Photo Credits: Viktoria Gaus, Yvan Hannay, Nicolas Deru, Stefanie EiflerIn this episode, we once again talk about the Love Community (#64) – this time through the eyes of co-founder Stefanie Eifler.Stefanie, who everyone simply calls Steffi, loves to combine her two passions and immerse herself in a world of aesthetics – in the beauty of tangible forms just as much as in the beauty of human connection. Whether as a graphic designer and artist or as an initiator and personal companion, her motivation is to welcome people just as they are. To soften their gaze, to create connection, to open and illustrate new perspectives, and to support each person's heart energy to flow, and finding the way into their own authenticity. She will share to you her own journey: how a tantric seminar opened her eyes to deep self-acceptance. How she moved beyond a destructive self-image and societal expectations into her authentic self. She shares about which role sexuality has played in this process, and what new freedoms can emerge when we start questioning norms we grew into.Steffi will offer us insights into how she puts her artistic skills in service of people: in the form of intimate portrait sessions, massages, cuddle sessions, or tangible expressions such as books to take home. All with the intention of empowering the individuals who come to her.The first of these propositions is especially close to her heart. One might wonder what purpose a portrait of one's own intimate area – like the Yoni (Sanskrit for the female genitals) – could serve. For Steffi, it is about recognizing the own, completely individual beauty. About letting go of ideas of how we “should” look like, perhaps processing transgressive or difficult experiences with sensitive support, or simply discovering oneself anew. All of this within a respectful, confidential, and caring space. A jointly created ritual opens the way to the next step of self-empowerment for those interested, and this remarkable step is then manifested in a poetically inspired image.Steffi has already accompanied several Yoni-bearing individuals along this path, and in the meantime has also begun to support the first Lingam-bearers (Lingam is in sanskrit the word for the male genitals). We will talk about why this physical diversity is scientifically proofed aesthetically beautiful to the human eye, and how each person's individuality brings richness into our lives. This episode is about the unity and diversity of being human – across borders, language barriers, or personal stories. Because the language of the heart – affection and empathy – is universal. If all this resonates with you, feel invited to let this universe of the Love Community grow, and simply contact Steffi directly with whatever proposition interests you most: hello((at))intousia.comSteffi's propositions – short links:Intim-Portrait-Ritual:https://www.intousia.com/meet-your-temple/Cuddle Sessions in group or individual settings:https://www.intousia.com/cuddle-spaces/Heart opening Massage in an individual or couples' session: https://www.intousia.com/heart-opening-ritual/Accompaniment in individual sessions:https://www.intousia.com/personal-accompaniment/Book – Guide du yoni massage: https://lavoieduplaisir.com/guide-initiatique-du-massage-de-la-yoni/Recommendations which had a great impact on Steffi: The book: Ethical slut by Janet W. What if passion isn't something you stumble upon—but something you bring with you? In this episode, we're flipping the script on what it means to “find your passion.” I share how I've come to understand that passion isn't found in the work, the title, or the circumstance—it's born from within. We often believe that others have more fun, more fulfillment, or more clarity because of what they do. But here's the truth: perception isn't the full story.I dive into the idea that passion produces passion—and that we can create joy and energy in our lives by choosing to show up differently. From the quote, “My job is not fun—I'm a fun person,” we explore what it looks like to lead with our own spark and bring vibrancy to even the most mundane moments. Whether you're feeling disconnected or just ready to tap back into your own fire, this episode is a loving reminder that you hold the power to make anything feel more alive. After you listen, I'd love to know—what's one way you can bring a little more fun, fire, or passion into your world this week? Tag me on Instagram or send a message and let's celebrate how YOU show up and create your own spark.

When's the last time you touched grass… before your phone? No really. Imagine waking up, resisting the urge to scroll, walking outside barefoot, and just… grounding. That's what today's episode is all about — unplugging from the madness and plugging into what's real. And man, this convo hit different. In this episode of The Happy Hustle Podcast, I sat down with Ryan Levesque, a 7-time Inc. 5000 CEO, 2-time #1 National Bestselling Author, and legit one of the smartest (and realest) entrepreneurs I know. He's the guy behind the wildly successful Ask Method — but lately, he's been asking deeper questions.Like…What if success isn't just scaling tech, but scaling truth? What if the best things in life can't be optimized or outsourced? What if real wealth is measured in moments, not metrics?Ryan's on a mission to live a radically real life. He left the digital rat race for a self-sustaining lifestyle — think chickens, crops, faith, and family. And in this convo, we explore his framework called “The Return to Real” — a philosophy (and lifestyle) that'll get you rethinking your entire hustle. We jammed on everything from purpose-driven business to farming wisdom to why technology is no longer a moat. Spoiler alert: In a world where anyone can clone your product, the unscalable stuff is your secret weapon. Love. Integrity. Presence. A handwritten note. A meaningful convo. A hug from your little one. THAT'S the new currency. Here are a few gems from this episode you won't wanna miss:Ryan's daily practice to instantly ground your energy and clear your mind — no apps requiredWhy the real flex in business is doing things that don't scale (and why your competition won't do it)The communication skill that'll set you apart in a noisy, AI-run worldHow to recalibrate when you feel out of sync — personally or professionallyWhy following your heart isn't fluffy — it's your most strategic moveThis convo is raw, soulful, and super practical. It's not about quitting business and buying a farm (unless that's your vibe) — it's about remembering who you are underneath the noise. Slowing down enough to ask better questions. And choosing depth over distraction, every dang time.So if you're craving more meaning, more alignment, and a business that feels good to run, hit play on this one. Join us for an inspiring conversation with Barbara Burgess, and take the first step towards living a life where you truly believe you are more than enough.Barbara Burgess is an author, mother, executive, and unapologetic dark-chocolate addict who's learned (the hard way) how to make peace with the messy, beautiful journey of life. She founded Corluma (cor = heart, luma = light), a Chicago-based consulting, training, and executive coaching firm, to help people and businesses navigate life in ways that feel honest, values-driven, and refreshingly real. Her book, Enough: Finding Peace in a World of Distractions, Hustle, and Expectations, isn't about having it all figured out—it's about learning to listen to the voice of ENOUGH and take small steps toward more joy, more connection, and more room to breathe.Barbara didn't get here by following a straight path (does anyone?). She's been on a career adventure that's included selling candy bars for Nestlé, teaming to launch Grainger's first e-commerce site, a brief stint in internet marketing at CME Group, and rolling up her sleeves as COO of a nonprofit—handling marketing, operations, and employee development. But the most important part of her story? She's still figuring things out, just like the rest of us.Known for her humor, vulnerability, and knack for making even the hardest lessons feel doable, Barbara loves sharing simple shifts that help people find their way back to themselves. She's a mom to teenagers (send help), a fan of flaky croissants and breezy British murder mysteries, and the keeper of her neighborhood's sidewalk chalk supply. 2:36 Why do we struggle with not feeling enough17:16 Grief you experience as you evolve22:06 Giving yourself space to rest, feel, and surrender38:30 Boundaries47:29 Transform your thoughts and feel you are enough1:0014 How to connect with Barbara:www.beenough.comwww.corluma.comwww.linkedin.com/in/barbaraburgess1

Liz Matthews has been a social media friend and member of the Chapel Probation Facebook group, and we finally got her on to tell her story. She graduated from Biola where she played basketball, but she actually had a good time there. Liz brings up the concept of "shelving" borrowed from Ex-Mormon podcasts. It's where you place all the doubts, questions, and issues that aren't compatible with evangelical christianity. But there is only so much space on this existential shelf and when it fill up, it collapses. Liz tells her story of trying to reconcile her deeply-held faith with the realities of the world and her own identity as a queer woman. And it's epic.Chapel Probation is part of the Dauntless Media CollectiveJoin the Dauntless Media Discord for more conversation with all the podcast communities.Scott's book, Asian-American-Apostate- Losing Religion and Finding Myself at an Evangelical University is available now!Music by Scott Okamoto, Jenyi, Azeem Khan, and Shin Kawasaki and Wingo ShacklefordJoin the Chapel Probation Facebook group to continue the conversations.Follow Scott on Instagram, Bluesky, and SubstackYou can subscribe to Scott's newsletter and learn more about the book, the blog, and performances at rscottokamoto.com
