The Harvest USA Report has been on the air for 30 years. It was 1994 when Greg Erlich of the U.S. Custom Harvesters approached KSIR Radio in Fort Morgan, Colorado. It was a great idea and it's lasted 30 years and still going strong. Despite Howard passing away in 2023, the program continues with yours truly. However, times have changed. People aren't answering the phone like they used to with all of the scam callers, so if you have some harvest information, we would appreciate a phone call here at the Harvest USA Report. We'll answer the phone. If you are a farmer, a harvester, a custom harvester, please give us a call at the Harvest USA Report and let us know what information you have about what you're harvesting or what your activity is during the off-season. Many times we are in touch with folks from different continents about what they're harvesting, but folks still like to hear about what's going on right here in North America. And again, a special thanks to our friend and co-host David Woodruff from Alberta, Canada, who has been pitching in since Howard passed away interviewing folks for the Harvest USA Report. We appreciate David's service and look forward to more interesting interviews. Meanwhile, if you work in the agricultural world and you have information about harvesting crops that feed the world, give us a call at the Harvest USA Report. The numbers are on our page at harvesusareport.com.  That's it for the Harvest USA Report. Thanks again for listening and may God bless. I'm Brian Hale.

Chris has been very successful with targeting sheepshead from land, we get a report from the beach, and the Whiting are biting, listen to figure out what kind of rig you need and what kind of bait has been working. Chris has also been having success with redfish From a boat in the backwaters around Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Captain Scott Kennedy reported he has been targeting sheepshead, redfish, and speckled trout in the tidal rivers and creeks around Baldwin County. He's been using fiddler crabs and a split shot rig to catch the sheepshead, and has found the trout bite to be excellent, especially early in the morning, using suspending twitch baits. He's been adjusting his leader strength and lure colors based on the clear water conditions. Kennedy also discussed the benefits of keeping a detailed fishing log to track patterns. Captain Bobby Abruscato said the fishing has been excellent in the tidal rivers and creeks around the Mobile Bay area, with trout and redfish biting well. He's been relying on the Slick Junior lure, using a light jighead to work it slowly and get it down in the water column. Abruscato emphasized the importance of paying attention to water levels, especially during extreme low tides, to access the best fishing areas. Chris Vecsey from Sam's Bait and Tackle in Orange Beach reported good numbers of trout and redfish in the rivers and creeks, with the falling tide being the most productive. He's also been catching some bonus species like tarpon and stripers. Vecsey discussed the increasing presence of snook in the area and encouraged anglers to report any catches to help collect data on this emerging fishery. The Everyday Sniper Podcast: Training Season is Over  As one door closes another door opens.  With Training Season over, we enter podcast & livestream season.  I want to start off by thanking everyone who attended training with us in 2024. This was a super successful season, we saw the return of Marc Taylor and entry of Chris Way with our classes.  We also had a lot of support and help from Laura during some tough times both recently and in the past. So again thank you to everyone who made it work in 2024.   Ended the season in a couple of locations, we did 2 classes in Ohio then I did a class and a clinic in Virginia finally ending our season in Fort Morgan with an Army Section. Each class had its own unique challenges that in the end, opened my mind to new possibilities.  We tested a lot of variations for classes as well as several tools like using a Starlink system to access the internet on the range.  All these tools will enhance the Hide TV experience which is my end goal.  On top of providing the very best training possible.  With Podcast season starting up, expect at least 2 episodes a week and at least one of them to be simulcast live on Hide TV.  These will have lesson, guest speakers and more. Hide TV is moving forward, we are super happy with the progress and the reception.  To all from US,   Thanks for listening, thanks for sharing, thank for interacting and being a part of the Everyday Sniper Podcast.  Lowlight

The Everyday Sniper Podcast: Quick & To the Point  Hey Everyone in Podcast Land, welcome to the Everyday Sniper Podcast. In this episode get right to the climate change problem by explaining the heating of the Earth is coming from inside the House.  After I finish my conspiracy theory discussion on Climate Change I jump right into shooting talk over the Leupold Mk4HD.  I have a Leupold Mk4HD 6-24x52mm Scope mounted on my GAP Production Rifle with Manners Tunable Stock. Have I mentioned how much I love the Manners Tunable Stock and think it's the best stock on the market. Anyhow, I mounted the Leupold Mk4HD on the Manners Tunable GAP Production Rifle so now I have to go out and shoot it.  From the Manners Tunable to Kraft Quick Wind. In order to dope the wind, you need to know what the Effective Wind Speed is.  Now Effective Wind is different from a straight up wind call. The effective wind is telling you what the wind along with the angle is actually doing. Once you have the Effective Wind, using Quick Wind becomes super easy.  The Class schedule is located on Sniper's Hide in the Training Course Announcement Section iso be sure to stop on by to see what our class schedule looks like.  We have Fort Morgan, Cameo, Black Bear Virginia is opened up.  We'll be crisscrossing the United States again this year.  As always, thanks for listening, thanks for sharing, thanks for being a part of the Everyday Sniper Podcast.
