A History of USOs: Unidentified Submerged Objects (Volume 1: From the Beginning to 1969) by Richard M. Dolan is the first installment in a groundbreaking three-volume series that explores the fascinating and often unexplained phenomenon of USOs—Unidentified Submerged Objects. This meticulously researched book delves into the earliest reported sightings of mysterious objects observed in oceans, lakes, and rivers, spanning centuries and covering 178 carefully documented cases up to 1969.Dolan's work is both a historical and scientific inquiry, examining accounts that have often been overlooked or forgotten. With a keen eye for detail, he places these encounters within a broader historical and technological context, raising questions about the nature of these enigmatic objects. Are they advanced technology from unknown civilizations, natural phenomena, or something else entirely? This volume sets the stage for understanding the long history of USO encounters, laying the foundation for the rest of the series. The book is enriched with maps by the author and illustrations by Allan Lavigne, providing a visual dimension to the narratives. Dolan's research draws from a wide range of sources, including military reports, eyewitness accounts, and historical records, all analyzed through a detailed system that evaluates factors such as time, location, shape, color, and witness credibility. This methodical approach allows readers to identify patterns and themes that emerge across decades and continents.Volume 1 is not just a collection of stories; it is a thought-provoking exploration of the unknown, challenging readers to reconsider their understanding of the oceans and the universe. Whether you are a skeptic, a believer, or simply curious, this book offers a compelling journey into the uncharted depths of our planet—and beyond.BioRichard Dolan is a leading researcher, historian, and writer on the subject of UFOs.He is the author of two volumes of history, UFOs and the National Security State, both ground-breaking works which together provide the most factually complete and accessible narrative of the UFO subject available anywhere. He also co-authored a speculative book about the future, A.D. After Disclosure, the first-ever analysis not only of how UFO secrecy might end, but of the all-important question: what happens next? Richard is also the author of UFOs for the 21st Century Mind, a fresh treatment of the entire subject. In it, he discusses the important sightings, the encounters, the politics, the cover-up, ancient aliens, the bizarre science, disclosure, and offers advice on being both critical and open-minded in today's world. More recently, Richard has written a series of booklets developed from select lectures on such topics as the idea of a secret space program and UFO secrecy and disclosure in the Trump era.In addition to his UFO work, Richard wrote and hosted a series on the phenomenon of false flags for Gaia Television. This ten-episode series is groundbreaking as the first historical perspective of false flags through the ages, events in which governments or other agencies committed horrible and traumatic acts which were then blamed on other parties in order to justify and pursue certain objectives. Richard is currently researching and writing the first-ever history of false flags, with a strong focus on the 20th and 21t centuries.Since 2012, Richard has hosted a weekly radio show, The Richard Dolan Show, on KGRA radio, and currently offers audio podcasts for members of richarddolanmembers.com. He has been featured on numerous television series and documentaries, including Ancient Aliens, Hangar One: The UFO Files, Close Encounters, and many others. He is also a frequent guest on Coast-to-Coast AM with George Noory.Prior to his interest in UFOs, Richard completed his graduate work at the University of Rochester, where he studied U.S. Cold War strategy, European history, and international diplomacy. Before that, he studied at Alfred University and Oxford University, was a finalist for a Rhodes scholarship. But for the past two decades, Richard has been a dedicated student of all things related to UFOs, steadily expanding his interests within that topic from his initial focus on government documents and the cover-up. Now his interests include it all, from the deepest aspects of the coverup, to contact and abduction, the science behind the phenomenon, how the phenomenon has affected world culture, his theory of a breakaway civilization, the possible relationship of artificial intelligence and biotechnology to the UFO phenomenon, and the implications of the end of secrecy, that is, the world After Disclosure.Today, there is no aspect of the phenomenon Richard won't study. He continues to look forward to exploring this topic in all its depth, a topic he believes opens our doors of perception, challenging us to see the world differently and more clearly. In addition to his research, Richard's company, Richard Dolan Press, actively publishes innovative books by authors from around the world, which can be visited at richarddolanpress.com.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DWYHCSHW/https://richarddolanmembers.comRichard Dolan online: https://bit.ly/DolanLinks https://www.pastliveshypnosis.co.uk/https://www.patreon.com/alienufopodcastMy book 'Verified Near Death Exeriences' https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DXKRGDFP

Jefferson Morley - Scorpion's Dance - The President, The Spymaster and WatergateApr 5, 2023It is 50 years since the Watergate scandal; the scandal which changed America forever. Journalist Jefferson Morley has a fine pedigree in both journalism and research. He joins Ed Opperman to talk about his work on the CIA, his commentary on the National Security State and the recent revelations concerning the JFK conspiracy. He has researched the events and repercussions for democracy and society and the result is Scorpion's Dance. For the 50th anniversary of the Watergate break-in: The untold story of President Richard Nixon, CIA Director Richard Helms, and their volatile shared secrets that ended a presidency. Scorpions' Dance by intelligence expert and investigative journalist Jefferson Morley reveals the Watergate scandal in a completely new light: as the culmination of a concealed, deadly power struggle between President Richard Nixon and CIA Director Richard Helms. Nixon and Helms went back decades; both were 1950s Cold Warriors, and both knew secrets about the disastrous Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba as well as off-the-books American government and CIA plots to remove Fidel Castro and other leaders in Latin America. Both had enough information on each other to ruin their careers. After the Watergate burglary on June 17, 1972, Nixon was desperate to shut down the FBI's investigation. He sought Helms' support and asked that the CIA intervene―knowing that most of the Watergate burglars were retired CIA agents, contractors, or long-term assets with deep knowledge of the Agency's most sensitive secrets. The two now circled each other like scorpions, defending themselves with the threat of lethal attack. The loser would resign his office in disgrace; the winner, however, would face consequences for the secrets he had kept. Rigorously researched and dramatically told, Scorpions' Dance uses long-neglected evidence to reveal a new perspective on one of America's most notorious presidential scandals.Website : Jefferson MorleyTwitter : Jefferson MorleyBook : Scorpion's DanceMarch 2023Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-opperman-report--1198501/support.
The long-awaited JFK files have finally been released, and one of the most revealing details isn't what's in them—but what the CIA wanted to keep hidden. Among the redactions in the report, one stands out: “The Israeli Intelligence Service.” Why was this information deemed too sensitive for public eyes, even after all these years? In this episode, I break down my initial reaction to the files, what this redaction could mean, and how it fits into the bigger picture of JFK's assassination, and American politics in general.—https://policecoffee.com/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAACG7qmIkS3X8ivoZzZosZdSRJueTZ&gclid=Cj0KCQjw1um-BhDtARIsABjU5x6X9JVI5Dihvk6wiS1l5Ra9sToZWRHjj-F0vy3owqCssQ1Bpb0eGaQaAsF1EALw_wcB
Roger Horowitz talks with Katherine Epstein about her new book Analog Superpowers: How Twentieth-Century Technology Theft Built the National Security State (University of Chicago Press, 2024). From the publisher: “A gripping history that spans law, international affairs, and top-secret technology to unmask the tension between intellectual property rights and national security. At the beginning of the twentieth century, two British inventors, Arthur Pollen and Harold Isherwood, became fascinated by a major military question: how to aim the big guns of battleships. These warships—of enormous geopolitical import before the advent of intercontinental missiles or drones—had to shoot in poor light and choppy seas at distant moving targets, conditions that impeded accurate gunfire. Seeing the need to account for a plethora of variables, Pollen and Isherwood built an integrated system for gathering data, calculating predictions, and transmitting the results to the gunners. At the heart of their invention was the most advanced analog computer of the day, a technological breakthrough that anticipated the famous Norden bombsight of World War II, the inertial guidance systems of nuclear missiles, and the networked “smart” systems that dominate combat today. Recognizing the value of Pollen and Isherwood's invention, the British Royal Navy and the United States Navy pirated it, one after the other. When the inventors sued, both the British and US governments invoked secrecy, citing national security concerns. Drawing on a wealth of archival evidence, Analog Superpowers analyzes these and related legal battles over naval technology, exploring how national defense tested the two countries' commitment to individual rights and the free market. Katherine C. Epstein deftly sets out Pollen's and Isherwood's pioneering achievements, the patent questions raised, the geopolitical rivalry between Britain and the United States, and the legal precedents each country developed to control military tools built by private contractors. Epstein's account reveals that long before the US national security state sought to restrict information about atomic energy, it was already embroiled in another contest between innovation and secrecy. The America portrayed in this sweeping and accessible history isn't yet a global hegemon but a rising superpower ready to acquire foreign technology by fair means or foul—much as it accuses China of doing today.” For more Hagley History Hangouts, more information on the Center for the History of Business, Technology, and Society at the Hagley Museum and Library, visit us online at hagley.org.
In this revised and expanded edition of Richard Dolan's pervious classic of the UFO subject, he adds sixty new pages to bring the reader through the tumultuous journey of the UFO/UAP subject through the early 2020s. This includes a detailed treatment of the changes to our public discussion of UFOs since 2017 and what is the likely end point of this new direction. But Dolan provides much more than this, including providing critical context of the UFO subject within the broader social, political, and technological developments of our world, something that makes him unique among UFO researchers. Moreover, he never shies away from incorporating a “big picture” analysis to the phenomenon, asking difficult but important questions such as:- How can we assess the likely intentions of the beings behind the phenomenon?- What is the relationship if any between the UFO phenomenon and the current global revolution underway?- What is the likely end game to UFO visitation as well as the government policies of secrecy?- Can humanity achieve a genuine and truthful UFO “disclosure”?Through it all, Dolan applies meticulous care in assembling facts, organizing relevant ideas and concepts, and presenting the rich history of UFOs as only he can do. For a book that was already a classic of UFO literature, Richard Dolan has given us an up-to-date version of what remains the greatest mystery of our time, covering the subject for beginners and experienced researchers alike. He offers fresh insights on everything connected to UFOs: ancient aliens, modern encounters, abductions, channelers, the politics and cover-up, the black budget world, the bizarre science, the social dimensions, the future, and much more. UFOs for the 21st Century Mind is a roadmap pointing the way forward in a field filled with uncertainty and obfuscation. In so doing, it is set to reposition an ancient phenomenon into a contemporary state of mind, reminding you just why the greatest mystery of our time is also one of the most important.BioFor over twenty years, Richard Dolan has been one of the best known UFO researchers in the world. He is the author of several groundbreaking books in the field, opening up fresh ways of understanding this perplexing subject. His massive two-volume history, UFOs and the National Security State, has permanently altered our understanding of the history of UFOs and the government coverup. He is co-author of the classic book, “A.D. After Disclosure,” which opened up an entire conversation on how UFO Disclosure could actually take place and what that might mean for the world. His book “UFOs for the 21st Century Mind” remains the best single volume to discuss the full range of the UFO subject in all its complexity. His most recent book, “The Alien Agendas,” is another unique contribution to the subject, being one of the few attempts to analyze the beings behind the UFO phenomenon by examining the long history of our encounters with them.Aside from being one of ufology's most engaging writers, Richard has been in front of the camera and microphone for many years, and has spoken to audiences around the world. These days, Richard continues working on book projects while managing an active website, https://richarddolanmembers.com, which features fresh writing, video, and audio content by Richard every week.https://www.amzn.com/dp/B0BQTH5QMMhttps://richarddolanmembers.com https://www.pastliveshypnosis.co.uk/https://www.patreon.com/alienufopodcast

Recognizing the value of Pollen and Isherwood's invention, the British Royal Navy and the United States Navy pirated it, one after the other. When the inventors sued, both the British and US governments invoked secrecy, citing national security concerns. Drawing on a wealth of archival evidence, Analog Superpowers: How Twentieth-Century Technology Theft Built the National Security State (University of Chicago Press, 2024) by Dr. Katherine C. Epstein analyzes these and related legal battles over naval technology, exploring how national defense tested the two countries' commitment to individual rights and the free market. Dr. Epstein deftly sets out Pollen's and Isherwood's pioneering achievements, the patent questions raised, the geopolitical rivalry between Britain and the United States, and the legal precedents each country developed to control military tools built by private contractors. Dr. Epstein's account reveals that long before the US national security state sought to restrict information about atomic energy, it was already embroiled in another contest between innovation and secrecy. The America portrayed in this sweeping and accessible history isn't yet a global hegemon but a rising superpower ready to acquire foreign technology by fair means or foul—much as it accuses China of doing today. This interview was conducted by Dr. Miranda Melcher whose new book focuses on post-conflict military integration, understanding treaty negotiation and implementation in civil war contexts, with qualitative analysis of the Angolan and Mozambican civil wars.
In this episode I talk with Kate Epstein about her new book "Analog Superpowers: How a 20th Century Technology Theft Built the National Security State." Key points: - The book focuses on the development of fire control technology for battleships in Britain and how the U.S. essentially stole this technology. - The challenges of protecting military inventions through patents while maintaining secrecy. - The concept of "technology laundering" and how nations rewrite history to appear more innovative. - Parallels are drawn between UK-US tech transfers in the early 20th century, US-Soviet dynamics during the Cold War, and current US-China tensions. - The evolution of export control laws is discussed, tracing their origins from British influence to modern-day semiconductor restrictions. Unlearning War in the Classroom is our first conversation in a series centering the Warscapes anthology Insurgent Feminisms: Writing War. Featuring panelists Sherry Zane, Veruska Cantelli and Bhakti Shringarpure. Wars, conflict and histories of violence have been continually framed as binary narratives between winners and losers, nation and non-nations, and armies and non-armies. Additionally, in a saturated media landscape, violence and war is often represented as a form of entertainment and this generates a numbness about suffering, pain as well as the psychological and material costs of loss. Prevalent narratives of neutrality, both-sideism and objectivity can legitimize violence towards certain groups of people. Panelists with extensive teaching experience discuss ways in which war can be unlearned in the classroom and disrupt existing ways of producing knowledge about war. Sherry Zane is a Professor in Residence and the Director of the Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies at the University of Connecticut. Her main research interests include the history of gender, race, sexuality, and U.S. national security. She is the author of, “'I did it for the Uplift of Humanity and the Navy': Same-Sex Acts and the Origins of the National Security State, 1919-1921” in the New England Quarterly (2018). She is currently researching art activism in Belfast in Northern Ireland and also working on a feminist pedagogical project to make classroom experiences more inclusive. Veruska Cantelli is Associate Professor in the Core Division at Champlain College. Before that, she was an Assistant Professor of Rhetoric and Interdisciplinary Studies at the Center for Global Communication Strategies at the University of Tokyo and also taught Comparative Literature at Queens College, CUNY with a focus on literature of war and women's autobiographies, particularly on non-western narratives of the self. She is the translator of Lettere Rivoluzionarie by Diane di Prima (2021), and the author of "The Dance of Bones: Tomioka Taeko's Stage of Reprobates" in Otherness: Essays and Studies (2021), "The Maternal Lineage: Orality and Language in Natalia Ginzburg's Family Sayings" for the Journal of International Women's Studies (2017) as well as several articles and interviews for Warscapes magazine. She is the co-editor of Mediterranean: Migrant Crossings (UpSet Press) and Insurgent Feminisms: Writing War (Daraja Press). Bhakti Shringarpure is an Associate Professor of English and Women's, Gender & Sexuality Studies at the University of Connecticut. She has taught at Hunter College (CUNY), Baruch College (CUNY), Stern College for Women, and the University of Nairobi. She is the co-founder of Warscapes magazine which transitioned into the Radical Books Collective, a multi-faceted community building project that creates an alternative, inclusive and non-commercial approach to books and reading. Bhakti is the author of Cold War Assemblages: Decolonization to Digital (2019) and editor of Literary Sudans: An Anthology of Literature from Sudan and South Sudan (2017), Imagine Africa (2017) Mediterranean: Migrant Crossings (2018), Insurgent Feminisms: Writing War (2023).Buy the book here: https://darajapress.com/publication/insurgent-feminism-writing-war

For our final main episode of 2023, we're dipping back into the Wills well to discuss Garry's under-appreciated 2010 book, Bomb Power: The Modern Presidency and the National Security State. Joining us is our great friend Erik Baker, lecturer in the History of Science Department at Harvard University and an editor at The Drift magazine. In Bomb Power, Garry Wills elegantly demonstrates how the imperatives of secretly conceiving, building, and deploying the nuclear bomb fundamentally changed American democracy — massively empowering the presidency, disempowering Congress, and setting the nation on a permanent war footing. At the same time, secrecy and deception metastasized through the American system, enabling the rise of extra-judicial assassinations, coup plotting, domestic surveillance, torture, and clandestine war. "Secrecy emanated from the Manhattan Project like a giant radiation emission..." writes Wills, "Because the government was the keeper of the great secret, it began specializing in secret keeping.” Also discussed: Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer (2023), Henry Kissinger (RIP), Bush and Obama, Snowden, Ellsberg, and the ways in which Bomb Power is a profoundly Catholic book. Enjoy!Sources:Garry Wills, Bomb Power: The Modern Presidency and the National Security State (2010)Daniel Ellsberg, The Doomsday Machine: Confessions of a Nuclear Planner (2017)Barton Gellman, Dark Mirror: Edward Snowden and the American Surveillance State (2021)Archbishop John Wester, "Living in the Light of Christ's Peace: A Conversation Toward Nuclear Disarmament," Jan 11, 2022Erik Baker, "Daniel in the Lion's Den: On the Moral Courage of Daniel Ellsberg," The Baffler, June 17, 2023John Schwenkler and Mark Souva, "False Choices: The Unjustifiable Bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki," Commonweal, Oct 14, 2020...and don't forget to subscribe to Know Your Enemy on Patreon for access to all of our bonus episodes!
On this edition of Parallax Views, Mark Ames, journalist and co-host of the popular podcast Radio War Nerd w/ John Dolan (aka Gary Brecher), joins the show to discuss his 2014 NFSFWCORP piece "The Kings of Garbage, or, The ADL Spied on Me and All I Got Was This Lousy Index Card". Due to his anti-apartheid activism at Berkeley, Mark Ames found out in the 90s that he'd been spied upon by the ADL. His file listed him marked him as a "Pinko". This leads us into the story of Roy Bullock, an investigator who spied on anti-Apartheid activists for the Anti-Defamation League and the South African apartheid regime. Working with SFPD intelligence officer Tom Gerard (who also had a spooky background involving CIA dirty wars in Latin America), Bullock was involved in all kinds of skullduggery, including a case that almost led to the murder of a Simon Wiesenthal Center researcher so that an ADL researcher could take his job and make some extra cash. It's a wild story that involves a spy ring within the ADL spying on American anti-apartheid activists. This also takes us into a discussion of how the Irwin Sewell and the ADL had dossiers on antifascist researchers like Chip Berlet of Political Research Associates, the relationship between Israel and South African apartheid, the ADL's shift from focusing on far-right movement like the John Birchers to left wing activists in Berkeley and Arab Americans, the Arab American Anti-Discrimination Committee and the car bombing assassination of Palestinian activist Alex Odeh, Abe Foxman (national director of the Anti-Defamation League from 1987 to 2015), the FBI (and LA Times?) vs. the ADL, ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt's embrace of Elon Musk (and curious comments comparing him favorably to noted antisemite Henry Ford), ADL spying on black Americans like former Congressman Ron Dellums, the ADL as part of the National Security State, philosemitic antisemitism, Israel as being its own worst enemy, the canceling of author and journalist Vincent Bevins in Germany, and more.

In this episode I have on Tanner Boyle the author of the Fortean Influence on Science Fiction as well as the author of the Getting Spooked substack! You can also find him on twitter @TannerFBoyle1 In this episode we discuss the intelligence asset Bosco Nedelcovic who made a number of interesting claims that pertain to the stories of early abductees. Tanner also dives into his connections to The Finders cults, eugenicist groups and the counter-culture. We also discuss the story of the first American abductee Gerry Irwin and what his experience illustrates about the truth of other abductee experiences such as that of Betty and Barney Hill. Tanner and I in this episode dive into the question of whether or not the experiences of abductees and contactees is really extraterrestrial in origin or if it is more likely that these people were victims of intelligence agency operations and human experimentation along MKULTRA kind of lines. We also discuss the mainstreaming of Ufology with everyone from the New York Times to Tucker Carlson platforming the ideas of UFOs and aliens. We also discuss what the purpose and utility is for the intelligence agencies and the National Security State in propping up a certain narratives concerning UFO's and aliens. And stay tuned for the next installment of our conversation where we get into the Adamski affair and the Manhattan Project scientist who is actually incredibly based and sheds some light on how Abductions as intelligence agency ops as well as whether or not Tanner and I belive in aliens, aliens as Djinn/demons and much more. This conversation was so much fun, and I think you all will love it as much as I do!Tanner F. In today's episode I'm sharing a recent interview I had with Nick Cook, author of "The Hunt for Zero Point", an essential book in UFO research. In this conversation, we talk about the story of him coming to write the book, the existence of an invisible government within America possessing a hidden arsenal of advanced technologies, the relationship of this secret government to the 19th century airship mysteries, the WWII-era Nazi black projects empire of Hans Kammler, and more.Much of what we discuss builds on ideas and themes I've been exploring in recent episodes of the podcast. I hope you enjoy the conversation, and thank you to Nick Cook for taking the time to chat. For more on his work, see his site: www.nickcook.worksMy site: www.alexsachon.com- Alex
As the labor movement pushed for greater recognition, pay, and conditions in the workplace (on land), the sailors of America had a tougher fight. The nature of maritime commerce made sailors foreign in a domestic sense, as the Supreme Court would rule. Geography complicated their place in constitutional law, and made them at once victims and agents of the American empire. Will Riddell joins me to discuss these labor issues and his new book On the Waves of Empire.Essential Reading:William D. It's the 78th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima. With decisions to drop atomic bombs being discussed with the release of Christopher Nolan's "Oppenheimer," we thought we'd repost this episode from 2020. Enjoy! From the 2020 episode: "For years, large majorities of Americans have believed that the U.S. had to use the A-Bomb against Japan on August 6th, 1945 to end the war quickly and avoid a land war and thus save one-million American lives. Scott and Bob discuss the use of the bomb, why it was used as a message to the Soviet Union and not a military necessity, the chronology behind the development and deployment of atomic weapons, the U.S. public response to it, and the creation of a new history, a propaganda piece, regarding the use of the bomb. The dropping of the bomb on Hiroshima was vital in the development of the Cold War, the arms race, the military-industrial complex, and the National Security State. Seventy-five years after the first atomic weapon was used by the U.S., it's still a highly-debated and important topic." ------------------------------------------------------- Follow Green and Red// +G&R Linktree: https://linktr.ee/greenandredpodcast +Our rad website: https://greenandredpodcast.org/ Support the Green and Red Podcast// +Become a Patron at https://www.patreon.com/greenredpodcast +Or make a one time donation here: https://bit.ly/DonateGandR This is a Green and Red Podcast (@PodcastGreenRed) production. Today we remove the shackles of censorship and concealment reminding ourselves of the inherent opposition we were always meant to share against the unbridled authority of the ever-expanding National Security State. As President Kennedy warned so many years ago, "no war has been declared", yet "our way of life is under attack", "no war ever posed a greater threat to our society." In episode thirteen we finally contend with the "clear and present danger" as we expose the sophisticated lies meant to cover up the dark reality of the murder of a President and the hostile takeover of an entire nation. How many special interests must align before we accept the direct implications of a much broader conspiracy? In our effort to cope with a destiny betrayed and the consequences of a traumatized generation we devote an entire episode to exploring one of the most important unanswered questions in all of American History, who really was Lee Harvey Oswald?... With Trump's federal indictment around his hoarding of classified documents, we thought it'd be good to repost this episode from September. Enjoy! Donald Trump might finally be in real trouble, because of . . . archivists? Green and Red shows the love to archivists and librarians! We had a good discussion in this episode about the way national security documents are classified, who can see them, how they're de-classified, and Trump's theft of vital top secret documents that prompted the FBI to search Mar-a-Largo. With the Cold War, the government, the National Security State, created a new system of classification, official secrets and surveillance. It was done to prevent spies and foreign governments from gaining access to high-level secrets and it was always used against the Left--the Rosenbergs, Daniel Ellsberg, Julian Assange, Reality Winner, etc. It's impossible to imagine that the Americans who created this system thought that a former U.S. president would be the target of an official investigation for taking and possibly sharing such secrets with a foreign government, but here we are. We also discussed the way that even significant segments of the GOP and conservative media--such as Bill Barr and Fox News--have been emphasizing this story and Trump's misdeeds. And at the end we paid tribute to a legend of the Left, the late Barbara Ehrenreich. --------------------------------------------------------- Links// Can Trump Just Declare Nuclear Secrets Unclassified?
