads with fatter wallets. Watch any NFL game and notice the types of products being pitched to its viewers. Growing families purchase houses, furniture, automobiles, fast food, beverages, and recurring household goods. That’s one reason why PGA Tour weekly telecasts seem to be waving their proverbial broadcast booth pom-poms for younger stars such as 36-year old Rory McIlroy, 29-year old Scottie Scheffler, and 32-year old Justin Thomas. The men’s pro golf tour is desperate to find “the next Tiger Woods”. El Tigre has been sidelined in recent years with injuries and recently turned 50. He cannot prop-up the PGA Tour forever. The rising price tag to host a PGA Tour stop may be indicative of fewer events in the future San Diego’s long-time PGA Tour stop has been sponsored by Farmers Insurance for the past 16 years. A press release by Farmers Insurance announced the end of the sponsorship recently stating, “The tournament has generated millions of dollars for charity and delighted golf fans in San Diego and beyond”. Perhaps a more honest comment might have been, “But we haven’t received a significant enough return on our investment after spending $20 million to prop-up this rather expensive event annually”. It’s not like Farmers Insurance is giving up on golf as an advertising vehicle. The company recently posted a news release that Farmers has become a title sponsor for this winter’s second-year of TGL (Tomorrow’s Golf League). TGL is a weekly televised indoor golf contest aired on ESPN. A TGL spokesperson said, “Farmers Insurance recognizes the engagement that prime time team golf delivers with a wide spectrum of sports fans, especially younger fans.” Traditional PGA tournament sponsors expect to see positive results The loss of major male golf stars like Brooks Koepka, Bryson DeChambeau, Jon Rahm, Cam Smith and others to LIV Golf a few years ago really hurt the PGA Tour. Every tournament sponsor wants their event to feature a top field of golfers which excites local fans to come out and see. The title sponsor is “sold” with the expectation that a significant national television audience will be watching from home. That sponsor wants to see thousands of happy golf fans attending their event in person, too. This one-week golf tournament blitz is intended to capture the maximum positive name recognition today and some long-lasting goodwill associated with the company’s financial investment. This spring’s Colonial golf event (currently known as the Charles Schwab Invitational) in Fort Worth wants patrons to plunk down $85 for a one-day pass in late May. North Texas golf fans want to see top golfers and popular regional favorites such as former University of Texas stars Jordan Spieth and Scottie Scheffler in this year’s field. However, the PGA Tour does not require a golfer to play in any particular weekly event (yet), so the field in Fort Worth is still rather uncertain. The upper echelon of PGA Tour golfers often decide to enter a particular event if played in a favorite geographic region or on a golf course which suits their game or which features significant prize money up for grabs. The title sponsor of any particular PGA Tour event bears a significant financial risk if not enough of the top golfers elect not to play in their tournament. Fewer top stars at some events mean lower television ratings and a negative impact on tournament revenues. Have the costs exceeded with the desired benefits for some PGA tournament sponsors? Farmers Insurance is not the first major corporation to end a sponsorship of a PGA Tour event in recent years. Wells Fargo walked away from its tournament in Charlotte, North Carolina last year. The year 2024 saw Honda Motor Company end its long-time association with a tournament in southeast Florida. Shriners Children’s Hospital walked away from its PGA event in 2023. The PGA Tour’s competition with LIV Golf caused weekly money to balloon to nearly $8 million per tournament in recent years. These increased payouts to players has been passed along in the form of higher corporate sponsorship costs. Some companies believe that the current costs outweigh the perceived benefits. The market is working. A $3 billion life preserver was received by the PGA Tour just in time for the 2024 season A unique partnership with private equity investor Strategic Sports Group provided the PGA Tour a massive cash infusion in January, 2024. This $3 billion investment was intended to halt the migration of top golfers to LIV Golf and provide a long-term financial backstop against potential operational losses on the PGA Tour. Half of the new money ($1.5 billion) was set aside to pay for a new long-term incentive bonus plan to be paid to PGA Tour golfers. The players must remain on the tour for several years in order to collect their full bonus share. This would (theoretically) cause players to think twice about jumping to LIV Golf or any other golf tour. Will the three other major LIV Golf stars take the bait and return to the PGA Tour? Monday’s announcement by the PGA Tour to allow Brooks Koepka’s amnesty came along with a rather restrictive short-term offer to three other prominent (and young) LIV Golf stars. The PGA’s “Returning Member Program” would allow LIV golfers Bryson DeChambeau, Jon Rahm, and Cam Smith a chance to return to the PGA Tour this season if they should agree to accept the terms by February 2. Brooks Koepka (and the other three LIV golfers) will not be eligible for any FedEx bonus pool money in 2026. The golfer must play in 15 PGA Tour events in 2026. Koepka (and any other LIV golfers) will be excluded from the new PGA Tour bonus pool for the next five years. That might result in a potential future loss of up to $50 million per player. Brooks Koepka also agreed to donate $5 million to charity as part of his “deal”. Expect the other three golfers to be required to pay at least that amount to charity. LIV Golf’s youthful trio of DeChambeau, Rahm, and Smith still remain under contract with their employer to play this season. They would have to quickly negotiate a buy-out for their LIV Golf contracts and then be fleeced again by the PGA Tour’s punitive terms and conditions. I don’t expect the other three golfers to take the bait. Brooks Koepka had his own personal reasons to exit LIV Golf. The others? Not so much – at least right now. Does this signal the end for LIV Golf? The Saudi Public Investment Fund is worth more than $1 trillion. That Saudi PIF doesn’t seem concerned that LIV Golf has become a multi-billion dollar money loser. The loss of a few percentage points from this massive pile of cash is balanced by the Saudis’ perceived prestige as the owner of a worldwide golf tour. I believe that the loss of Brooks Koepka represents a relatively small hit for LIV Golf. The five-time major champion was never very personable with fans and the media. He doesn’t move the “fan favorite” needle as much as Bryson DeChambeau, Spain’s Jon Rahm, or even Australian Cam Smith. If DeChambeau, Rahm, and Smith follow suit and join Koepka to accept the PGA’s short-term “Come home” offer by February 2, worldwide interest in LIV Golf will plummet. The 2026 LIV Golf schedule has only 14 golf tournaments. Ten will be played overseas with only four LIV Golf events to be played in the US this year. One of the US tournaments will be played in New Orleans at Bayou Oaks in City Park from June 25-28. Whose bad idea was that to schedule a golf tournament at that time of year in the Crescent City? Those of us who have lived in New Orleans will confirm the oppressive late June heat and humidity in the city. Lake Pontchartrain, the Mississippi River, and the Gulf combine to create one of America’s hottest summer locations. It will punish the golfers far more than the layout at the renovated City Park golf course. Conclusion The PGA Tour now desperately wants their wealthy competitor (LIV Golf) to surrender soon. LIV Golf is feeling no pressure to fold anytime soon. The PGA Tour, though, has new private financial backers who may be quietly demanding executives to show improved profitability after the group’s $3 billion investment into the long-time men’s professional golf league. Purses for men’s pro golf may have peaked due to competition from LIV Golf. The average PGA Tour golfer earned more than $2.2 million in 2025. They’ll somehow survive. This is getting very interesting. Stay tuned! The post PGA Tour attempts to turn the screws on LIV Golf appeared first on SwampSwamiSports.com.

Glenn Jessome, President & CEO of Silver Tiger Metals (TSX.V:SLVR – OTCQX:SLVTF), joins us for a comprehensive update on all the development work going on at ground level now that the Company has secured all of the required approvals and permits from the Mexican Federal Environmental Department (“SEMARNAT”) to construct the El Tigre Stockwork Silver-Gold Project in Sonora, Mexico. We also discuss the upcoming underground PEA, set for release later this month, the coming regional drill programs to the north and south of El Tigre, and the capital management flexibility that the company has moving into 2026. With all approvals for the Project now granted, Silver Tiger is advancing the El Tigre Project towards construction over the 18-month plan, as outlined in the October 2024 Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) for the Project. Glenn shares with us the many earlier-stage initiatives their operations team, led by VP of Operations, Francisco Albelais, was working on for the last half of 2025, like building the 365 day per year haulage road, and the 6 months of detailed engineering work that is mostly completed and gives them a large head start on hitting the ground running now that the permit is in hand. Glenn highlights that in addition to more land clearing and surface earth works, that a key initiative is optimizing the road already built with a new bridge currently in review with engineering and slated to be built over the next few months. Another priority is the building of the camp to house all the staff that will be working on-site from here on out. Additionally, there will be water wells completed, and all the workstreams that flow into the final engineering plan. All of this derisking sets the company up for even better debt terms, and gives them a huge head start into the eventual mine construction beginning over the course of this year. We also recap all the exploration, development, and derisking work that has gone into the upcoming imminent release of the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the underground mine, set to release to the market later in January. The team at Silver Tiger has been compiling the last 5 years of work delineating the 113 million ounces of silver equivalent resources in the high-grade veins, shale, and sulphide zones underground portion of El Tigre, the metallurgical studies, and engineering work to be able to release the upcoming PEA early in Q1. This report will center around the already permitted underground scenario utilizing an 800 tonnes-per-day (tpd) mill, and focusing on the initial first 10 years of mine life. With regards to the capital management strategy, and the coming debt term sheets and how the company will fund the remaining capex for the mine build, Glenn shares the flexibility and optionality that their team now has, after having raised CAD$40 Million bought deal financing with a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets and Stifel Nicolaus Canada in the late Fall last year. When combined with the ~CAD$30 million the company already had in their treasury, they essentially have a large percentage of the US$85 million capex needed to build the bulk tonnage surface mine at El Tigre. This means that they can negotiate less restrictive debt covenants, giving them the flexibility to keep pursuing work on the underground strategy, as well as regional exploration to the north and south of El Tigre. If you have any follow up questions for Glenn regarding Silver Tiger Metals, then please email them into me at Shad@kereport.com. Interview with Glenn Jessome, President & CEO of Silver Tiger Metals Inc.Recording date: 28th November 2025Silver Tiger Metals presents investors with a rare opportunity to gain exposure to a near-term silver production scenario backed by exceptional project economics, secured financing, and an experienced development team. The company has achieved a significant milestone in obtaining Mexico's first new mining permit since 2020, enabling development of the El Tigre bulk tonnage stockwork deposit in Sonora state with an 18-24 month construction timeline beginning January 2026.The project's pre-feasibility study demonstrates compelling financial metrics: an after-tax NPV of $750 million, a 92% internal rate of return, one-year capital payback, and projected annual cash flow exceeding $100 million once in production. These economics reflect current precious metals prices of approximately $31-32 per ounce silver and $2,700 per ounce gold, with sensitivity analysis showing substantial upside to higher metal prices. At $35 silver and US$3,000 gold, annual after-tax cash flow increases to $60 million.Silver Tiger's capital position differentiates the company from typical development-stage mining projects. With US$60 million in treasury against US$186 million total capital requirements, the company has deliberately avoided the constraints associated with debt-heavy financing structures. Management has secured debt financing options with favourable terms to be finalised in 2025, whilst maintaining sufficient cash reserves to pursue parallel objectives including underground mine advancement, regional exploration programmes, and early-stage work at satellite deposits. The execution risk profile benefits significantly from the appointment of Francisco Albelais, a Mexican mining engineer with 25 years of experience building and operating bulk tonnage mines in Sonora. From 2010 to 2023, Francisco built two 55,000 tonnes-per-day mines for Argonaut Gold, managing teams of 400 personnel through complete project lifecycles. He brings established contractor relationships and access to a 200-person construction team based in Hermosillo, approximately two hours from site.Critical preparatory work already completed includes final engineering scheduled for completion on December 2025, construction of a 53-kilometre all-weather access road capable of transporting mill components, and securing long-term power supply arrangements with Mexico's federal electricity regulator. The company will operate on generator sets during the 18-month construction period, transitioning to grid power within two years.Beyond the initial bulk tonnage operation, Silver Tiger will release a preliminary economic assessment in January 2026 for an 800 tonnes-per-day underground mine targeting high-grade silver mineralization. The underground resource contains 113 million silver-equivalent ounces, representing a 31-year mine life before considering exploration upside. The company has already purchased and delivered the processing mill to site. The broader investment case encompasses significant exploration potential across a 30-kilometre mineralized trend. Current resources of approximately 213 million silver-equivalent ounces (100 million bulk tonnage, 113 million underground) exist within only 2-3 kilometres of explored territory, with independent consultants identifying near-term potential for an additional 73-100 million ounces through infill drilling. Historical mines to the north and south offer district-scale discovery opportunities. At a current market capitalization of approximately $350 million versus $750 million NPV for the initial operation alone, Silver Tiger offers investors substantial re-rating potential as construction progresses and production de-risking occurs.View Silver Tiger Metals' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/silver-tiger-metalsSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com
Glenn Jessome, President & CEO of Silver Tiger Metals (TSX.V:SLVR – OTCQX:SLVTF), joins us to review the major news released November 7th which announced that the Company has secured all of the required approvals and permits from the Mexican Federal Environmental Department (“SEMARNAT”) to construct the El Tigre Stockwork Silver-Gold Project in Sonora, Mexico. We also discuss the upcoming underground PEA, set for January of next year, along with the coming regional drill programs to the north and south of El Tigre in 2026. With all approvals for the Project now granted, Silver Tiger is now ready to advance the Project towards construction over an 18-month plan, as outlined in the October 2024 Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) for the Project. We dive into the robust economics on just this initial bulk tonnage phase of the project, through the lens of current metals price sensitivities. Glenn shares with us the many earlier stage initiatives their operations team, led by VP of Operations, Francisco Albelais, like building the 365 day per year haulage road, and the 6 months of engineering work that gives them a large head start on hitting the ground running now that the permit is in hand. This report will center around the already permitted underground scenario utilizing an 800 tonnes-per-day (tpd) mill, and focusing on the initial first 10 years of mine life. Wrapping up we have Glenn outline that in 2026 all of the earlier-stage regional exploration work their team has been engaged with in H2 of this year, both to the north and south of El Tigre, will allow for the commencement of the first drilling on these high-priority targets since 2017. This will demonstrate to the market that their land concessions are truly part of a district-scale opportunity, far beyond just the delineated mineralization and mine plans at El Tigre. In this Daily Editorial, we welcome back Dave Erfle, Founder and Editor of The Junior Miner Junky, for his technical and fundamental outlook on the gold and silver prices up near record levels, and then the recent rebound in the precious metals stocks. While the PM stocks have done quite well this year, they've still not come close to factoring in the huge economic implications of these higher underlying metals prices into their current valuations. Key takeaways from Dave in this interview: Gold and Silver Price Strength Continues – With gold up near $4,200 and silver up in the $52-$53 area, after having hit $54 again earlier this week, it is now trying to make $50 the floor instead of a 45-year ceiling. Miners' Rebound After A 2-Week Correction – GDX and GDXJ have clawed their way higher since the end of last week, but they've not performed as well as some of the quality junior mining stocks have on a percentage basis in this recent recovery. Chart and Cycle Patterns – After gold hit $3,500 in April, it consolidated for 5 months before resuming its uptrend. When gold recently hit an all-time high near $4,400 in October, it only waited a couple weeks before resuming its uptrend. This may bode well for this correction not being as drawn out in time. Dave would prefer to see the PM sector correct in time versus price, in more of a sideways consolidation to build the strength for the next move higher. Company Valuations Are Still Cheap In Relation To Current Metals Prices – We are now half way through Q4 at substantially higher metals prices than in Q3, and yet the market caps and gains in the stocks have not even come close to reflecting the higher gold and silver producer margins, nor the improved economics of development-stage projects. Merger and Acquisition Transactions Continue – After IAMGOLD's (IMG.TO) recent twin acquisitions, and Coeur Mining's (CDE) takeover of New Gold (NGD), we've also seen news that Probe Gold (TSX: PRB) (OTCQB: PROBF) is being acquired by Fresnillo Plc. (FRES.L) (FNLPF). Dave highlights why he feels that the takeover premium for Probe is on the low side at US$56 per ounce of gold in the ground, and that he and his subscribers are waiting to see if Probe gets a counter-offer from a larger producer like Agnico Eagle or Kinross Gold. He goes on to highlight why a higher valued takeover offer would be good for the whole sector; with regards to what quality ounces in the ground in a top tier jurisdiction are being valued at. Silver Tiger's Receipt Of A New Open-Pit Permit A Boon To Mexican PM Stocks - We discuss how in addition to the nice pop we saw in Silver Tiger Metals Inc. (TSXV:SLVR)(OTCQX:SLVTF) after receipt of their open-pit mining permit at El Tigre, that other Mexican companies like GoGold Resources Inc. (TSX: GGD) (OTCQX: GLGDF) and Discovery Silver Corp. (TSX: DSV) (OTCQX: DSVSF) also moved higher in reaction to this permitting milestone achieved. Click here to visit the Junior Miner Junky website to learn more about Dave's investment letter. First I heard from Sergio Garnier that the wild lamparillos on his 24,000-acre ranch in Durango skipped a season. Didn't shoot quiotes. Didn't go to flower. Then I heard the same about the agaves in Guerrero from Damian Meneses from El Tigre. And Damian and I were in Jalisco together and he told me that the raicilleros were saying the same thing: none or almost none of the agaves are going to seed. Send us a textIn this eyebrow-raising episode of iCritic LIVE, Kevin dives into the unexpected drama involving Emmy-winning animator Jorge R. Gutierrez—best known for The Book of Life, Maya and the Three, and El Tigre. What started as admiration turned into digital exile when Gutierrez hit the block button... but why?Was it a misunderstood critique? A clash of creative philosophies? Or something far more bizarre? Kevin unpacks the timeline, the tweets, and the tangled web of creator dynamics that led to this surreal moment. Expect sharp analysis, a dash of humor, and a candid look at how public personas and private boundaries collide in the animation world.Whether you're here for the tea

This week on 2 Bears 1 Cave, Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer reunite in sunny California for a jam-packed episode full of FOMO, fatherhood, and flaming hot air balloon disasters. The bears talk about Tom's California vacation and getting into surfing with his boys. They dig into wild parenting comparisons, Luis J. Gomez's insane training routines, and Bert feeling FOMO for Andrew Schulz's perfect summer life on Instagram. Tom then drops major news about shooting a new Netflix movie called El Tigre, which leads to Bert sharing his own plans for filming the series Free Bert in Atlanta. With both Bears tied up all summer, they announce special "Summer Bears" episodes and name the two hosts Chris Distefano and Stavros Halkias. Things get political (kind of) as Bert and Tom debate who should talk about world issues—spoiler alert: it's not them. Bert then rants about the sheer terror of hot air balloons and Tom tells another legendary Top Dog tale about how he diverted a plane so he could take a piss. Buckle up—it's a bumpy (and hilarious) ride. 2 Bears, 1 Cave Ep. 296 https://tomsegura.com/tour https://www.bertbertbert.com/tour https://store.ymhstudios.com Chapters 00:00:00 - Intro 00:00:40 - Father FOMO 00:05:07 - The Summer Bears 00:16:45 - FaceTiming Chrissy D 00:20:16 - The Middle Class Of Comedy 00:33:09 - Bert Explains Global Politics 00:39:48 - Hot Air Balloons Are Sketch 00:49:29 - Crazy Plane Stories 01:00:17 - Helicopters 01:06:45 - Uber Driver Smackdown Learn more about your ad choices.
