Back with another sequel! This week looking at Gears of War 2 & asking the question of it is improves on it's predecessor and why Dan would choose this game for his list..
Brian interviews Josh on the leadership principles and approach he used to become one of the best in the world for Gears of War 2, when he was under resourced and at a tactical disadvantage.

In this episode, we continue following Marcus Fenix and his crew across the planet Sera on their quest to eradicate the pesky locusts and their mutated lambent mates. Things take a turn a couple of times that tug on Marcus's heart, making him appear more human and less meat-head than before. Salut. This is one of the most iconic Xbox 360 experiences you could have had as a kid, ripping through the locust, ripping through a giant worm, ripping through an exploding homunculus to cave in the last bastion of humanity, generally a lot of ripping going on here. This game expanded on the beloved characters of Gears 1 and gave them depth we don't really see in the shooter genre, and man what a ride it was. Dom and Carmine deserved better, there we said it.This week's COGs are Colton (@ceasyspecial), and Zach (@UneaZee)! Follow us on twitter and let us know what you thought of the show! We'll shout you out in an episode! As always share it with a friend if you enjoyed! Thanks for listening!

Gears Month continues with Gears of War 2, the ambitious sequel released in 2008 for the Xbox 360. We rejoin Marcus and the fellas one year after the events of the first game, and we find that all that Lightmass Bomb stuff? Didn’t do all that much. So, the Locust are back and nasty as ever, and humanity is really backed against a wall. With a massive last-ditch offensive on the Locust Hollow as our backdrop, Gears 2 attempts to tell a more personal story between our two heroes, focusing on loss and hope. Does it work? Well, this is a game about chainsaw guns, so you decide.
