Ep. 901 - Players, coaches; everyone has reported to training camp. As have Craig Grialou and Zach Gershman. The guys discuss all the goings on from Day 1 of #CardsCamp at State Farm Stadium. There's the good: a bulked-up Marvin Harrison Jr. sounding more confident than he was a year ago at this time, Trey McBride landing on the NFL Top 100 list, and Jonathan Gannon excited about the competition at a number of different spots. But the guys start with the bad, the unfortunate news that three players – Bilal Nichols, BJ Ojulari, and Walter Nolen III – will not be on the field, at least not quite yet. Nichols and Ojulari are still rehabbing injuries from last season. Nolen's injury, meanwhile, is a new one that hopefully doesn't cost him a lot of time.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

A lot of plumbers are posting to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — but they're still not getting leads. In this video, Nolen breaks down:
Just hours before the Cardinals kicked off mandatory minicamp on Tuesday, their top draft pick made it official. Defensive lineman Walter Nolen III, fresh off a standout college career at Ole Miss, inked his first NFL contract and wasted no time getting to work—joining his new teammates on the field later that day. Craig Grialou, Paul Calvisi, and former Cardinals linebacker Rob Fredrickson break down what Nolen's arrival could mean for the defense and how his raw talent might translate at the NFL level. Plus, a look at some key storylines around camp—from the offense's need to capitalize on scramble plays to the battle brewing at cornerback. And finally, with seasoned veterans Calais Campbell and Dalvin Tomlinson now anchoring the defensive line, what kind of transformation can we expect from this revamped Cardinals front?See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
In this episode, Nolen and Jason break down a hard truth: cheaper, overseas SEO labor doesn't mean better results—and it rarely gets you ranking on Google. Learn why U.S.-based SEO (done right here in Fort Worth, TX) delivers real, measurable growth for roofing contractors.

On this episode of Bringing the Heat With Bryan Nolen, Trenton Worsham speaks with Brenden Queen to catch up during his first season in the ARCA Menards Series. The reigning CARS Tour champion reflected on his two wins up to this point in the season at Daytona International Speedway and Kansas Speedway, which he said did not expect. He also discussed how he's still a late model driver still at heart and spoke about the platform FOX Sports 1 gave the CARS Tour during NASCAR All-Star Weekend, as well as if he's reached out to Waffle House about sponsorship. NASCAR Mailbox: Was Stenhouse's Wreck Hocevar's Fault or a Racing Incident?Frontstretch's Kevin Nix answers this week's question for NASCAR Mailbox. Wyatt Watson then joins Nolen to take a look at What's Still Hot, discussing the ratings after the second race broadcast by new TV partner Amazon Prime Video compared to the previous week's Coca-Cola 600 and the numbers from last year's Nashville Superspeedway race. They look ahead to what the future numbers could be in the next two weeks at Michigan International Speedway and Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. The soundbite of the week features an angry Ricky Stenhouse Jr. after being spun by Carson Hocevar, who is no stranger to making other drivers angry on the track. Watson and Nolen debate whether it was fair or foul for the Spire Motorsports driver to not leave any room. Listen here or wherever you get your podcasts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6W17YnL7Uw

Ep. 873 - With the 16th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals select: Walter Nolen III, defensive tackle, Ole Miss. Really not a surprise. The Cardinals have prioritized defense for much of the offseason, starting with free agency and again here with their first-round pick. Craig Grialou and Zach Gershman react in real time just moments after Nolen was selected and held a conference call with local reporters. The guys explain why they like the pick; what Nolen had to say about joining the Cardinals; what some of the draft analysts thought about Nolen heading into the draft; and what this now means for what is a very loaded defensive line room, which is not a bad thing.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Ep. 875 – As Paul Calvisi likes to say, players know players. So, why don't we get a players' perspective on Ole Miss defensive tackle Walter Nolen III. And it makes sense to hear from a defensive player, right? Well, for the first time in this show's history, Adrian Wilson stops by. That's right, Cardinals legend and Ring of Honor member Adrian Wilson joins Calvisi and Craig Grialou. Exactly what are the Cardinals getting in Nolen, who was the 16th pick on night one of the 2025 NFL Draft? What type of player is the 6-foot-4, 296-pound defensive lineman? How will Nolen benefit from a loaded d-line room and veterans like Calais Campbell and Dalvin Tomlinson? A-Dub answers all that and more.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Ep. 874 – Why was Walter Nolen III the selection with the 16th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft? In a word, disruptive. Craig Grialou and Zach Gershman are back to further discuss the defensive tackle out of Ole Miss. First, they are joined by former Cardinals linebacker Rob Fredrickson; why he likes the addition, what it means for the defense. Later, Craig and Zach are joined by Dani Sureck; call it Cover 3 for the rest of the show. Dani gives her thoughts on Nolen; why the pick made so much sense, how Nolen fits inside a crowded defensive line room. Also, Dani shares her conversations with GM Monti Ossenfort and head coach Jonathan Gannon; both of whom she spoke with immediately after Nolen was announced as the pick by the Commissioner.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Host Adam Bittner and Post-Gazette Steelers insider Brian Batko recap the week in NFL mock draft picks for the team from across the Internet. -Is Shemar Stewart a name we should pay more attention to in the defensive line conversation alongside names like Kenneth Grant, Derrick Harmon and Walter Nolen? Especially because he visited the team's facility while Grant and Nolen did not? -Where does Dylan Sampson fit in the RB pecking order for GM Omar Khan after several multi-round mocks connected him to the Steelers this week? -What should we make of Shedeur Sanders trending down and Jaxson Dart's continually volatile draft stock in the QB conversation and the Aaron Rodgers drama drags into another week? -Could fans be happy with depth defensive line prospects including Jamaree Caldwell, Ty Robinson, Elijah Roberts and Jordan Phillips should coach Mike Tomlin not add the the bigger names in the earlier rounds? -And how soon is too soon for Khan to consider a depth defensive tackle to work behind Broderick Jones and Troy Fautanu and push them for starting roles if they struggle? Our duo tackles those questions and more.

With the NFL Draft just over a week away, Lo and Money dive deep into what the Chargers might do with the 22nd overall pick and beyond. The focus? Trenches, trenches, trenches — expect offensive and defensive line picks early, especially with depth needs and recent free agent additions filling some skill position gaps. On their weekly Steelers NFL mock draft tracker video, host Adam Bittner and Post-Gazette Steelers insider Brian Batko react to the week in projected picks for the team from around the Internet. -Does GM Omar Khan's heavy focus on QBs like Shedeur Sanders and Jaxson Dart in top 30 visits signal a preference to target that position over defensive line and names like Derrick Harmon, Kenneth Grant, Walter Nolen and others? Or should we not read too far into the players coach Mike Tomlin is seeing up close? -What does it mean for defensive line scouting that Harmon has visited the team but names such as Nolen, Grant, Darius Alexander and Alfred Collins have not? -Should we give Kyle McCord and his prodigious stats at Syracuse a longer look as a later-round QB option? -Is Emeka Egbuka underrated as a complement to George Pickens and DK Metcalf? -How closely should we be watching defensive linemen projected for later rounds? Names like Ty Robinson and JJ Pegues? -Is Bhayshul Tuten the home run hitter this backfield needs next to Jaylen Warren and Kenneth Gainwell? Or should the Steelers being looking more at power backs like Omarion Hampton, Kaleb Johnson or Devin Neal? -Do defensive backs like Maxwell Hairston and Denzel Burke make any sense?
Shawn Syed of SumerSports is back to discuss the Eagles' first-round draft prospects with Sheil. They both have studied the tape and assess seven prospects the Eagles could possibly land with the final pick in the first round. DT Walter Nolen from Ole Miss is the first prospect they evaluate (14:58). Nolen has all the physical traits to be a dominant DT in the league, but in what areas can he improve? Gloucester County native and Boston College edge rusher Donovan Ezeiruaku is another prospect the Eagles have brought in for a workout. Could he possibly be there for the Eagles and fill a void at edge after they lost Brandon Graham and Josh Sweat this offseason (55:58)? Bryan Nolen, Frontstretch.com NASCAR reporter on hot streaks needed at Las Vegas by Ed Lane
On their weekly Steeler mock draft tracker recap video, host Adam Bittner and Post-Gazette Steelers insider Brian Batko analyze projections for the team's first-round pick from across the internet. Where does Ole Miss DT Walter Nolen fit into the pecking order at DT? Would the Steelers be happy with Nolen, Michigan's Kenneth Grant or Oregon's Derrick Harmon at No. 21 overall? And are there any other names that belong in that group, such as Shemar Turner of Texas A&M or Deone Walker of Kentucky? Our duo tackles those questions, then talks running backs. How high should North Carolina's Omarion Hampton be on the big board for coach Mike Tomlin and GM Omar Khan? Is his bruising style to similar to that of Najee Harris? Where is Iowa's Kaleb Johnson fit into the conversation? And how do they compare to other top names such as Boise State's Ashton Jeanty and Ohio State's Quinshon Judkins and TreVeyon Henderson? Later, Adam and Brian weigh in on some other noteworthy picks for the Steelers this week. Is Ohio State's Emeka Egbuka the favorite to be the Steelers' pick as we enter the NFL combine and pro day portions of evaluation season? And does the Buckeyes' Will Howard have the intangibles to be an option for the Steelers at QB?
