"Red, White and Brass" (directed by Damon Fepulea'i) is a feel-good comedy that follows the antics of Maka (played by John-Paul Foliaki) as he attempts to secure tickets to the big rugby match - France v Tonga - not just for himself, but his entire church congregation. We chat about our favourite scenes, characters and the difference it makes when our stories are told by our people. @nightsatthebrowntable_ browntableproductions@gmail.com

This book is different from most books on raising children. It is a plea for the parents to truly know and walk with God – for them to love God and His Word. In the correct order, focusing first on the parents, Andrew Murray then urges parents to sincerely and consistently love their children and in all tenderness and gentleness teach them as God also teaches us. Children are a most precious gift that we receive from God, and they deserve our very best. Our faithful training will not be lost on our children; this is a promise found over and over again in the Scriptures. If our hearts are right towards God and our children, the world's influence will not impact our children. We can and must exercise faith, so our children and our children's children will be able to impact the world for Christ and inherit eternal blessings. A few of the parenting topics covered in this book: * What sin did to the family and how to redeem that which was lost. * The distinct and also shared roles of fathers and mothers. * How and why to teach children manners. * How to show children the Scriptures in a way that takes root in the heart. * How to teach with a quiet, gentle spirit, as God teaches us. * How to intercede effectively in prayer for our children.

Hello listener This is the Forty-Third episode of the CBD Perform Podcast called Cannabis and Cannabinoid (CBD) Research: Sifting Through The Research, taken from our popular CBD Perform VLOG Series. I'm excited to welcome to the world of Medicinal Cannabis and CBD. This incredibly insightful podcast invites you to really get to know the cannabis plant, its constituents and the increasingly popular CBD oil. CBD oil is everywhere at the moment, now that it is legal in many countries around the world. It's a booming business, and there are some impressive claims made about what it can do for our body. This podcast sets out to explain what exactly Medicinal Cannabis and CBD oil is, and what are it's healing benefits. Based on the latest up to date research this course will methodically take you through all aspects of the cannabis plant, its constituents, and its products, and this information will hopefully leave you in no doubt that this is a remarkable plant, with remarkable products – which for some has had transformational results. The Medicinal Cannabis & CBD Oil podcast begins by introducing you to the cannabis plant. You will learn all about its botany, the vast array of varieties of cannabis plants (and how all these varieties came to be) and take a look at the long history of humanity's uses for cannabis. You'll then learn about the many products derived from the cannabis plant. In particular, you'll look at how CBD oil is made and the various ways it can be administered. You'll also get to know the cannabinoids, along with other constituents found in cannabis - exploring their therapeutic actions - before plunging into the fascinating world of the endocannabinoid system. You may not be aware of it but the endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a part of each of our bodies; a regulatory system designed to bring us into homeostasis – balancing our health and wellbeing. Furthermore, this system is comprised of receptors that interact only with cannabinoids – the compound found in cannabis. I explain this correlation and how this knowledge has aided further research and discoveries into the medicinal use of cannabis. When it comes to cannabis, one of the most-studied areas is its use in pain relief. Through your our discussion, we will assess its analgesic effects. From this foundation, I will walk you through the inclusion of cannabinoids in the symptom management of various conditions, including issues of cancer, the digestive and respiratory systems, the immune system, mental health, and the endocrine system. I conclude the podcast series by arming you with the knowledge you need to be able to seek out, understand and analyse good research. This is important, as it helps you to sift out the ‘snake oil' claims and get to the truth. Enjoy the world of CBD! *** CBD Perform products, our podcast or VLOG series are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. It is recommended to check with your GP or Physician before starting a new dietary supplement program.***

My mind O God is keen to behold you. —————————————— Story (Indra, Brihaspati and Vrtasur.. continued) Vishvarupa was very clever he had 3 faces and three mouths. While doing the yagnas he would put oblations not only for the Devtas, but for the Daityas and himself also. Indra found out and without any delay he lopped off the heads of Vishvarupa. He had the sin of killing a Brahmin in his hand, but later the earth, water, trees and women offered to take his sin, in return of a boon. Twasta, the father of Vishvarupa did a yagna and came out a fierce demon, who was indestructible and was created for the end of the Indra and the Devas. The Devas had to go into battle again, however, ones again they were without a Guru, the Daityas again raged a war, and again the Devas had to go into hiding. This time they prayed to Shri Hari, and he guided them to go and ask Sage Dhadhichi for his bone. The Sage who was selfless, gave his bones and Indra made a Vajra out of it. The devas and the Daityas again met in battle the all the demons ran aways in fear and then followed a fierce battle between Vrtasura and Indra. Indra defeated Vrtasura and destroyed him, and his soul went and merged into Shri Hari. Now, again all the Devas rejoiced but, Indra was agonised as yet again he was faced with the sin of killing a Brahmana, that also the one who was born from the holy fire of a Yagna. Indra was horrified and was being chased by this great sin in the form of a Chandal woman. He escaped and hid himself in Manasa Lake, in the fibre of a Lotus stem for a thousand years. In his absence, a king from the Mortal world, known as Nahusa enthroned Amravati. He developed a liking of Saci and wanted her to befriend him, she went to Brihaspati, who had finally come back, to seek advice. FINALS! We start the podcast by discussing the NBA Finals. A straight up sweep by the Warriors, which lets be fair was expected by everyone. This leads to us speculating about where LeBron will go next. Spurs, 76ers, Rockets? This is going to be a juicy off season. We switch lanes to discuss the recent UFC card. From CM Punk’s embarrassing performance to Whittakers incredible one, this UFC card provided everything. Continuing on the combat sports, we talk about the Horn vs Crawford fight. A school teacher vs a gang member, you can figure out who won. We close the podcast by discussing the Trumpinator which leads us to figuring out who Rosie O’Donnell is. Yep, what a weird end.
