Take inventory of, okay, what's feeling good? What's feeling good for me physically and what's not? Change that. The feelings that are good and the feelings that don't feel good because they show us what's not right. So check-in. Take little steps into the directions that feel good and take a step back from the ones that don't feel good. And you will see that when you take little steps, the next one is gonna present itself. Things are gonna magically fall into place or show up in your life when it's like, oh, wow. So it doesn't need big leaps, and it doesn't need all of the answers. Don't wait for that. This week's How She Finds Purpose insight comes from my own journey. I once believed that staying in a “good job” meant I was doing the right thing - even when I felt drained, disconnected, and unfulfilled. But I've learned that staying stuck comes at a cost. "Every day, you ignore that inner voice. Every day, you tell yourself, well, this is just how it is, you are risking more than you realize. You are risking your health. You are risking your energy. You are risking your joy. You are risking your creativity, the spark that makes you feel alive, and you're risking the impact you were actually meant to make."
