TRIGGER WARNING: Detailed allegations of sexual abuse and sadistic assault against women, girls, and children. On March 5, 2026, the DOJ released 1,000 more pages of Epstein files that included three FBI interviews detailing allegations of sexual and physical abuse of a child by the current President. This pod reviews those three FBI interviews and compares them to other allegations we've already covered. Also, during this recording, news hit that the Alexander brothers were found guilty on all charges, including sex trafficking. Oren, Alon, and Tal Alexander had been named in an online FBI Tip Line submission form that also included allegations involving U.S. Presidents Clinton and Trump. In light of the Alexander brothers conviction, we revisit that FBI Tip and its inclusion of a threat mentioning girls buried on a Trump golf course.Check your voter registration, find your polling location, or contact your representatives via USA.GOV, VOTE.GOV, and/or the "5 Calls" app. All opinions are personal and not representative of any outside company, person, or agenda. TRIGGER WARNING: Allegations of sexual abuse and crimes against women, girls, and children. As the U.S. led war against Iran approaches its first full week, this pod delves into Jeffrey Epstein's correspondence regarding Iran and other countries in the Middle East. After a quick summary of disjointed statements made by the current administration about their decision to again strike Iran during negotiations, we take an unsettling look at why Operation Epic Fury might also be expensive Crusade/Holy-War cosplay for some. Then, a chronological dive into conversations Epstein had about Iran within his well-connected circle of influence. Those conversations reveal a group of verbose old men that seem to be responsible for winning over Middle East royalty, swaying diplomacy, challenging elections abroad, and flexing fear mongering strategies to sway the masses. Per usual, the Epstein Files reveal that sadistic sex trafficking was just one element that bound together a global network of men with access to money and the perception of power. BONUS: Iran's geography, the Strait of Hormuz, and the significance of the 2015 "Iran Nuclear Deal", formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). Every March, as International Women's Day rolls around, the push for gender equality feels caught between genuine advocacy and corporate slogans. As the fight for equal pay and safety continues, we’re looking at why the traditional way of marking International Women's Day can feel increasingly out of touch. We’re joined by comedian Steph Tisdell and broadcaster Yumi Stynes to discuss why roasting feminism might be the only way to save it, and how laughing at the patriarchy cuts through the fatigue of 2026. And in headlines today, Aussies warned not to 'panic cancel' travel amid Middle East crisis as the government sends Air Force planes to repatriate stranded citizens; Donald Trump has demanded he be given a role in deciding the next leader of Iran; New laws in Queensland outlaw anti semitic phrases with the max punishment 2 years in jail; Britney Spears has been arrested for DUI in California; The Matildas swapped jerseys with their Iranian opponents after the Aussies won 4-0 in their Asian Cup clash on the Gold Coast; Ben Tudhope and Georgia Gunew will carry the Australian flag at tonight’s opening Winter Paralympics ceremony THE END BITS Check out the All About Women Feminist Roast here Support independent women's media Check out The Quicky Instagram here GET IN TOUCHShare your story, feedback, or dilemma! Emails track his requests to commission or purchase disturbing paintings while photos reveal the efforts to take physical casts of girls he trafficked to preserve their body parts, seemingly for display purposes. Children, babies, girls, and women, all objectified or in distress, is the unifying theme across his collection. The State of the Regime address presented a new reality of an American President openly defying the legitimacy of a Supreme Court ruling, even though that same court ruled to provide him with unprecedented protections from justice while serving...an odd choice to allow tariff greed to outweighing the self-serving importance of maintaining the court's illusion of authority. Then, we unpack the newly founded "Board of Peace" and how, yet again, our taxes will be funneled up to billionaires without Congressional approval. News about rapidly expanding detention centers/concentration camps leads to reports of Kristi Noem's demands and strain upon the Coast Guard, and how a fit over her lost blanket made headlines. With wellness influencer Casey Means' confirmation hearings to serve as Surgeon General continuing to take place, we delve into her online presence, statements, and why calling your Senators to demand they not confirm her matters. As ICE and Border Patrol continue to terrorize communities, letters from children in crowded detention centers shed light on their daily life, and the story of a recent immigrant from Myanmar makes clear the harsh reality of what we have become. TRIGGER WARNING: Detailed allegations of sexual abuse and crimes against women, girls, and children. While Americans watch other countries begin to take action against predators named in the Epstein files, many are beginning to realize just how long we've been groomed by abusers with substantial influence over our formative years. As our mainstream news channels amplify victim blaming and shaming, even in the face of blatant pedophilia, they make clear the dedication of the 1% to keep their greedy grasp on the status quo. To that end, this pod covers several victim statements, legal filings, and FBI Tip Line submissions that confirm sadistic crimes against children and once again notes the same famous names as primary co-conspirators. Additionally, it covers emails from Epstein's inbox that describe steps he took, and familiar names he worked with, in reaction to victims speaking out. Then, an email not really about shrimp ties several different threads together and makes sense of previous topics. People around the world continue to act accordingly based on what the files reveal, all as America comes to terms with the tribal vitriol of our two party system that seems to have been designed to thwart any meaningful resistance.Check your voter registration, find your polling location, or contact your representatives via USA.GOV, VOTE.GOV, and/or the "5 Calls" app. All opinions are personal and not representative of any outside company, person, or agenda. Discover how the Mormon secret-sacred-bullshit temple rituals started. Then marvel at how the church deals with the rituals being modified Masonry by just admitting it in a smooth calm voice, with no explanation, like it's a totally reasonable thing. Joseph Smith had different kinds of plural wives. Learn about the palatable (adultery-less) kind of plural wife, which supposedly wasn't for this physical life on Earth (time), but rather for the after-life (eternity). Then marvel at how Joseph still gets something out of it now. Learn about a fundamental church concept: If you're not sure, pray and receive your own witness from God on the matter. Then marvel at how this un-coercive sounding principle has always been weaponised to result in leaders getting what they want. #Reasons to stay home this Sunday# - https://bookofboredom.com/reasons/ #Join the Blasphemy# - https://facebook.com/groups/BookOfBoredom #Patreon (Bonus Episodes)# - https://patreon.com/BookOfBoredom #Twitter# - https://twitter.com/BookOfBoredom #TikTok# - https://tiktok.com/@BookOfBoredomPodcast #Instagram# - https://instagram.com/BookOfBoredomPodcast #YouTube# - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMjDavWoT73Cev3IAie_XBA #Website# - https://bookofboredom.com/ A nice review on any podcast platform will help frustrate the Heavenly Father's boring plans for your future.

In this episode of the Roast It Yourself Podcast, Stephen from Coffee Bean Corral and Catherine of Current Crop Roasting Shop tackle a question many home roasters have wondered about: Should you preheat your roaster — specifically the Gene Cafe? Listener Ilona writes in after purchasing several origins and noticing that some roasters swear by preheating, while others skip it entirely. Stephen and Catherine break down: What preheating actually does inside a drum roaster How thermal mass affects roast progression When preheating can help (and when it may not matter much) The difference between intentional preheating and simply roasting back-to-back How your goals for the cup should influence your decision If you roast on a Gene Cafe — or any home drum roaster — this conversation will help you think more intentionally about your workflow, consistency, and roast development. Then, we compare that information with allegations about his secluded Zorro Ranch property in New Mexico, which was never searched despite an alleged former staff member reporting buried bodies. Another week of the world watching America's increasing escalation of violence against ourselves, further degradation of everything we once stood for, while also awaiting millions of overdue Epstein files. The thoroughly documented murder of Alex Pretti by ICE/Border Patrol/DHS agents touched a new nerve when the administration chose to lie, despite visual evidence, and to blame the presence of his un-brandished, licensed firearm as justification for his death. Video and eye witness accounts are in direct opposition to the narrative pushed by the department that killed a man in broad daylight. Even the NRA issued a statement challenging that take, and the federal workers union that Alex was a member of (AFGE) demand accountability and consequences. Meanwhile, speeches at the World Economic Forum made it abundantly clear that America's new bully isolationist road will be a lonely, vulnerable, costly, and likely violent one. That begs the question, what is driving the fixation to own Greenland and who would it benefit? AABP Executive Director Dr. Fred Gingrich is joined by Dr. Adam Lock, professor of dairy nutrition in the Department of Animal Sciences at Michigan State University. This podcast is brought to you by the AABP Nutrition Committee. Soybeans and soybean meal products are an important source of protein and fat for dairy cow diets. Soybeans are typically 38-42% crude protein and 15-20% fat. The fat in conventional soybeans is 50-55% linoleic acid. Linoleic acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) which can suppress milk fat production if fed at high levels. Roasting soybeans is common on dairy farms to increase the amount of bypass protein (RUP).  High oleic fat soybeans have more recently been fed as a soybean source in dairy cattle diets. The primary advantage of these soybeans are that they have the same percentage of fat (20%) but the fatty acid profile is 75-80% oleic acid. Oleic acid does not directly suppress milk fat production since it is a monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA). This allows us to safely feed a higher energy diet to cows. Lock suggests that we can target high producing or early lactation cows with these soybeans to provide more energy. These beans can result in higher production, higher milk fat and may have positive effects on health and immunity.  Lock provides some general guidelines for incorporating high oleic acid soybeans in dairy cattle diets. They can be included at 8-12% of diet dry matter for roasted ground beans. Cows do not need a step-up period to incorporate these into the diet and an expected response should be seen in 7-10 days. Diets should be reformulated to account for this added fat and Lock states that many times other fat sources are removed, but some palm fats can be utilized with these beans for a better fat profile. Other protein sources, such as blood meal, can be adjusted.  Effects of increasing dietary inclusion of high oleic acid soybeans on milk production of high-producing dairy cowsA.M. Bales, A.L. An ironic fixation on America's upcoming 250th celebration of independence from an oppressive monarchy that overtaxed its people has led to the announcement of various projects like, "The Patriot Games", and yes, it's similar to The Hunger Games but without the style or literacy. Also, discussing the scandalously accurate Vanity Fair article and photos, new burn book-esque plaques lining a cheaply gilded White House walkway, military funds getting rebranded "Warrior Dividends", and how tariffs continue to get more undeserved hype than a nepo baby. Plus, updates on ICE's continued illegal actions, a haunting nuclear mystery, retaliation from the CDC, the progression of censorship and state-run media, and a dedication to destroying the planet in ignorant bliss. All opinions are personal and not representative of any outside company, person, or agenda. There's certain imagery we naturally associate with Christmas. Fireplaces. Sweaters. Mistletoe. Roasting chestnuts. Although this stuff feels standard now, it wasn't always the case. Every beautiful tradition once began as an idea in someone's imagination. But how many of us think of our imaginations as something to steward? This week, Scott down with his Lawfare colleagues Alan Rozenshtein and Ari Tabatabai to talk through a few of the week's big national security news stories, including:“Once You Pop, You Can't Stop.” The Trump administration has given a green light to Nvidia to export its powerful H200 chips to China, opening a potentially significant new market while jumpstarting China's strategically significant AI industry—or, perhaps, making it reliant on U.S. technology. What explains this decision? And how does it align with the Trump administration's broader reframing of strategic competition with China as a primarily economic problem, as reflected in its recent National Security Strategy?“Lavatories of Democracy.” Late last week, President Trump signed an executive order setting up a number of mechanisms intended to assert federal preemption over and otherwise deter state efforts to regulate the development and use of AI—an executive branch-only effort that followed a failed push to insert a related legislative provision into year-end omnibus legislation. How effective is this measure likely to be? And how wise is it to try and bar the states from regulating AI development and use in the first place?“Some Things You Can't Make Light Of.” Over the weekend, a pair of gunmen inspired by the Islamic State executed a brutal massacre at a Hanukkah event on Australia's Bondi Beach, killing 15 people and injuring 40. The violence has shocked Australia, a country with strict gun control laws where incidents of anti-semitism have been on the rise, as in much of the world. What is there to learn from the attack and its aftermath? And what could its ramifications be, both in Australia and further abroad? In object lessons, Alan tells us what the buzz is—seeing Jesus Christ Superstar live. Scott, heavy with Christmas spirit, shares his grandmother's recipe for sour cream coffee cake (remember, during the holidays, dense=delicious). And Ari keeps us grounded with a recommendation of “Don't Let's Go To the Dogs Tonight,” a South African film about a White Zimbabwean family following the Rhodesian Bush War.Rational Security will be having its traditional end-of-year episode later this month, which will focus on listener-submitted topics and object lessons!
