Would you like to have more joy and happiness? Do you dream of having more money or vibrant, vital health? Would you like to experience a life of peace and ease? It is possible, according to our guest today, Hale Dwoskin. Hale is one of the teachers from the movie “The Secret” and is a founding member of the Transformational Leadership Council. Today he talks about the Sedona Method and reveals a powerful secret for manifesting what you want in your life, while showing you how to be at ease and comfortable with what you already have. We all have a natural ability to let go of our deepest blocks. We hold onto this because we are confused, and we believe we are our suffering. We may have regrets and live in denial. But this is not who we are. These are all false illusions. After many years of searching, Hale met his mentor, Lester Levenson, and began studying and then teaching emotional releasing techniques based on these ideas. He realized that Lester was no longer seeking. He showed him that it is possible to live in a state of peace. When we hold on to pain, we relive it over and over. We can keep the wisdom, but we can learn to let go of the pain. The mind actually acts as a “subconscious attractor” to these negative experiences if we don't let go. We must be willing to let go of our anger. Hale teaches the Sedona Method on air and asks listeners to welcome positive feelings of relief instead. He explains that the power is always in the present moment. Hale Dwoskin is the author of “The Sedona Method” book and taught this method for decades. He is an international speaker and featured faculty member at Esalen and the Omega Institute. Info: Sedona.com.

There is a constant invitation to rest “in” or “as” the heart in every situation. You can simply let go and, even for a moment, rest as the love and light that is constantly flowing at your center. Spiritual guide Shakti Caterina Maggi, who is a living embodiment of this love that all is, beautifully describes it in this episode of “Letting Go & The Greatest Secret” with Hale Dwoskin. Shakti Caterina Maggi experienced many openings to the Self and the true nature of reality from a very young age. When she had her first experience of kundalini awakening in 2003 while working as a financial journalist in Milan, Shakti began a yearslong process of integrating her personal transformation into daily life under the guidance of Bodhi Avasa. She then began offering formal satsangs at the Sadhana Association in Turin. Your basic nature is pure freedom. Yet it often feels like we are limited. This comes from our allowing ourselves to believe in and get lost in our beliefs, especially the core belief that “I am a limited person subject to the challenges of a hostile world.” You can see through this and all beliefs by letting go and recognizing who or what you are. The release technique is a powerful method of releasing limiting emotions that effect your abundance. The way you handle your emotions directly effects your prosperity. By releasing emotions you become more emotionally intelligent. By using the release technique you gain better awareness of what you feel moment to moment. By allowing these emotions to fester without release you make yourself sick, you lose control of your decision making abilities and you become reactive to the world. This takes away your power and ability to be of service.

The one life or energy that all is naturally lives through and as all that appears. Judgments, however, do not come from life. Rather, they come from the apparent separate individual and have no bearing on what is. Hale Dwoskin is joined by Suzanne Chang on this episode of “Letting Go & The Greatest Secret.” For Suzanne Chang, life was never comfortable, and it often felt painful to exist. This started an intense search for an answer. She had no clue this search could lead to the absolute dissolving of the illusion of separation. All time, space, and individuality disappeared. To varying degrees, most of us live in a world of shadows, unaware of our true nature, our true abilities, and our true place in the universe. We substitute the unreal for the real and material goods for spiritual goodness, and we let the smallest parts of ourselves dictate most of our behavior. Jason Shulman and host Hale Dwoskin discuss how non-dual conflict resolution can help you dissolve these inner and outer conflicts on this episode of “Letting Go & The Greatest Secret.” Jason Shulman is an American spiritual teacher whose original work springs from his Judaic and Buddhist background. Letting go can be hard. Even if we academically understand the validity and the health aspects behind releasing negativity and emotions, it can be difficult to put into practice. That's why it's extremely helpful to have some idea of step-by-step techniques and questions we can ask ourselves. In my personal journey to being a stress-less physician, I've learned an approach made popular by Lester Levenson based on Hale Dwoskin's book, The Sedona Method. The concept is to bring yourself to a place where you're not holding on so tightly to painful or unwanted feelings, whether in the moment you have them or later on as you reflect. This method has five approaches, and each works slightly differently but all can be useful. Although I'm not trained to teach the method, I hope that as I share an overview of it, you find the concept potentially beneficial to you.“What if feelings are actually just perpetuating the problems that they appear to be preventing?
