What happens when you achieve the kind of success most people only dream about… but still feel empty inside? In this deeply moving and inspiring episode, I sit down with Machan Taylor to talk about inner healing, identity, authenticity, and the tension between outward success and inner struggle. Machan is a vocalist, recording artist, performer, composer, educator, and author whose extraordinary career took her to the highest levels of the music industry, performing with legendary artists including Pink Floyd, Sting, Foreigner, Pat Benatar, and George Benson. You can learn more about Machan at Machan Taylor's official website and connect with her on Facebook and Instagram.Machan shares her remarkable life story beginning in post-war Japan, where her parents met while her father was serving as a soldier during World War II and her mother performed as a singer in an officers' club. Japanese was Machan's first language, but when her family immigrated to the United States when she was just four years old, she experienced a profound sense of loss. Suddenly she was separated from her home, her culture, her language, her grandmother, and the people she loved most.As she tried to adapt to life in America, she also faced discrimination and judgment because of her Japanese heritage. Feeling like she didn't fully belong, Machan learned to bury her emotions and hide parts of herself in order to survive.Years later, she found herself touring the world with Pink Floyd, surrounded by private jets, luxury hotels, and cheering crowds. From the outside, it looked like she had everything. But internally, she struggled with deep feelings of emptiness, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome. Like many people carrying unresolved pain, she turned to alcohol and drugs to numb the hurt.Machan's powerful new memoir, Naked Out Loud, is a courageous invitation to authenticity and vulnerability. It is the story of reclaiming her voice, embracing her identity, and learning that true healing comes not from perfection or performance, but from honesty and self-acceptance.In this conversation, Machan speaks with extraordinary grace and wisdom about race, trauma, silence, reinvention, healing, and the courage it takes to say: “This is the real me.”After an incredible performing career, Machan returned to school to earn both her bachelor's and master's degrees, and she now teaches voice and performance at New York University. Her journey is a beautiful reminder that it is never too late to rediscover yourself, heal old wounds, and step fully into your authentic voice. In this episode, we discuss:The emotional impact of immigration, loss, and cultural displacementThe hidden pain behind outward successMasking, imposter syndrome, and the fear of not belongingAddiction as an attempt to numb emotional painThe courage to be authentic and vulnerableHealing from trauma and reclaiming your identityThe importance of finding and using your true voiceReinvention, personal growth, and inner healingIf you've ever felt like you had to hide parts of yourself to be accepted, or if you've struggled with the disconnect between outer achievement and inner peace, this episode will deeply resonate with you. Please share this episode with someone who may need encouragement, healing, or hope today.Listen, Share, and SupportIf this episode resonated with you, please share it with someone who may need hope today.Be sure to subscribe, leave a rating and review, and help us spread more healing and inspiration to the world.Free Resource for HealingIf you're ready to release stress, calm your mind, and begin healing from within, visit:

What if constantly trying to become your "best self" is actually making it harder to love the person you are right now? We're big believers in growth, healing, learning, therapy, and becoming more of who you want to be. But in this episode, we're asking a harder question: When does self-improvement stop supporting you and start becoming self-rejection?We talk about the endless hamster wheel of healing, self-help books, wellness advice, comparison, courses, experts, fitness goals, and the sneaky belief that happiness is waiting somewhere in the future."When I lose the weight...""When I heal this...""When my business reaches this level...""When I finally fix this part of myself..."But what happens to the version of you who's here right now?In this episode, we're talking about finding the middle ground between staying stuck and constantly treating yourself like a project that needs fixing. We unpack self-trust, personal mission statements, comparison, anxiety, listening to your own needs, and learning how to pursue growth without abandoning yourself in the process. We talk about:• Self-improvement vs. self-rejection• Why there's no finish line for healing• The "I'll be happy when..." trap• How comparison fuels self-abandonment• Knowing your WHY before chasing another goal• Why every expert doesn't have your answer• Trusting yourself again• Finding the healthy middle ground between growth and acceptance• Loving who you are while still wanting more for yourself

Do you remember what it feels like to be fully alive? Not busy. Not productive. Not checking things off a list. Alive. Many women spend years taking care of everyone else, meeting expectations, solving problems, and carrying responsibilities. Somewhere along the way, joy becomes optional, curiosity gets pushed aside, and life starts to feel more like something we're managing than something we're experiencing. In this episode of Cacao Conversations, we're exploring what it means to feel truly alive and why so many of us have become disconnected from that feeling. We talk about: the difference between surviving and living how responsibility can slowly replace joy why so many successful women feel something is missing curiosity, play, wonder, and aliveness the relationship between authenticity and vitality reconnecting with what lights you up remembering the parts of yourself that have been waiting for your attention What if the thing you're longing for isn't more achievement? What if you're longing to feel fully alive again? Because maybe the question isn't what's missing from your life. Artificial intelligence is everywhere, but is it making creativity better... or making everything look the same?In this episode, we're diving into the infamous "AI flyer" that seems to be taking over social media and why it's become a surprisingly emotional topic for artists, photographers, designers, and creative entrepreneurs. This isn't an anti-AI conversation. We use AI ourselves and believe it can be an incredible tool. But there's a difference between using technology to support creativity and replacing the human heart behind it.We explore why energy matters in art, why community is more valuable than convenience, and why the future of creativity depends on people continuing to create with intention. In this episode:• Why creatives are pushing back against AI-generated artwork• The difference between using AI as a tool vs. a replacement• Why photographs and artwork carry human energy• The importance of community over convenience• How creativity creates connection• Why originality still matters in businessIf you're an artist, entrepreneur, photographer, maker, designer, or simply someone who values human creativity, we'd love to hear your thoughts.

In Fishing Without Bait 526, we continue our conversation with Vic Costik of the New Rust Pittsburgh Podcast. In Part 2, Vic joins Jim Ellermeyer for a thoughtful discussion about identity, community, safety, recovery and the daily work of becoming a more compassionate person. Vic explains why they try to approach ignorance through “neutral inquiry,” beginning with questions rather than immediate confrontation. The conversation examines the experiences of transgender people navigating public spaces, the importance of listening to people when they tell us who they are and the need to create communities in which people feel welcomed rather than merely tolerated. Vic also discusses their commitment to Pittsburgh's LGBTQ+ community and the fear that has caused some transgender people to leave their homes in search of safer places. That concern helped inspire Vic's community involvement and ultimately contributed to the creation of New Rust Pittsburgh. Jim and Vic connect these ideas to the principles of 12-step recovery, including acceptance, accountability, making amends and changing both thoughts and actions. They consider the pain of perfectionism and the healing that can begin when we acknowledge our flaws, accept responsibility and reconstruct ourselves through what we have learned. The conversation then turns toward the overlooked side of Pittsburgh. Vic describes the artists, entrepreneurs, makers, small businesses and unusual creative communities that exist throughout the city. From strangers playing music together before the Fourth of July fireworks to the Andy Warhol Museum, neighborhood restaurants, local shops and nighttime bike rides across the Smithfield Street Bridge, Vic shares the memories that have made Pittsburgh feel like home. The episode closes with a discussion about authenticity, privilege, personal boundaries and relationships. Vic reflects on overcoming people-pleasing, cultivating relationships with people who provide encouragement and stepping away from relationships that repeatedly cause harm. Ultimately, New Rust Pittsburgh is more than a guide to interesting places. It is Vic's effort to create a love letter to Pittsburgh—one that embraces the city's people, creativity, weirdness and potential to become a more welcoming home for everyone. In this episode of I explore creativity as the very nature of being alive. So many people tell themselves, "I'm just not a creative person." But every day we create. We create conversations, relationships, meals, businesses, gardens, communities, and moments of kindness. We create through the way we parent, the way we work, the way we train for a race, and the way we choose to show up in the world. At our essence, we are consciousness expressing itself through form. Each of us is a unique expression of life's limitless potential. In this episode, I explore:• Why creativity belongs to everyone• Moving beyond the idea that creativity is only artistic• Listening for what wants to be expressed through you• The difference between creating for an outcome and creating as a meditation• Why commitment allows creativity to deepen us• Enjoying the journey rather than becoming attached to the result• How expressing what is within us becomes a communion with life itselfThe greatest gift of creativity isn't what we produce, it's who we become through the act of creating.

Every one of us carries a deeper story beneath the surface—one that words often fail to express. In this episode of The Lucas Mack Show, Lucas sits down with longtime friend and visionary artist Sophia Noemi for an intimate conversation about creativity, healing, identity, and the mysterious ways our souls communicate through dreams, symbols, and imagination. Sophia shares how she discovered her extraordinary gift of translating subconscious imagery into powerful works of art, including the story behind the painting she created from one of Lucas's recurring visions of a wolf. Together they explore why creativity is far more than self-expression—it can become a pathway to healing, transformation, and remembering who we truly are. The conversation also dives into Sophia's remarkable professional journey, from teaching paint-and-sip classes to creating large-scale historical murals, while navigating grief, personal loss, and seasons of creative uncertainty. Through it all, she reveals how journaling, protecting her energy, and staying aligned with her calling helped her reclaim both her identity and her purpose. If you've ever felt disconnected from your creativity, struggled through difficult seasons, or sensed there was something deeper trying to emerge from within you, this conversation will inspire you to trust the process and create from the truth of who you are. What if the secret isn't chasing the next trend... but following what lights you up? Inspired by a simple note from the Vancouver International Publishing Conference, this episode explores the powerful reminder that passion sets trends—don't chase them- let passion guide you. In a world that constantly encourages people to keep up with what's popular, this conversation invites listeners to slow down and reconnect with what genuinely excites and inspires them. Whether creating a business, writing a book, offering a service, or simply living more authentically, passion carries an energy that can't be manufactured or copied. Candace reflects on letting go of grand expectations of what success is supposed to look like and instead trusting the quiet guidance of the heart. When creativity flows from authenticity rather than comparison, it naturally creates something meaningful—and often becomes the very thing that inspires others. This episode is a gentle reminder that passion isn't something to chase. It's something to trust. And when it's allowed to lead, it has a beautiful way of creating its own path. If you've been waiting for permission to stop following trends and start following your heart, perhaps this is the sign you've been looking for.

In this episode of The Spiritual Cupcake Podcast, Candace shares a memorable conversation from a recent publishing conference that sparked a powerful reflection on advice, wisdom, and self-trust. When someone tells us what not to do, they're often sharing lessons learned through trial, error, heartache, and hard-earned experience. There can be tremendous value in listening to those stories and considering the paths that others have already traveled. But when it comes to being told exactly what to do, things get a little more complicated. What worked beautifully for one person may not be the right fit for another. We each carry different dreams, values, experiences, and callings. Advice can offer perspective, inspiration, and possibilities—but it shouldn't replace our own intuition. Candace explores the balance between remaining open to the wisdom of others while honoring the inner voice that knows what is best for us. Because sometimes the greatest lesson isn't following someone else's map—it's learning to trust your own compass.

They have spent years investing in personal growth, self-development, and healing. And yet something still feels missing. In this episode of Cacao Conversations, we're exploring the gap between knowing and living. The difference between awareness and embodiment. The difference between understanding your patterns and actually changing them. We talk about: why awareness alone doesn't create transformation the hidden trap of collecting information without integration moving from intellectual healing into embodied healing why high-achieving women often stay stuck despite doing so much inner work nervous system patterns that keep us repeating old behaviors the loneliness of trying to heal and grow in isolation the role community plays in real, lasting change what it actually means to live your truth instead of simply understanding it At some point, the answer isn't more information. How much of the life you are living was actually chosen by you? In this episode of the Via Stoica Podcast, we explore authentic living: the practice of examining the scripts inherited from parents, culture, school, and social media, and deciding for the first time which ones are genuinely yours.Welcome to the Via Stoica Podcast, the podcast on Stoicism. This episode invites you to look honestly at the voices shaping your choices, not to blame them, but to see them clearly and to begin living from your own values rather than someone else's story. Most of us were handed a script before we could read it. Family wrote the early lines. School added more. Culture and religion filled in the gaps. And now social media rewrites it daily: feeding you someone else's version of success, happiness, and what a good life looks like. The Stoics called the faculty of conscious choice prohairesis, the one thing that has always been yours. Most people spend their entire lives using it to fulfil someone else's vision without ever noticing. This episode of the Via Stoica Podcast asks one of the most important questions in Stoic philosophy and in life: who wrote your script and why are you still listening to them? If you have ever felt that the life you are living belongs to someone else, this conversation is for you.Support the showviastoica.comYouTube: @viastoicaProduced by: Badmic.com

Steve and I share the process we both come back to whenever we find ourselves stuck. Whether it's our health, our relationship, our business, money, or life in general, we've found that getting unstuck isn't usually about finding the perfect answer. It's about being willing to face the truth. The first thing we do is face reality. Not the reality we wish we were living, but the one we're actually in. We look honestly at what's hurting, what's frustrating us, what's not working, and where we might be contributing to our own stuckness. It's not always comfortable, but we've learned that pretending, avoiding, blaming, or wishing things were different only keeps us exactly where we are.Once we've acknowledged reality, we ask ourselves a simple question: What would I prefer instead? What kind of relationship do I want to be in? What kind of health do I want to experience? What kind of business, finances, or life do I want to create? Rather than focusing on what's wrong, we start getting clear on where we'd like to head. From there, we look for the next best step. Not the entire roadmap. Not the next twelve months. Just the next step that moves us a little closer to where we'd like to be.But here's where it gets interesting. The practical steps are rarely the hardest part. The hardest part is managing the stories that show up the moment we decide to move. The sabotage brigade arrives. The voice that says it's too late, too hard, too risky, or that nothing will change anyway. The stories that tell us we'll fail, look foolish, waste our time, or end up right back where we started. In our experience, getting unstuck isn't really about motivation. It's about learning how to recognise those stories without handing them the steering wheel. This conversation is about facing reality, creating a vision for something better, and taking one step at a time. Because being stuck isn't the problem. The problem is believing the stories that convince you to stay there.1:1 COACHINGOne-time 75 minute coaching call - secure your spot hereRead my book, Authentic - coming home to your true self - AUS, EUR, USAWrite into us - let us know what you want to hearWelleCo - use code KAT15 for 15% off welleco.com.auwww.katjohn.com.auSupport the show

In this heartfelt episode of The Spiritual Cupcake Podcast, Candace shares a beautiful conversation with her friend Magda about creating a life and home that feels intentional, soulful, and truly your own. Magda has been lovingly beautifying her forest home — bespokeing every detail, handcrafting spaces with care, personality, and warmth. From the outside, everything looked peaceful and stunning. But then she discovered a martin had made its way deep inside the walls and created a nest hidden within the home. At first, she tried to handle it herself. But eventually, she realized she needed to call in an expert — someone with wisdom, experience, and the ability to help with what was happening beneath the surface. Candace reflects on how deeply this mirrors our own lives. We can style our hair, nourish our skin, decorate our homes, curate our wardrobes, buy beautiful things, and work hard to create lives that look peaceful from the outside. But sometimes, inside us, there are still hidden places carrying old pain, fear, grief, stress, or unresolved emotions quietly nesting in the background. This episode is a gentle reminder that healing is not about perfection. Even the cleanest, most beautiful homes become messy simply from being lived in. The same is true for us. Life happens. Emotions build up. Experiences leave marks. The goal is not to become flawless — it's to become aware. Candace talks about the importance of checking in with ourselves, tending to the hidden rooms within, and allowing ourselves support when needed. Sometimes our own rituals, practices, and self-awareness help us move through things. And sometimes healing asks us to reach out to someone with deeper expertise to guide us through the murky places we cannot navigate alone. This episode is about inner peace, emotional honesty, self-awareness, and creating a life that feels beautiful not just on the outside, but deep within the walls of who we are.

Maybe it was today. Maybe it's something that happens so often you've stopped noticing. In this episode, Danielle gets to the root of something that holds so many moms back — not by offering a pep talk, but by helping you actually understand what's happening in your brain when the fear of judgment kicks in. Once you see it clearly, something shifts. The fear of judgment isn't really about other people. It's about how your brain works. And once you understand that, you can stop letting it run your life. In This Episode You'll Learn: Why your brain is wired to judge — and why everyone else's brain is too, and what that means for you Why there is literally no way to live that avoids judgment completely — and the question to ask instead How other people's judgments are more about them than they are about you Five practical steps to start breaking free from the fear of judgment for good How to give yourself the approval you've been looking for from others Get full show notes, transcript, and more information here Related Episodes If this topic resonated with you, these episodes may also help: #322 — Whose Life Are You Living? #247 — Hidden Costs to People-Pleasing: A Catholic Mom's Guide to Authentic Living #228 — How to Let Go of What Other People Think

What if not knowing was actually part of the magic? In this episode of The Spiritual Cupcake Podcast, Candace shares her experience of entering the unfamiliar world of ball hockey after signing up her son. Instead of feeling embarrassed about not knowing the “rules” of the arenas, routines, or small-town stops along the way, she discovered something surprising: being new at something can wake us back up to life. From asking concession workers simple questions to wandering through unfamiliar towns looking for hidden gems, Candace reflects on how easy it is to move through life on autopilot once we become comfortable. But when we intentionally place ourselves in situations where we don't know everything, we become more curious, more present, and more connected to the moment. This episode is a gentle reminder that growth doesn't always come from mastery. Sometimes it comes from awkwardness, curiosity, and being willing to look uninformed while learning something new. Because maybe there's joy in not already knowing the answers. Maybe there's freedom in becoming the newbie again. And maybe life feels sweeter when we allow ourselves to be happily uninformed.

The goal is not to be 100% authentic all the time. That's unattainable. If you think that's the goal, you'll spend your life feeling like you're failing every time you people-please, shut down, react, perform, avoid conflict, seek approval, or slip back into old patterns. That's not failure. That's being human.I share about how authenticity isn't a final destination where you suddenly become fully healed, fully self-expressed, fully “you” all the time. It's noticing. It's awareness. It's catching yourself in the moments where you're not being true to yourself and getting curious instead of judgmental. Why did I just abandon myself there? Why did I shrink? Why did I say yes when I meant no?What was I trying to protect? That's the work.Becoming honest, aware, and willing to come back to yourself over and over again. This episode is a reminder that you are not failing because you still have moments where your ego, fear, conditioning, or old patterns take over. The magic is in noticing and choosing to return.IN PERSON EXPERIENCES, MelbourneOne-day retreat in Balnarring - June 12th, 2026Sunday Meds - June 21st, 20261:1 COACHINGOne-time 75 minute coaching call - secure your spot hereRead my book, Authentic - coming home to your true self - AUS, EUR, USAWrite into us - let us know what you want to hearWelleCo - use code KAT15 for 15% off welleco.com.auwww.katjohn.com.auSupport the show

In this episode, Steve and I talk about something I think a lot of couples quietly go through: when the load of life becomes so heavy that it starts impacting the relationship. Not because love is gone or because anyone's doing something terribly wrong. But because one person is overloaded, stretched thin, carrying too much and the relationship starts feeling the weight of it too.I share honestly about missing Steve recently, even while living in the same house. Missing the connection, the fun, the softness, the smooshiness of us. And how easy it can be, when one person is overwhelmed, for the other person to take it personally and create even more tension in the dynamic.Because when your needs aren't being met, it hurts. But sometimes, the most loving thing you can do is recognise that your partner is drowning under the weight of life, and stop making their overwhelm about your rejection. We also speak about how unsustainable it is to carry too much for too long. Because if the overloaded person doesn't deload, eventually something gives. Their health. Their nervous system. Their joy. The relationship. This is a conversation about perspective, compassion, communication, and recognising when life is simply asking too much of someone for too long.Support the show

Live with Less Stress & More Authenticity with Isabelle DaikelerWhat if stress isn't just about how busy you are—but how disconnected you feel from your authentic self?In this deeply heartfelt and eye-opening episode, I sit down with visionary holistic wellness expert Isabelle Daikeler to explore how living authentically can dramatically reduce stress and create space for true healing. Isabelle is known for helping clients—from Hollywood celebrities and rock stars to Olympic athletes—align body, mind, and spirit. As a fitness and nutrition expert and co-creator of Shakeology and several BODi programs, she has spent decades in the wellness world. Yet her most profound insights come not from success, but from surrender.Isabelle shares her powerful personal journey through devastating physical challenges that ultimately led her to deep spiritual awakening and inner alignment. As a gifted track and field athlete, her life changed overnight after a serious car accident left her with a diagnosis that she might never walk again. While that experience was difficult, she explains that her greatest transformation came later—after the birth of her son—when she lived with chronic and acute pain and was unable to walk for nearly a decade.During this season of deep struggle, Isabelle began to pray for the first time and experienced a profound somatic and spiritual healing process that included three days and nights of involuntary shaking and emotional release. What followed was a powerful surrender and a deeper connection to something greater than herself. Through that experience, she discovered that authenticity isn't about trying to become someone new—it's about letting go of everything that isn't truly you.Together, we explore how releasing layers of fear, expectation, and conditioning allows us to reconnect with our authentic selves and reduce stress at its root. Isabelle shares how honoring your inner truth, building harmonious relationships, and recognizing yourself as a spiritual being having a human experience can create lasting peace and clarity. In this episode, we discuss:Why living authentically reduces stress at its sourceLetting go of what you're not to discover who you truly areHealing through surrender, prayer, and somatic releaseHow chronic pain and adversity can become catalysts for growthThe connection between spirituality, energy, and true wellnessMoving from belief to deep inner knowingCreating harmony in body, mind, and spiritIsabelle's story is a beautiful reminder that healing isn't about perfection—it's about alignment. Sensitivity gets a bad reputation. We treat it like a liability, something to manage, suppress, or grow out of. Oliver Nino thinks that's exactly backwards. I sit down with Oliver Nino, energy healer, entrepreneur, and founder of Authentic Living, to talk about what it actually means to be energetically sensitive, how that sensitivity becomes a liability when you don't have the tools to manage it, and what it looks like to work with your energy instead of against it.This isn't a conversation about crystals or magic thinking. In this episode, I speak about the pressure I used to put on myself to heal quicker, grow quicker, feel better quicker, and become “better” faster. I genuinely believed that if I was doing the work on myself, then surely I should be further along by now. That mindset created so much suffering. I was constantly living with this quiet pressure in the background of my life, telling myself to hurry up, get there already, figure it out, fix it, improve. I struggled to let life unfold because I was too busy trying to force myself into the next version of me.But over time, life has shown me that the most meaningful things rarely happen quickly. Trusting yourself again takes time. Building healthy relationships takes time. Changing lifelong patterns takes time. Coming home to yourself takes time.None of the things that deeply changed my life happened overnight. They happened through small decisions, small shifts, and repeated moments where I chose to stay with myself instead of giving up on myself. And eventually, I looked back and realised that things had actually changed. Not because I rushed them, but because I stayed long enough for the change to happen. This episode is for anyone who feels frustrated with how long growth, healing, or life is taking. Maybe your life is not behind. Maybe your growth is not late. Maybe you just need to stop rushing yourself and play the long game.IN PERSON EXPERIENCES, MelbourneOne-day retreat in Balnarring - June 12th, 2026Sunday Meds - June 21st, 20261:1 COACHINGOne-time 75 minute coaching call - secure your spot hereRead my book, Authentic - coming home to your true self - AUS, EUR, USAWrite into us - let us know what you want to hearWelleCo - use code KAT15 for 15% off welleco.com.auwww.katjohn.com.auSupport the show

Jeff Dudan's free digital copy of his book What does it look like when a man has everything - and still loses himself completely? Judd Shaw was a celebrated New Jersey attorney with his name on billboards, a private plane, a yacht, a gated estate, and a country club membership. From the outside, he had won. But behind closed doors, he was driving into sketchy neighborhoods every night to spend hours in methamphetamine dens - and then coming home, showering, and pretending nothing had happened. In June 2020, everything collapsed. A false arrest, a divorce, a night in jail, and a return to an empty mansion brought Judd to his garage floor - curled up in a fetal position, questioning whether he wanted to live at all. That moment became the beginning of the most important work of his life. In this conversation, Judd and Jeff Dudan unpack the real cost of achievement-driven identity, the inner child wounds that fuel addiction and external validation, the difference between resetting and actually healing, why vulnerability is the modern man's greatest superpower, the unbucket list formula for genuine satisfaction, and how authentic human connection became the answer Judd had been searching for all along. This episode is for anyone who has ever chased success and found it hollow - or who suspects that the drive behind their ambition might be coming from a wounded place rather than a healthy one. Topics covered: addiction recovery, male loneliness, authentic living, inner child healing, external validation, success and happiness, meth addiction, rock bottom stories, men's mental health, vulnerability, gratitude, self-awareness, personal transformation, divorce and reinvention, high achiever burnout, emotional healing, trauma and success, purpose and meaning  Watch the full episode here Guest: Judd Shaw  Guest YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@juddshawofficial  Guest Website: https://juddshaw.com/  Guest Socials: https://www.instagram.com/juddshawofficial/  Homefront Brands: https://www.homefrontbrands.com  #AuthenticLiving #MensMentalHealth #AddictionRecovery #RockBottom #JuddShaw #InnerChild #Vulnerability #MindsetShift #PersonalTransformation #HighAchieverBurnout Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company.
