Saatejuht on Madis Ligi.

Státní bezpečnost ho opakovaně vyslýchala a sledovala.

Today, we take on the infamous Crytpid, The Snallygaster with our special guest and DM of Kord v. Crytpid, Ben! The Snallygaster is a legendary cryptid that is said to inhabit the rural areas of Maryland, in the United States. The creature is described as a dragon-like beast with a long pointed beak, wings, and tentacles or octopus-like appendages. It has been reported to prey on livestock and humans alike and is said to emit a blood-curdling scream that can be heard from miles away. The legend of the Snallygaster dates back to the 18th century and has inspired countless sightings, hoaxes, and even a local beer named after the creature. Did you know that the Snallygaster was once used for political propaganda? Support the Podcast: https://www.buzzsprout.com/1590358/support"You Are the Niche" A 30-Day Step by Step plan to Self BrandingLink: https://tinyurl.com/46uzz9zjMindset is a crucial factor in personal development and success as it shapes the way we approach challenges and opportunities. It is a set of attitudes and beliefs that influence how we think, feel and behave. Identifying our mindsets is key to understanding how they may be limiting us and how we can shift them to achieve better results. For instance, a fixed mindset, which assumes that abilities are innate and cannot be changed, may limit someone's growth and success, while a growth mindset, which believes that abilities can be developed through effort and practice, can lead to greater achievements. The Action:The number one way to change your mindset is through consistent practice of positive affirmations. Positive affirmations are simple, yet powerful, statements that help you focus on the positive aspects of your life and shift your mindset from negative to positive. Here's a 30-day plan to help you incorporate positive affirmations into your daily routine:Day 1-5:Choose a positive affirmation that resonates with you. Examples include: "I am worthy of love and success," "I am confident in my abilities," and "I trust the universe to guide me towards my dreams."Write your affirmation on a sticky note and place it somewhere visible, such as your bathroom mirror or computer monitor.Repeat your affirmation to yourself 10 times each morning and evening.Day 6-10:Create a list of three things you are grateful for each day. This will help you focus on the positive aspects of your life.Incorporate your positive affirmation into your gratitude practice by stating "I am grateful for [insert affirmation here]."Repeat your affirmation to yourself 10 times each morning and evening.Day 11-15:Visualize yourself achieving your goals while repeating your positive affirmation. For example, if your affirmation is "I am confident in my abilities," visualize yourself acing a job interview or giving a successful presentation.Write down any negative thoughts that come up during your visualization practice and challenge them with positive affirmations.Repeat your affirmation to yourself 10 times each morning and evening.Day 16-20:Share your positive affirmation with a friend or family member and ask them to hold you accountable for repeating it daily.Look for evidence in your life that supports your positive affirmation. For example, if your affirmation is "I trust the universe to guide me towards my dreams," look for signs that you are on the right path towards achieving your goals.Repeat your affirmation to yourself 10 times each morning and evening.Day 21-25:Record yourself saying your positive affirmation and listen to it while you do a mundane task, such as washing dishes or folding laundry.Identify any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from fully embracing your positive affirmation. Challenge these beliefs with positive statements.Repeat your affirmation to yourself 10 times each morning and evening.Day 26-30:WrRethink Opening My Disney Brain Commercial Closing of ReThinkBuzzsprout - Let's get your podcast launched! In this episode, Jeff and Kord unpack the importance of being "intentionally unavailable" every once in a while so your teams can learn to trust that they know what they're doing without you having to co-sign every decision. There are only so many hours in YOUR day and if you give them all away to circular conversations, how will you or your team ever grow past that? It's a vital topic to master before real scale can be realized. Enjoy the discussion!
In this episode, Jeff and Kord discuss the importance of sharing the emotional load with your team, and being authentic in stressful moments. It's important to keep the big picture in focus as a leader, but we also have to live on the ground with our teams. Hope to hear from you about your thoughts and practices around this topic. Enjoy the listen!
In this episode, Jeff and Kord discuss what it takes to engage with folks that are used to operating as lone wolves, professionally speaking. Even lone wolves want to plug into a pack every now and then, but on their terms. We also decided to finally go all-in on discussing our industry, payments. Give it a listen and let us know your thoughts.

In this episode, Jeff and Kord discuss how vital it is to address the negatives or shortcomings in performance with engaged intention. Engagement is more that just the fluffy nice stuff, you also have to be engaged when there's trouble in paradise. If done well, it's life changing for both parties. If done poorly....well, you probably already have your own examples of how that doesn't work. Enjoy the listen!
In this episode, Jeff and Kord discuss the paradigm shift that happens when you start leading at the next level, leading leaders. The most important leader you'll ever lead is yourself if you plan on leading for much longer. Enjoy the conversation as we unpack this important topic.
In this episode, Jeff and Kord discuss the impact of intentional coaching and the importance of making sure it's focused on the recipients goals as much, if not more, than it's focused on the overall performance goal.
In this episode, Jeff and Kord discuss the importance of keeping clarity with your priorities as a leader. When issues arise, does your mind go to the process or the people as the place to start digging in? Enjoy the listen.
In this episode Jeff and Kord discuss why they went on a 3 month break from recording and how their experiences relate so well to what organizations of all sizes experience when trying to grow. Sometimes it's more important to focus on what we need to quit doing before we try to do more. We're excited to be back and hope you enjoy the listen!
